1. What is going to happen in your plot?
A bunch of general every day activities for Ossein characters to fuel the economy and gain some prosperity for the fleet associated with the participating characters.
2. What other players will be a part of this?
Any and all Ossein characters that sign up.

3. Where are all the places (if more than one) that your plot will be taking place?

4. Please provide a basic in-character timeline of what you expect to happen.
All the threads will be occuring around the same time.
Thread 1: Stowaways OPEN The flagship is large and there are plenty of opportunities for people to sneak onboard and hide away. Many of these people are not Ossein and take for granted what the Flagship has to offer. Recently there have been reports of supplies being stolen and signs of stowaways. Search the ship and try to find out who they are and detain them. These can be helpless children running away from home or wanted criminals so be on your guard.
Thread 2: Scouting ASK FULL It is not uncommon for the Flagship to send ahead a small scouting party through hyperspace to make sure the next system is safe. You're just the person for the job and it pays decently however you need to have a hyperspace capable vessel and willing to risk it to take on any possible corsairs once you arrive. This is because this is exactly what is going to happen and you need to be ready. You must survive, warn and escape at the very least. If you can eliminate the pirates, even better.
Thread 3: Roaming Reek
Thread 4: Meeting Over Metal ASK Scrap is common in a galaxy coming out of a long war. However some of that scrap can be used to refit a ship. Go to Fondor and enlist the help of a local scrapping company. These are scrupulous individuals that while rough around the edges are worth the coin.
Thread 5: Thieving Thieves OPEN The future Rhincodon carrier will need a crew. There is no shortage of souls to fill the positions but there will need to be some automated amenities and adjustment. Lucky for us there are some tech bandits that operate from the planet of Belsavis. They have scores of droids they use as hands for their illicit activities. Most likely they will be inactive if you approach covertly so don't set off any alarms as you eliminate their organic masters.
Thread 6: What's Up Doc ASK FULL While cooks and other shipboard areas can usually be filled easily it takes some work to find someone with medical expertise. There is a exploritory unit on Utapau and the are the best candidate(s) for shipboard medical positions. See if you can convince them to join. Perhaps the promise of travel will peak their interest. They aren’t the best doctors but they’re better than nothing.
5. What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
The various threads will serve both directly and indirectly towards commisioning/gaining a Rhincodon carrier as an addition to the fleet. Will be usable (but not controlled) by PCs.
6. Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.
No. Three threads need to be DMed but does not need to he done by staff.
