I think that a wait and see approach is probably best for the moment. Some admins have been able to do it, some haven't. No doubt we'll look over the situation in a month or so to make sure that the factions aren't being neglected.

Sounds good. I have a great deal of trust in Bac and Xeno but even the best of the members can get burnt out through a ridiculous workload.

We've all seen it happen, but the staff has gotten better and better at recognizing when things aren't running smoothly, and there's failsafes in place to ensure the faction doesn't completely grind to a halt in the process.

sweet, new admins. all old members but that's no surprise since anyone who joined after 2008 is kinda on a different level, one we'll probably never breach. Hopefully these two and returning are less prone to metagame than some of the current staff.

As for the metagaming thing...I think I know all of the staff members well enough to say that I honestly doubt that's the case.

jiang metagames, I hear a lot of complaints about sreeya, I have no gripes against her, but i know a lot of others do.

so yeah, bringing them on, not the administrations best decision. But then their the only admins I see anyways... I recently found out about 2 different admins I'd never encountered. so weird. Hopefully you'll show brandon what propper admins are like and we'll get the regeme change I needed when I left the site in anger 8 months ago.

don't think I ever got a response from my formal complaint against jiang...
