Noting the other two's opinions, Lesovikk had to remind himself he was part of the Accord now. He had to avoid as much collateral damage as possible, and crashing a speeder would cause a lot of unnecessary destruction. Ra'jhan's idea of landing on the roof would be the stealthier and safer option. The elevator having reached the bottom floor, the feathered sniper made his way towards the building's entrance. "Landing on roof would be most effective. Should hire a taxi so we don't have to blow up speeder."

Walking out onto the street, he waved down a passing taxi speeder. Approaching the pilot, he stated, "Need you to take us somewhere...unusual. Will pay you well." The driver, an elderly Besalisk, rolled his eyes and replied, "What the heck, my life's boring enough as it is. Hop in."

he wasn't one to argue extensively about this sort of thing as he felt he was capable of overcoming numerous obstacles that came upon his path. the human male would just sigh and stay silent. the numerous levels from the roof of the building to come down would still be a greater difficulty than flying right up to the level their target resided in but it would also risk their drivers safety.

the ride was fairly quiet and ships usually flew overhead regularly but not an airspeeder. if they stayed too long they would attract attention. nobody seemed to be on the roof and if the chain of events were in the Accord agent's favor nobody from within the confines of the structure had noted their arrival. the Besalisk seemed like an average day citizen to him, lack of desired excitement in the everyday grind. that was why he felt he had chosen the right career path. rarly were things boring for the young man and if they were, then it soon would change.

in his Arbitrator PAK he leapt from the few meter drop before the driver came to safe landing distance. he used his jumper boots to dampen the fall slightly as well as roll with the momentum, coming up facing the door to the lower levels of the building that stuck out against the rest of the flat surface on the top of the structure. nobody had come up to great them and he would make sure nobody would surprise his cohorts as they left the vehicle in their own time. dashing to the door he had his rifle ready just in case someone busted out guns blazing trying to subdue the infiltrators.

Ra'jhan slips his helmet back on before exiting the elevator. His ears snap rigid and slant back, fitting into the hollowed out horns of the elegantly crafted design for maximal comfort, and his companions catch a last glimpse of grey fur and narrowed golden eyes before they vanish beneath the mask and the holographic display of the visor switches to an overlay of a pair of glowing red eyes. The Nalroni is ready for war.

He maintains his usual silence as the feathered agent acquires the services of a taxi driver who couldn't care less about living anymore. How considerate of Lesovikk to ensure that the man they might put in danger was worthless. Ra'jhan approved of that.

Ra'jhan also approved of the quickness of the ride, and hoped that the drop off would strive to emulate the speed of the drive. If it did not, it surely would not be due to himself. The lithe agent ducked out of the vehicle on Mani's heels, angling himself slightly leftwards as to not entangle himself with the human. The quiet hiss of his jumpers sounded synchronously with his companion's as he slowed his descent and then tucked his body into a roll.

Coming into a crouch, the man drew his two electroblades from their sheaths on his thighs, glanced left, right, and then dashed forwards to secure the other side of the doorway that Mani was covering. All that was necessary now was for the final agent to move into position.

Lesovikk sighed as his companions exited the vehicle quickly - must he pay for everything? Dropping several credit chips into the driver's hand, the Reshekki attached his grapple cord to the side of the speeder and swung himself down safely. Coiling it up again, he signaled to the taxi, who then drove away. Hopefully their disembark was fast and subtle enough to rouse no suspicion.

Approaching the door, Lesovikk pressed two ears against the cold plasteel. On the other side, he could hear air whooshing as through a long tunnel. "Elevator shaft..." Pressing his ears closer, the feathers on his back started to raise - the distinct sound of repulsorlifts pulsing and mag-clamps rushing smoothly along their rails. "Coming closer..!" Grasping his sidearm, he made ready to launch himself from the door. Just before, however, the elevator stopped only a few floors below, followed by several angry footsteps leaving the lift.

"You stupid, incompetent, bumbling FOOLS! You had a distraction, two grenadiers, and his personal speeder rigged, but you STILL failed to eliminate him?!" "Sir, I --" "NO! No more standing around, babbling nonsense like a Gungan. I want RESULTS!" Despite there being many walls between them, the thickly Coruscant-accented tirade was not difficult to make out. Shortly after, the lift lowered to somewhere else in the building.

Looking to his companions, Lesovikk stated, "Boss in charge of operation only couple floors down. Need to intercept before he leaves. No time to hack terminal - need to pry or blast open door. Can lower us down silently with grapple once inside."

he watched as the Reshekki held his ear against the door. he was impressed he could hear so well and made a mental note to not say anything near the avian being he didn't want him to hear. Mani listened to the advice from his cohort and nodded. he pulled out a breach charge he had ready. it was a shapped explosive that was meant to be used to break through walls as an improvised doorway or to nullify enemies defensive positions.

this situation worked well for the tool but the three of them would have to likely use the rope Lesovikk had brought since he didn't want to risk falling hundreds of feet down a lift shaft. the armored man voiced his concerns and view of the situation to his compatriots as he stuck the device to the wall. after a few moments he raised a trigger and stepped off to one side. he motioned for everyone to make sure they were clear so as to avoid any unexpected shrapnel even though it was a directed explosive. the removal of the obstruction would be loud so they would need to move fast. he waited to make sure the others were ready and then he would hit the trigger for them to follow in and infiltrate the structure.

