I'm not disputing that, I'm saying the reasons it's so annoying is because it's coupled with blame and anger from everyone elses part aswell when I'm equally annoyed as they are.

You were there when I stayed up all night working on the threads and attmepting to sort out the shit storm the covert thread started.

I was doing that by having Viggy train the new members and organizing the first council meeting, but Santoro went and ****ed that up and ruined any chances I had of future missions.

When I brought up my idea of Low Ranking operations here, that fizzled out aswell.

It got incredibly frustrating because there's nothing making me doing all this work for the faction/forum and I worked hard for everyone. It'd be nice to get some appreciated rather then getting blamed for it's long drawn out failure.

At least until the battle is over, you're still the faction leader and that means you need to act as the faction leader. As the battle is going on, you should be working with Viggy and your Council members to come up with missions. You need to do that. There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it. You're required, as is everyone else.

As for the low rank operations, yet again you took it upon yourself to lead that. If you see that discussion in a thread you're responsible for is starting to die out, it's incumbent upon you to keep it going. You didn't do that, not once.

How old are you again? Take a deep breath and relax man. If people are complaining then something is wrong, hate to break it to you, that's politics. Sit down and figure out what it is and fix it, no one in my faction (which is also people in your faction) is bugging me about this main thread nearly as much as they are you. You said you had a hutt tournament, and you had dealings amongst the hutts. However that doesn't mean everyones enjoying those missions.

Now the biggest complaint I've heard about you is that you simply don't take an interest in everyone. You don't act like a faction leader and you let everything run itself, people send you PM's with what they're doing, you reply and let that be that.

Delegation is great, but when you work hard behind the scenes you have to show it up front too. Take an interest in what's going on in your faction, talk to members about stuff, get their feed back. Even if it's only from a handful of people, that handful will tell other people who start to complain "Oh no, he's not like that, just send him a PM or something and it'll get straightened out."

Sure you'll get like 15 times more work to do on a weekly basis, but it's what we signed up for mate.

I just want to make sure that Hakim and Kaeb know how the space battle thread is going, IE the members don't RP one ship, they RP command over multiple ships, depending on their rank/the needs of the battle.

Sheo if I wanted your opinion, I'd ask for it. The reason people are coming to me about the thread is because I'm running the damn thing. But I'm not the one who has stalled it, which is what they're complaining about. The Hutt faction has multiple misions right now, noone complaints or comments to via PM have been about those threads, they have all been about THIS thread and rightly so.

I asked if someone other than me could let them know we've been doing our best and they can't put the blame solely on one person because we've all contributed to this shitstorm but I like said before the main instigator wether it was accidental, intentional or oust of pure laziness, is Kupo.

I create the damn thread, I've been the one whose been answering all the questions WHILE running my own faction. This thread became way to big and overexaggerated for it's own good.
