PERSONALITY:
To put it simply, he is a sociopath. He is manipulative, sadistic, has no empathy, learned impulse control, etc. He is perfectly aware of this and he likes it just fine. He can “care” or at least feel fondness for others though that happens extremely rarely. If he doesn’t like you, he will happily destroy you psychologically without one bit of remorse. And like most sociopaths, he gets bored easily and is a thrill seeker so he has ambitions to leave the planet.
BIOGRAPHY:
Leon was born in the same village as Cecilia. His parents were the ideal couple, good looking, kind, brave, etc… but once their child’s sociopathic tendencies became noticeable, their true selves shined through, shallow and selfish. As law dictates, they continued to take care of him though other than that, he was shunned by both his parents and later on, the entire village. He was alone for most of his younger childhood, taking refuge in the woods where two very important things happened, he discovered a gift with charming animals, something he used to his advantage, and his first and only "friend". At first, he had put up with Cecilia to practice the art of manipulation, then, it was to fit in better... no one liked a loner though maybe somewhere in his head, he does feel a certain fondness for the girl.
As he grew older, he realized that fitting in was probably the best thing he could do to prolong his chances of survival so he began to work on emotions and “sympathizing with people”. As the villagers began to grow less wary of him, he would quietly take revenge on those he simply did not like, psychologically beating them down without them even knowing it just for the pure thrill of it. He was the only one that believed Cecilia’s dream and he tried to prepare but in the end, he decided to go with the Bogan… he has nothing to gain from such a small village, his ambitions are greater than that.
