Vyrii usually was one to go to his own bar and restaurant, but at the moment he wasn't doing particularly well, he was a bit curious on the other bars within the inner systems. Vyrii's curiosity brought him toward the Outlanders Club which resided in the Coruscant System. Weather that day wasn't looking very cheerful, actually it was rather wet and gloomy. The weather around the area was cloudy and rainy, heavy rain surrounded that district of the city pouring like a wild torrential shower. It was late night around the time in which the bar was most busy, hopefully no problems would arise?

The black cloak shrouded over the Hutts body, it was oblivious that a Hutt was under the cloak, but still it wasn't too uncommon for someone to be wearing a cloak in rainy weather. The clouds above the city weren't firing down lightning or clapping thunder, but just pouring heavily, Vyrii parked his ship within a shipyard and began his walk toward the Outlanders Club. Vyrii could easily see it from the nearby shipyard he had placed his transport vehicle in. The streets were someone drowsy at this time of night, most of the population asleep or heavily working in buildings, the weather didn't help to bringing life to the street ways. Vyrii wasn't one to trust bar or club parking lots and placed his vehicle somewhere else according to those feelings.

As Vyrii slugged his way toward the club he looked at some nearby alleyways seeing a few sewer-rats and spider-roaches as he moved on his foot. He was almost to the building right next to the entrance, the sound of laughter, music, and gambling could be heard as he sluggishly walked in through the arched entrance. Interesting place they had here, Vyrii began to wonder what this place had that his didn't.

Despite what her original plans had been for her arrival on Coruscant, Naiya Swift's next destination had changed to the popular club known as the 'Outlander Club'. While the Cathar female had other nightclubs that she preferred visiting, she had never been to this particular place before, and after hearing that it was a lively place, she opted to give it a visit. After all, the rather startling events she had gone through on her journey to Coruscant justified a night of rest and relaxation before she resumed her original quest.

Due to the rather dreary weather, she wore a full-length black leather trench coat over her usual outfit and held aloft a matching black umbrella in her left hand, to shield herself from the pouring rain. As she wasn't expecting to encounter any difficulties, she was mostly unarmed, save for her trusty Blaster pistol, concealed underneath her coat.

She walked along at a swift pace, weaving in and out around the various pedestrians clogging the streets as she closed in on the Outlander Club, the entrance of which was visible just a short distance ahead. Upon reaching the Club, she closed her Umbrella, gave it a quick shake to rid it of excess water, then proceeded inside.

Naiya noted that immediately in front of her was a large figure, concealed by a cloak. It took her only a few moments to realize that the figure was that of a Hutt. She had encountered the species only a handful of times, and was impressed by how crafty they could be, though she wisely kept her dealings with them to a minimum.

After watching the Hutt a few moments longer as she walked in after the alien, she diverted her gaze to the other patrons, all of whom were partaking in the bewildering array of entertainment available within the Outlander Club. Music, the din of gambling, the laughter and slurred banter of drinking patrons, lively chatter; all the sounds of a healthy establishment reached her ears.

'Wow, this place is pretty lively. I'll have to come here more often.' She thought, pausing just within the entrance and looking around at all the different attractions within the place, wondering just what she should visit first.

((I don’t get to use my Shade Order guy very much anymore. So ill us him here!))

Sol sat at one of the many stools that lined the main bar of the Outlander club. It had been one of his watering holes back when he was hired help for one of the lesser known cantinas in the lower levels of Coruscant. Every once in a while felt the urge to go back to the place where his life made a turn towards what he had become in the present. No one recognized him, since he had been gone for quite some time, his clothes and demeanor had also changed drastically since then. He also had the hood on his robes up to give himself a little more privacy. It didn’t really bother him, other than not having a discount on liquor anymore.

