Outsider Looking to Get into Mandalore

I was curious about threading with a mandalorian or two to get my bounty hunter Elias involved with Mandalore so that he can eventually become one down the line. He's a bounty hunter / Crime button man. I was hoping for him to find a semblence of purpose within. I'm not sure where to post this request so I figured this might be the best if anyone wants to give it a try.

at the moment there are a few houses and within each house there are multiple clans to choose from. it is advised that you pick one you want your character to be a part of. also mandalorians aren't indie (obviously) so you'll need to change your character's prefix if you want to join the faction and also make sure it gets reviewed by the leadership.

but if you just want to interact with mandos i'm sure there are some shady mandos out there who are happy to join in your endeavors.

Button man = Hit man/Contract killer

It was poorly worded, I meant that he's a button man for various forms of crime, whether mob, smuggling, whatever. EDIT what Loco said XD

I meant that unless I change the character's backstory he's not really knowledgeable of Mandalore. He'll know of them but much like myself and say.... Thailand all I have is an idea on what that country is and little about what it actually is. I was hoping that he would meet with a Mandalorian and learn about them then attempt to join. Or is that all just unnecessary on this forum? I'm still getting the hang of how things flow.

It's not entirely necessary here- you can choose to write it into your backstory or just hand wavium any excuse you feel like into existence for him to suddenly join any faction you want. That said, gradually interacting with and easing into a faction is also a common and perfectly acceptable method of character development here as well, and I'm sure there are active Mando's looking for threads who will take you up on the offer.

Okie. Well hopefully someone will take the time but after a bit I'll just have him jump in and drop the Indie prefix and hope for the best. I appreciate it Loco and Darasuum!
