A small tune hummed in the young woman's throat as she sat on the petal of a large native flower. Her short hair gently fell about her face and framed the grin on her lips as she began to zone, not really seeing what was in front of her anymore. Despite the danger of her mission, Aerith's thoughts drifted to Tifa. Her lovely companion, she resolved to make this adventure a memorable one in order to give Tifa a good story when Aerith returned.

Tightly gripping a pair of binoculars, Aerith scouted out the small imperial garrison barely a few kilometers out. Her poncho villa would conceal her, though she doubted the soldiers would be able to see her even normally, and she knew she resided outside of their sensor range. Her Modular Mandalorian armor, painted golden yellow, would allow her to slide slowly down on a gentle stream of fire once she finished. At her side, her blastsword hung loosely at her hip while her VBR and reload clips hung tightly on a strap around her Poncho Villa. In a small sachel, a baradium bomb sat in waiting, it wasn't some massive planet killer, but it would take out the supports from under any large structure. She was decked out for combat, and combat was exactly what she sought.

Four perimeter guards on small towers barely higher than the flowers around them, a group of three men in the back of the compound practicing their aim, and an unknown amount inside lounging or monitoring the scanners. This particular outpost was designed specifically to monitor deep space transmissions, as evidenced by the massive satellite disk perched atop the compound. Unfortunately for the imperials, it was not designed to monitor from ground assaults, as the native Felucians were quite peaceable. Their residence deep in Sith space had given them a sense of security, and Aerith intended to break that security.

Sliding down from the flower, she grinned at the crazy companions that had decided to follow her on this mission and gave out the plan of attack, including enemy positions.

"They won't expect a ground assault, but it needs to be quick and under the cover of nightfall. Unfortunately for us, there are no Jungle Felucians around this part of the world, so we can't stir up a ruckus to get the imperial attention, we've got to take care of them ourselves. It appears the guardposts check in every five minutes, so after popping their heads off we'll have five minutes before the guys inside know what's up. We'll move in, shoot anything that moves, and have as much fun as we can. Sound good?"

Lylieth had been awaiting for The Mandalorian's report, thinking about that giant satellite dish the entire time "Those are famous for their loosely-made supports. A few thermal detonators and... poof. No more monitoring for them, surely that would get the attention of the imperials, since they most likely have an all clear signal that would go down. We also have to take out their communications once we're in, though. Don't want reinforcements coming in too early. " Lylieth was ready. She thought she'd refrain from killing, but as soon as she joined the Mandalorian army, it became second-nature. Hell, she loved it, almost as much as she loved repairing ships and weapons for her friends.

Idly rubbing flecks of dirt off of his helmet's visor, Var nodded at Aerith's plan. It seemed simple enough and with a bit of luck everything would well. As much as he hoped it would, six years of service to the Dominion taught him that things typically go wrong in combat situations. Thankfully he was well equipped. His green and black MK II armor would protect him from a few hit, and his MST-R would allow him to quickly cut down any enemies. Should he end up in close quarters combat, the vibroblade strapped to his chestplate and his TS-15 would do the job well.

Satisfied that it was free from any smudges, Var slipped the helmet back and looked at his companions. "If we split up, we might be able to force the enemies into a more advantagous situation for us. Someone could work they way down from the top of the roof while the others go in the the front and back. That way, no one can escape the building."

"Sounds like a plan Var, Lyl!"

A grin on her face, two Mando'a at her side, Aerith liked her chances. Nightfall arrived sooner than expected, the time passing quickly as Aerith read a short book, sitting in a solitary perch on a flower, from cover to cover at least six times. 'Where The Wild Mandalorians Are' was not exactly the most captivating read, but it was written on Aerith's reading level and learning how to read as an adult had not been easy nor high on her priority list. She dared not read it around her companions nor her significant other lest she suffer ridicule. Closing the short book as a little boy danced around a fire with many Neo-Mandalorians, Aerith descended from the giant flower and remarked.

"It's time. Var, go from the north, Lyl, go from the south. Listen closely to your comms, when I give the signal you will take out the guards in the towers. I'll follow up by landing on the roof. Hopefully I'll get to engage with the difficult enemies. Get going."

At that, Aerith walked off into the forest of flowers, looking for a particularly large one in order to launch off with her rockets. Once Var and Lylieth informed Aerith they were in position, she would follow with flying to the roof of the single story compound. There, she'd easily be able to plant the explosives and retreat before the five minute check in. Provided no one disturbed her work.

Lylieth nodded, going as quickly as she could, getting into position, and readying her 15-S for the signal "In position" she whispered into the comm-link, waiting for her chance at some blood. Were they guilty? She didn't care, they weren't Mandalorians, and they weren't friends. They're Sith, and that means they're enemies, hostile or not.

Var wasted no time getting into position, moving quickly yet quietly to spot behind one of the huge native flowers on the north side of the building. Pointing his repeater at the doorway, Var was ready to cut down any and all hostiles inside the building. He muttered into his own com link "Ready and waiting." As an afterthought, Var unclasped the strap on his holster that kept his TS-15 from falling out. It wouldn't do for him to have to struggle with it in a firefight.