As he took a swig of his Corellian ale which he had been nursing for the past half hour, he had a sensation, like a wind chime sounding softly in the distance. He looked behind him and around him to see if he could find the source of the sound, but was unable to. As he looked he saw a Hutt slither into the club, he had great distaste for their race, as he had to work for one for a majority of his time on Coruscant in his younger days. It was odd to see one actually moving around, but he soon dismissed it and turned back to his drink. The sound still remained though, like a nagging thought. It wasn’t getting any louder, but it made him unable to drown himself in thought has he had done before.

Nothing different really could be found, maybe it was just the fact that his establishment was old now, it had after all been standing for over a century, maybe he needed something new, something exciting at his place. Well that would be dealt with later, for the time being he might as well enjoy the place he was in. Vyrii had no ill feelings for other businesses, whether they be more successful than his restaurant & bar, or less. The place was rather full of life, and he loved to party, drink, gamble and smoke, he could spend sometime and enjoy life that night he had no jobs to do, so might as well!

Sometime people (or Hutts in this case!) can feel that someone is watching them, or rather multiple people are, especially it can be felt if they are dirty glances, or ones of hate and anguish. Vyrii could feel these looks at him and he wasn't exactly feeling welcome, but what did he expect, he was a Hutt his race was known for their notorious deeds and well the stereotype stuck with him. Vyrii was always armed, best to always be prepared and cautious, under his large cloak he was as usual wearing his utility holsters, holding his usual equipment, several open weapons and some concealed ones as well, but these were all under the cloak. Vyrii had some problems moving through the crowd with his large body he had some difficulty not crashing into other people or accidentally knocking something over, this establishment obviously didn't have many Hutts stopping by.

Almost as if it were fate, Vyrii accidentally crashed into someone, that someone was sitting down drinking a Corellian ale, he was cloaked and hooded, but Vyrii could tell that the Hutts presence was disturbing him and his day at the bar. Vyrii couldn't exactly move through the crowds that easily and had accidentally knocked him down, the guy most likely wouldn't have seen Vyrii as his back was turned when he was knocked over, but who else could have done it? There was only one possible suspect, the 2 ton slug creature in front of him.

Vyrii was unlike most Hutts a bit more well mannered and he actually tried to look his best, so he responded accordingly. "Sorry about that sir" Vyrii said in the galactic basic language, hopefully this guy knew the basic language of the galaxy, if not Vyrii knew several other languages in which he could possibly apologize in. A fight was the last thing Vyrii wanted at the moment, he wanted to relax that day, but if a fight was to break out, Vyrii had no hesitations to kill the man. Vyrii waited patiently for a response, he didn't put his hand out to help the man out yet in case the guy decided to offer a knife rather than a hand up.

Naiya proceeded to skirt around the Hutt at the first given opportunity, and headed directly to the bar. She wasn't going to sit there, no, she was going to get a drink and head over to the side of the club that was currently being entertained by a band.

The Cathar female gracefully wound her way through the crowds, somehow managing to slip through to the bar without resorting to having to gently push her way through the dense wall of patrons. She approached a spot several meters away from where a cloaked man was sitting, drinking some beverage she couldn't quite identify.

She placed a order with the bartender, asking to be surprised with a drink that was fairly sweet and fruity in taste, then turned around and lightly leaned back against the bar as she waited for her drink to be prepared. She occupied herself by once again looking over the Cantina, and planning the best route from the bar to a empty table not terribly far away.

However, her thoughts on that matter were tossed into disarray by a crashing sound from where the cloaked human had been sitting, followed by an apology from someone. She turned about and stepped away from the bar, peering around a drunken patron at the scene of the accident.

From the look of things, the Hutt had knocked over someone, and was apologizing to him, which was not at all what she would expect from a Hutt.
After thinking about it for a split second, she started to walk towards the toppled human and the Hutt, if only to see what was going on, and how the Human would respond to the situation.