Ra'jhan waited and watched silently while his companions quietly discussed for a heartbeat, and then set their makeshift plan in motion. The furious Krayt Dragon's visage of his helm tilted ever so slightly as he stepped back, vaguely wondering why his companions would use an explosive if they wished to enter silently. Ah well, he was simply the assault man, paid to kill, and quite good at it, so he voiced no complaint as he took a single step back and sheathed his twin blades.

A heartbeat later the charge went off, sending a wave of sound down an elevator shaft that echoed with the noise of the explosion and the resulting debris bouncing down the shaft.

Without a moment's hesitation, Ra'jhan grabbed the avian alien's grapple as he passed, slipped it into a jagged crevice in the breached remains of the elevator door, and dropped down, using the rope as a safety line. Two floors, approximately twenty feet below, lay the entrance that he needed, and the quiet hiss of his jumpers sounded, slowing his descent enough to prevent his arm from being dislocated, or his wrist from snapping at the strain.

It was a bit late for subtlety at this point, not that he minded. It allowed him free reign to retrieve his data spike with his free hand and plunge it into the maintenance terminal beside the access point. An alarm sounded at the electronic security breach, but the doors slid open, and he extended a foot forwards into the revealed hallway, balancing on it while he released the rope.

This left his now free hand to quickly draw the Edemmian designed heavy blaster pistol from its holster and eliminate the guard that had been standing at the access point with a single shot to the head. His other hand withdrew his data spike while he pulled the remainder of his lithe body into the corridor.

The Reshekki hardly complained as Ra'jhan utilized his grapple hook to descend the elevator shaft. Following closely behind, he swung out from the cord into the now-open room two floors below. Sliding to a halt beside the Nalroni, he drew his sidearm in preparation.

What greeted their eyes was a luxuriously furnished lounge overlooking the heights of Christophsis. The sun shone gently through the window, silhouetting a dark figure as he gazed into the light, hands clasped behind his back. "Congratulations, you found me. You're quite the capable team," his voice echoed out through the room. He turned to face them slowly, sneering at the group. "Go ahead then, kill me already. You won't get anything out of me alive. The Shadow Syndicate will live on, regardless of my own demise."

Lesovikk wanted to pull the trigger so much. He hated cocky, egotistical people, and putting them in their place was one of the few satisfying things in life. But he knew it wasn't his call to make.

"who said anything about killing you?" Mani walked over to the man who looked so comfortable despite the situation he was in. the man kept his gun at the ready but not aiming at anything specific. instead when he got to the man he headbutted him with his emotionless helmet, creating an audible noise in the process denoting the broken nose.. the man realed from the attack and reached up to stop the imminent bleeding from pouring down his face but was soon on the floor as the Concord Dawn native kicked his unstable feet out from under him.

the Sector Rangers as well as the Concord Dawn Marshal Service both had their loose sense of justice. sometime a little pain before the punishment was just a bonus award given to the criminal. in this case as far as the Coruscanti human was concerned Mani was judge jury and executioner. he might have thought he had nothing to lose and that gave him the upper hand but the isolated justice that the mandalorian had known his whole life would beg to differ. you only had nothing left to lose when you were dead, and even then sometimes you still lost, you were just unable to know or do anything about it at that point.

The Nalroni holster his blaster as his human companion brushes past him. He seemed far less interested in their target, instead recovering a data key from the fallen guard, pocketing it, and then adding a power pack for good measure... and then there was a slightly nauseating *crunch* from across the room, causing him to glance over his shoulder. The man let out a soft sigh.

"Let us not get carried away. Nasally voices irritate me, especially coming from humans."

His piece said, he activates the comlink in his ear with a click of his teeth. "Pickup at the spire, third floor from the top... No... I'll break it."

There's another click and the Accord Agent reaches to the back of his belt, pulling out his single thermal detonator, and then drops it down the elevator shaft with a careless gesture. The explosion rocks the building and renders the only quick way to the office a rather moot one.

His task there done, he crosses the room and begins quickly accessing their target's terminal, that dataspike coming in handy yet again as he begins downloading information to his database. It's always good to bring a rich playboy along on these missions, as the mercenary has now proved several times over with both his ideas and what his well spent credits have managed to acquire for them.

Near ten minutes later, and after a several exchanges of blaster fire with the small clusters of thugs who still haven't learned that trying to come in one at a time is a grievous mistake, a low hum begins to penetrate the walls of the building, growing ever stronger in intensity. Next, a blue glow flashes across the window as the view of the beautiful cityscape is replaced by the rear facade of a Sunskimmer Class Starbird, this one painted in bronze and black. The back loading ramp is open to the empty sky, a hair's breadth from touching one of the large windows, beckoning for the group to enter, if only the obstruction can be removed. Ra'jhan handily removes the glass panel by throwing a manual hole puncher through it, and then leaps through, rolling into the bowels of the ship.

Once his companions and the prisoner are all loaded, the ramp lifts up and locks into place, followed by the ship rocketing through the atmosphere.

The low hum of a ship accelerating through space is only broken by one thing. "Kriffing hell, I've got to piss."
