Composition and Appearance:
Even though Justik is rather young, his hair is already beginning to gray around his temples. It is slowly climbing up his sideburns to the rest of otherwise dark brown his hair. His hair is very short, almost mimicking classic 'military haircuts' of the Republic. Though he is usually clean shaven, he has begun to grow out his beard to better disguise himself from bounty hunters and other criminals seeking to do him harm.

Justik is nearly two meters in height, towering over the average sentient. His gray eyes are almost emotionless, giving the visage of a heartless, cold-blooded giant.

Justik wears a thick, durafiber vest over his emerald traveler's shirt and mesh underlay to protect him from slugs. Armed with two large broadswords to use in battle, he commonly carries them on his back for simplicity's sake as well as easy access to them in combat. With dark traveler's boots and thick, navy blue pants, Justik can easily pose as a heavily-armed traveler or overprotective merchant when hiding amongst large crowds.

Personality, Likes, and Dislikes:
Justik has a strong sense of duty and honor; he puts his life on the line for the betterment of others. After taking a job as for Frellor's security force, Justik used his power to provide for the needy, defend the weak, and aid the helpless. He firmly believes that his ideals and morality are right and his justice is 'absolute justice'.

Justik also has a strong sense of compassion and empathy for others. He will constantly go out of his way to encourage those who are grieving and assist those who cannot help themselves. Justik is a loyal husband and a devout father; he desires the best for his family and looks out for their needs on a regular basis.

Justik enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and interacting with nature. He also spends much of his time at homeless shelters and mental institutions, helping out the employees and volunteers who cannot manage the work by themselves. Every so often, he will take his family to the Frellor Orchestra in the capital, because his wife is a musical connoisseur and has devoted much of her childhood years to learning and studying music.

Justik has a keen distaste for social injustice, poverty, corruption, and also despises whiny tourists and people who cannot stop asking questions. He also strongly dislikes dogs because he is allergic to them.

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Justik has a strong sense of duty and justice; he cannot stand idly by while others are mindlessly taken advantage of. Justik also has a keen sense of discernment - he can separate liars and criminals from the innocent suspects with relative ease after substantial questioning and is almost always right. Justik is also very skilled with swords, particularly large broadswords and frequently wields two of them. However, he can also wield a blaster pistol and other small firearms with relative ease.

Justik cannot pilot any vehicle - spacefaring or otherwise - due to less than perfect vision. In addition, Justik cannot wield large firearms efficiently and isn't used to giving orders on the battlefield, instead, he is much more useful receiving and carrying out orders.

History:
From the security logs and cases of the Director of Frellor Security: Domestic Division. Entry 1483A, case #700. A copy of this log was copied and sent as a transmission to the Fre'ji Defense Committee.

Justikus Lacremy, known by many as Justik, was a former officer under my supervision in the 9th division of Frellor Security. He was skilled with dual combat blades, and had a keen sense of discernment – a useful trait when investigating domestic criminal activities and other vague cases – that was exploited for our benefit. He was a model officer, and loved his job, he once commented that he would commit the rest of his life to serving and protecting the people of Frellor. He was jovial and easy-going, and enjoyed spending times with the other officers on the force.

However, one day he just ‘snapped’. A criminal organization known as the Azure Thunder had been tracked down and cornered by our department; the gang was bunkered in a large apartment complex. After a brief skirmish between the two forces, we managed to gun down the leader, and the main opposing force surrendered. During this time, Justik unexpectedly gunned down several of our own officers before fleeing the premises. Because he was investigating the basement levels of the residence, there were no direct eyewitnesses of the crime, only those that had seen him fleeing the site of the attack.

We pursued him - for questioning - to the edge of the city after rounding up the remaining gang members; we lost his trail as he fled into the nearby woodlands. We assumed he was either dead or beyond our jurisdiction until one of our agents spotted him leaving the Eastern Frellor Spaceport seven days later.

He is about 1.80 meters tall, has black hair with a streak of gray near the sideburns, and deep gray eyes. He was last seen with two combat blades and a durafiber vest. He is both armed and dangerous; insanity is not out of the question. As of now, he is charged with the murder of two officers on duty, and avoiding custody.

END TRANSMISSION

Enclosed is an excerpt from a letter sent by the Chairman of the Fre'ji Armed Forces committee sent as a response to the above transmission.

.... I digress. I could talk about such things to no end, but I do not desire to bore you. I am writing this letter primarily to inform you that Justikus Lacremy, our case 700, has not yet left the Fre'ji system. He was recently spotted by our patrols on Frenoris. We assume he has not found the means to travel offworld. Since he is technically still within both our jurisdictions, I would suggest merging our task forces so that we may easily capture our target...

...There is no more time for mistakes. We must catch him now, or risk losing him forever. I hope you will do your part in this; he is, after all, your responsibility. I am simply providing an option for you to accomplish your task.

-The Chairman