As Sol stood up his hood fell back, revealing not a face of anger, nor a hostile one. Just one of slight annoyance. Even though he did not hold a hostile stance, his first reaction was to reach for his lightsaber while he fell. Seeing now that there was no threat, he didn’t unclip it and left it partially concealed in his robes. "It’s alright. Things like this happen all the time." Sol said in a calm voice as he picked up his now empty glass. "This place is awfully crowded. And you’re a Hutt. Id say that’s a bad combination." Sol would have tried some force persuasion on the Hutt to make it buy him a new ale, but common knowledge told him that it would most certainly not work and just lead to more problems. So he just set his glass back on the bar and attempted some small talk with the large sentient. “So what brings someone like yourself to this establishment? You don’t normally see Hutt’s moving around a whole lot.”

Vyrii was quite relieved as he hadn't caused any problems, he looked with careful eyes watching as the man had almost pulled out a lightsaber. Vyrii was good at finding these kinds of things, he had good focused eyes that were useful for aiming with a blaster, but also for finding things potentially dangerous. He stayed cautious knowing that this Jedi, or Sith could be a danger, but if he was a Jedi he wouldn't purposely look to kill, so the first was probably a better guess, also his reaction and display of personality. The man said that he was fine and that it was no problem, a small crowd had grown around them, usually small things as such caused fights in bars and clubs, luckily this wasn't one of those situations.

The guy soon enough tried making a conversation, most likely to show he had no ill feelings. He asked why a Hutt was at this club, a somewhat rude question, since his personal doings were none of his business, but of course that was the normal thing for someone to ask, Hutts didn't come to these places most of the time, they usually had their own joints if they did. Vyrii responded politely, "I'm just here for... business" he said this in a somewhat comical way, but at the same time hinting some sort of scheme, there really wasn't any, but might as well bring up a conversation, his tone hinted for a interesting conversation, but it was up to the other guy to start a conversation or not.

"Let me get you a drink, after all I just knocked yours over..." Vyrii quickly clapped his hands to get the bar tenders attention, he lowered the hood of his cloak, but kept the rest of the cloak on just as not to gain any more attention for carrying dangerous weapons. "Could you get this guy a Corellian ale? Get me one as well" Vyrii asked the bar tender in a demanding, but soft voice. Vyrii looked at the man, then at the rest of the crowd, the crowd had dispersed now, but still he could feel that they were watching. So much for feeling relaxed.

Naiya, unlike the keen-eyed Hutt, had not noticed the lightsaber the human carried. She stuck around and watched the pair for a few seconds longer, then, like the rest of the crowd that had gathered about, lost interest and went back to her own business. She moved back to her former spot along the bar, where a glass of Corellian Merlot was waiting for her.

She didn't think too much as she plucked the wine glass up off the counter, briefly examined it, and then took a sip. It was neither too sweet nor too bitter, and had just the right amount of fruity flavor for her tastes. The bartender really did know what he was doing!

Now happily in possession of a glass of wine, Naiya decided that heading over to listen to the music wasn't such a important thing; rather, staying close to the source of the wine was more important. As such, she found a empty stool at the bar and settled down upon it, contentedly sipping her wine while listening to the banter that surrounded her.

While the Hutt Spoke the soft chime Sol heard before grew louder, it still wasn't an overpowering sound, but it had certainly risen. At that moment Sol realized what the sound was, it was the force telling him of another tuned to the force somewhere around him. His exterior showed no sign of his inner realization and he still exuded calm and collectiveness in the force. "Business ay?....... Well I won’t pry into it further for obvious reasons. I'm still surprised to see a Hutt roaming around without some kind of entourage following close behind. Or at least body guards." Sol looked back behind the Hutt for a second scanning the crowd, then brought his gaze back to the Hutt. "That’s kind of you, but I’m not much of a drinker. And I was almost done with the last one. You don’t need to buy me another." Sol looked back towards the crowd again, scanning it for any lightsabers or even just clothing that signified a force user. Of course he saw none, and as he looked the sound actually started to fade again.

