Hey, i was thinking about making a ME RP myself and stumbled upon this, looks like someone beat me to it, if this is still a go and i am not too late i would deffinatley be interested in this !!!

There a setting I should be aware of so I can write it into my backstory?

The setting is currently five years after the First Contact War. The Geth have not attacked, are humans are just currently being adapted into Galactic Civilization.

If you are unfamiliar with the First Contact War, it is the first time Humans had met with another intelligent species, the Turians. The humans were activating a council forbidden Relay, when Turian enforcers fired upon them, unaware of the fact that the humans had no knowledge of the Council or their policies.

A war followed between them before the Council negotiated a peace. Roughly 600 lives were lost on both sides.

Due to this, humans are largely distrusted, mostly by Turians.

Other than this, I will be creating a plot to follow for everyone, unless the original poster of this thread contacts me to discuss otherwise.
