There comes a time in everyone's life when they feel their skills and knowledge need to be passed on to the next generation.
Now is that time.
Jubei never felt fulfilled when training younglings during his time with the Jedi, regurgitating the same syllabus over and over left him hollow. Now having left the Order and their rigid programmings, he found the freedom to teach in a way that could unlock an person's true potential and see them realize the best version of themselves at the highest levels of self-actualization. Where the Jedi aim to teach dogma, Jubei aims to enlighten the soul, train the body, expand the mind and raise the consciousness.

I'm looking for an individual with exceptional potential, someone with an extraordinary capacity for learning.
This is not for the faint of heart, this goes out as a challenge to any character(and RPer) worth her fortitude.
Character qualifications: Humanoid (no fur or scales), at least 22 years of age (I'm no babysitter), single (no baggage), BONUS if you own abrewery ship.
Affiliation doesn't matter.
This is more companionship than apprenticeship, the two will spend a lot of time together, from eating breakfast to hunting badguys. I'm not looking for anything romantic being that Jubei recently lost his wife. I'm doing this because, while I've taught a handful of paddies in the past, it's something I've never tried before. Sure it's fine to teach paddies the standard curriculum, but passing on one's skills and knowledge is a whole 'nother level that's far more personal and could produce some really interesting RP, so I'm going to put it out there and give it a shot!