Vyrii let out a soft sigh seeing as how the man had no intention of talking with him, but of course he wouldn't why would he want to talk with a Hutt? Possibly the reason he had walked off as well, oh well more drinks for him! Vyrii awaited for his drinks, but noticed how the guy was indeed moving around searching for something... Vyrii wasn't exactly sure of what, but he looked bothered, something was up in the bar and Vyrii was a bit curious as he often was. The drinks came in, "Your Corellian ales" the bartender said placing them on the table. Vyrii responded with a kind "Thank you sir" then quickly chugged both ales in a single gulp placing the glasses hard on the counter. Vyrii loved to drink, alone or with others, it didn't really matter, although he often got pretty drunk after a while, for now though he was for the most part fine, he had been drinking for a while, two drinks weren't going to do much.

Vyrii grew somewhat curiously attached to this guy, not as a friend, but rather more a pet, something that he could enjoy watching and investigate what he was doing. He had no intention of harming this man as Vyrii usually did with his actual "pets" but Vyrii wanted to see what the man was looking for, making see how this story folded out? "Question sir, what are you looking for maybe I can help?" Vyrii asked the Jedi in a curious and inquisitive voice. The man seemed to be looking for a object, a weapon or such he was looking around the belt areas of people, he didn't look strange when he looked, so he wasn't looking for something else. "What would a Jedi look for..." Vyrii thought in his mind, "Maybe other Jedi? Maybe a Sith? A criminal?" Vyrii could have tried guessing, but it would be safer to stick with a actual answer, he awaited for the man to answer, he most likely wouldn't though, after all it was his personal business not the Hutts.

The interactions between the Hutt and robed human were mostly ignored by Naiya, who was content to drink and watch a distant argument between a pair of Twi'leks, right up until she heard the Hutt's distinctive voice ask what the human was looking for, and if he could offer any assistance in the search.

That piqued her interest. The cathar female slipped off her stool and casually stepped away from the bar, looking off at a highly polished and reflective piece of trim on the strip of a table not far from where the bar was. As luck would have it, the reflection of the Hutt and Human were fairly visible within the reflection, allowing her to discreetly observe them, while her keen ears, once of which was rotated towards them, enabled her to listen in.

Sol felt the Hutt approach, but was too preoccupied with looking that he didn’t actually turn around until it spoke. At first he didn’t know what to say, it wasn’t like the information of the possibility of another force user somewhere in the club was going to harm anyone. But he had been around Hutt's alot in his young life, and he knew that the less they knew about you the better. Blackmailing was harder when you knew nothing about someone. He finally decided to just tell the Hutt, he was in on way endangering the other force user since he didn’t know what they looked like. "To tell you the truth. I'm not quite sure. There’s something or someone in this club I need to find. But I have no idea what it is. I just know its here. The force is vague like that you see." Sol paused for a moment, realizing he hadn’t even given the Hutt his name. "I apologize but I have yet to introduce myself. My name is Sol Kavos. Shade Order master." He knew that if any other Shade members had been in the club, they would have found each other by now, so he ruled them out completely as a suspect. He secretly hoped that it wasn’t a Jedi, especially one that he had known in his past. Sol hated awkward moments that meetings like that lead to, and the fights that soon followed.

The soft chiming he had heard before was just a soft whisper now, which meant he had gone opposite direction of whatever was making it. But when he turned to the direction of where he had just come from, all he saw was the bar. Everyone sitting at the bar lacked both the clothing and the equipment of a force user. It hit Sol that the one he was sensing might not know that they where force sensitive, or that they had not been formally trained, which made searching by clothing or weapons useless. He tested his theory by taking a few steps towards the bar. Sure enough, the chiming grew just a little bit louder. Sol thought about what he would say if he actually found the force user, he hadn’t actually thought that far ahead yet. He wasn’t even sure how to pose the question to see who was force sensitive, and who was not. He would try to play it cool, but asking people if they knew they had force powers seemed so absurd to him that it almost made him laugh at the thought of it.

