As I look back at my time spent here, I can't help but smile, frown, but mostly laugh at some of the experiences that I have encountered.
Though we all come from starkly different nationality, hold various world views ( and in some cases none - yes, you- Kaeb -.- ), speak other languages/dialects, and etc., we've managed to create an online melting pot.
Some frequent this forum for the role play- be it to read it (like myself), participate in the role play, and or do both; in some cases none, of the above. At the end of it all, one common thread binds us together as one. Yeap, you guessed it, Star Wars! We all have that special place for it, and it is this singular reason that we convocate on this forum.
For me, this forum has been more than simply a role playing forum. It has become my little piece of escape from a hectic day, and a community. Be it through the role play or OOC threads, I've learned and encountered various teachable moments that I find endearing, and some that I will never repeat.
I know my experience wouldn't be the same without you folks, thus I'd like to take this time to thank and perhaps….
