In the year since his mother’s passing, Lazar had taken several small missions. He hadn’t really gained much of a reputation yet and was forced to take small jobs to survive. He was to go to the temple ruins of Ossus and see if he could find anymore relics. He didn’t know who or why someone would want anything from this old place.
As soon as he arrived on the planet he felt weird, not himself. Something was off about the temple. And he couldn’t quite place it. His ears started to ring as he stepped into the temple.
Trying to figure out what was going on, he took off his helmet and the ringing got louder. He turned his head to the right and the ringing switched to his left ear. He turned his head again and the ringing switched to the other ear.
“What is going on here?” Lazar asked himself out loud. He proceeded to follow the sound. With his helmet being carried in one hand, and his other hand on his blaster in its holster.