Vyrii was a bit bored of following this man around, he was a Shade Order Master, whatever that was, well following this guy around wasn't exactly fun, nor did Vyrii feel he was going to get much out of him, Vyrii could eventually get something if he tried, but he wasn't in the mood to. Vyrii decided it would be best to leave the bar now, he had welcomed his stay for a bit too long, maybe it would be better to leave through the back entrance if anything, after all the shipyard was closer that way, and maybe he could avoid bumping into things within the bar if he went to the closer exit. The large sluggish Hutt began his walk toward the back, but noticed someone, a female Cathar to be exact, she was near the back of the place a bit away from the bar. She was looking at a table for some odd reason, she was also listening in toward the direction of the man.

What was she doing? Vyrii wondered about this for a short while, but didn't think too much. He hadn't tasted any Cathars yet... maybe later, it wouldn't be best to try in the middle of a crowded area. Vyrii continued his walk ignoring her not really caring as to what she was doing or why, he was going to begin his walk toward the shipyard it was still dark, but it had stopped raining, the clouds had begun breaking away as well. Vyrii looked into the beautiful star-filled sky thinking about how each individual system was only but a speck in the sky. Funny when you look at the world that way, a single life seems almost like nothing... Vyrii looked back at the bar one last time before he exited through the back, he was going to return to Corellia.

Naiya's ears twitched slightly in surprise as she heard the human's reply to the Hutt. Whatever the human was looking for he was sensing in the force? Did that mean he was a Jedi? That thought was dispelled when she heard him introduce himself as Sol Kavos, a master in the Shade Order. She remembered hearing about the Order once; apparently, they were a group of force users who had splintered away from the Jedi Order, for some reason she didn't know.

The Cathar female continued observing the reflection, her attention now compeltely focused on the human male who had now walked a short distance from the bar, then stopped, turned around, and took several steps back to the bar. She was so engrossed in studying him that she didn't notice the Hutt's movement towards the Club's back exit at first.

She finally realized that the Hutt was moving when she caught a glimpse of him in her peripheal vision, causing her to momentarily tear her eyes off the reflective trim of the table and watch the Hutt, who had already made it past her and was now at the exit of the Outlander Club. She was very tempted to follow after him, if only to see what the Hutt was up to, but the curiosity she felt towards whatever it was this 'Sol' was doing, coupled with staying nice and warm inside the bar, convinced her to stay put.

Naiya returned her gaze to the reflective strip of metal, hoping to catch sight of Sol again, but she was unable to see him in the reflection. She quirked one eyebrow for a moment, then started looking about the Club, trying to spot the robed human.

Sol had become more and more irritated as he moved through the bar. He had almost lost the sound again, and the Hutt had left without any assistance, so he was left to search alone. Not that the Hutt would have been able to help him, he had no clues to give other than a general direction. He wasn't actually sure why he needed to find this other force sensitive being; it was like an undeniable urge he could not ignore. Sol silently cursed the force for being so vague, if it had directly pinpointed what he was looking for he would be done by now and could get on with his night. Unfortunately it was not so, and Sol was forced to do it the hard way. Using the sound like a metal detector to find the general location of this being.

He walked back to the bar, dejected in his inability to do such a seemingly simple task. The force had not been a particular strong point for him for much of his life, and that fact didn't change much with him becoming a master. The crowd seemed to pulse to the beat of the music that boomed around Sol as he pushed his way through the mass of sentients to get back to the bar. It was the only place he had a serious spike in the sound that was leading him to the other force user. Sol was greatly distracted by his thoughts as he pushed through the large crowd. He practically wasn't looking ahead of him when he bumped into a relatively tall Cathar female. When he did the chiming almost drowned out the sound of the music and everything else around him before completely vanishing. Either the force user had suddenly died, or he had just found it. Sol was so relieved it wasn't a Jedi from his younger life he almost forgot to apologize. "Oh excuse me miss. I wasn't looking where I was going. Are you alright?"

EDIT: crap, meant tall and I said short.

Naiya's brief visual search for Sol ended in a dismal failure; she had completely lost track of the human in the crowded Outlander Club. She was rather dissapointed that she had failed to keep an eye on him; and yet at the same time, she wondered why she was making such a fuss over the human. Naiya supposed it was just her curiosity coming into play once again.

