Lightsaber Pistol

What is the site's take on a Lightsaber pistol design similar to Ezra's lightsaber on Rebels? Is there already a variation of the weapon created on the site and if so what are the rules/ restrictions for the weapon and how far can we experiment with its design?

There's already a design. If I remember right it was ruled as generic. Go look through the tech boards or the player workshops.

@Kuroshi Did they come to the consensus that the reference picture you used works as a variation of its base design, or did they want it to be more like Ezra's lightsaber? I'm really tempted to make a character that dual wields lightsaber blasters and I'm indecisive about what version to use. Also out of curiosity, where did you find that picture? lol

base design is fine using the picture, since the weapon is a variant of a curved hilt saber. For the picture I pretty much googled it and that showed up for lightsaber pistol xD