She sighed, chuckled softly at her actions, and brought her wine-glass to her lips again, intending to take a sip of the slightly alcholic beverage, when someone bumped into her side, causing her to stumble a bit. The sudden movement splashed wine onto the front of her trench coat, an occurence that was met with a momentary frown from the cathar female. 'Well, I hope this doesn't stain easily.' She thought, gazing down at the half-glass worth's of wine that had been distributed across her coat.

Naiya had just begun turning to face the fellow who had bumped her when he began apologizing. "Aside from a bit of..." Her voice trailed off for a moment as her eyes finally settled on non other than Sol, but she quickly caught herself and finished speaking. "A bit of spilled wine on my coat, I'm fine."

Now in such close proximity to Sol, Naiya couldn't help but sense... Something. She couldn't quite put her finger on it nor could she even begin to describe it; all she knew was that it was a strong presence of some sort. And she had a feeling that it was Sol who was the cause of that presence.

Sol was almost sure this was the one he was looking for, and not just someone blocking his view from his true goal. It was peculiar that the one he was looking for was a Cathar. It wasn't that this certain race didn’t yield much force users; it was quite opposite to the truth. Many powerful force users had been Cathar or one of the Cathar subspecies. It was just that Sol had never met one in person. He thought they were shorter, but this one was almost the same height as him.

"I'm terribly sorry. I was just so caught up in my thoughts that I wasn't paying attention to where I was going. You see Ive been looking for something. And I believe I might have found it." Sol would test this Cathar to see if she was indeed the force user he had sensed. He began to probe her mental barriers, not to try and break them, but to see if she responded to it. It wasn't the Jedi way of doing thing, but then again he wasn't a Jedi.

Naiya gave Sol a friendly smile as he apologized. Again. "It's fine. Mind if I ask what it is you're looking for?" She replied, lowering her hands to her stomach and cradling the now-empty wineglass between her fingers as she gazed at the tall human standing in front of her.

Mere moments after she spoke, she began to feel yet another sensation that was alien to her. This time, rather than sensing the presence of another in the vicinity around her, she was sensing the presence of another, within the confines of her own mind. It was as if someone was feeling along the walls she had erected about her mind, searching for cracks in the barriers.

It was a disturbing sensation, which she responded to by throwing up another layer of mental barriers, in an attempt to drive out whatever entity was probing her mind.

Sol almost chucked at the absurdity of what he was about to say. Most of the time people knew what they where looking for before they even started the search. "Actually I had on idea what I was looking for up until near the end. The force is very vague that way. Never gives you any straight answers. Why do you think Jedi always answer your questions with more questions?" He paused for a moment when the Cathar put up another mental barrier; it meant she was indeed able to sense the intrusion. What was even better was the fact she was able to add more defenses when needed. Sol wondered why no Jedi had picked up on her yet, she looked like she lived the life of a spacer, which would mean she traveled to a variety of different planets.

“I’m not going to pull the regular Jedi way of doing things and beat around the bush with you. Ive been looking for another force sensitive I had sensed in this club. I believe that this person is you. Truthfully I have no idea why I was so bent on finding you. The force has a funny way of doing things." Sol would let this sink in before continuing. He thought he was pleading his case pretty well, given the fact he had no idea what to say next. He was pretty much just winging it.

Naiya's expression turned to one of surprise for several seconds as Sol spoke of how he wasn't going to 'pull the regular Jedi way of doing things', and explained how he had been searching for a force sensitive being he had sensed within the club, and how he belived that she was that being.

Now, she had known that she was force sensitive to a degree, after having woken up one morning to find herself floating in the air a fair distance above her cot. She just never realized that others could sense that she had a connection to the Force, and so it surprised her.

"I guess it does have a baffling way of doing things, yes. So, does this mean that the presence I felt in my mind a moment ago was you?" She asked, eyes locked upon Sol's as she spoke. The surprised expression that had adorned her muzzle was long gone, replaced with a curious expression that showed that Sol had her full attention and interest.
