- Force Speed: Pechil is still only on the basics of this, he has been taught somewhat by watching other jedi's and studying the arts of the force through archives and such. Even with his dislike of books and data files, he will read them when he enjoys the subject to a high degree. He is only capable of performing the basics of the skill and hasn't been properly instructed to being adept at using it. This is a useful skill Pechil uses in combat, it is a major skill which increases his dexterity and speed to a even further level of skill. He hopes to master this skill and have it well controlled and at full strength.
- Force Empathy: Pechil has had this skill for a while, it somewhat has been natural for him as he learned it instinctively. he had learned of how to use this ability at a young age from when he began seeing others feelings, adding on as a passive ability when seeing others in pain and sorrow. As time passed he applied this to when comforting friends, helping out animals, caring for his pets, playing with his friends, etc. Pechil later when training as a Jedi learned of his ability of Empathy, he has heavily trained this skill hoping to eventually get to the point of passively seeing everyone elses feelings and mastering the ability of Force Empathy. He isn't at the point of mastery yet, but he is looking forward to training to that point, he is far beyond the normal padawan in this skill.
- Force Jump: Pechil is still only on the basics of this, he has been taught somewhat by watching other jedi's and studying the arts of the force through archives and such. Even with his dislike of books and data files, he will read them when he enjoys the subject to a high degree. He is only capable of performing the basics of the skill and hasn't been properly instructed to being adept at using it. This is a extremely useful skill which allows Pechil to perform mid-air attacks with extreme ease, even though he is short, he is capable of hitting high strikes with the help of this force ability. If anything this is probably Pechil's most used skill while in lightsaber combat. He hopes to master this skill and have it well controlled and at full strength.
- Telepathy: This is another skill that Pechil has had prior to becoming a Jedi, he had always wished to talk with the non-sentient creatures in a way they could understand, he began with just talking to the animals as if they actually could hear him and understand, he treated them like people somewhat, using them as substitutes for sentient creatures to talk to at times. Pechil eventually got to the point where he saw a animal respond to his pointless talks, he was rather shocked, but attempted again and again, eventually to the point where he didn't need to talk, but just concentrate deeply and listen to the force. Pechil continued the practice of this and still is practicing in the ways of Telepathy. Pechil is beyond the normal Jedi Padawan in the levels of Telepathy.
- Plant Surge: This is another innate ability Pechil has. He received this ablity prior to becoming a Jedi when he grew accustomed to the nature around him, he enjoyed to examine and smell flowers along with feel them gently, holding their leaves carefully in his hands without removing them from the ground or from the flowers themselves. Pechil grew to the ability when the flowers began to grow toward him when he began to focus the force around the flower and within it. Pechil is beyond average in this skill compared to other Jedi Padawan and is skilled in using it, he has watched other Jedi use the ability and read upon the topic.
- Telekinesis: Pechil is still only on the basics of this, he has been taught somewhat by watching other jedi's and studying the arts of the force through archives and such. Even with his dislike of books and data files, he will read them when he enjoys the subject to a high degree. He is only capable of performing the basics of the skill and hasn't been properly instructed to being adept at using it. He is capable of using force push, pull, along with using saberthrow with excellent control and distance, not exactly mastery level with this skill, but skilled with it, he is also skilled in retrieving his weapon with the force. Pechil is able to lift somethings around his weight, possibly more. This is a skill he is currently practicing and isn't the most skilled with. He's a bit above average, but not that much in this skill.
- Force Healing: Pechil has learned this skill through his instincts and may be perhaps one of his first abilities. Pechil awakened to this ability when watching his younger sibling fall and hurt his knee, Pechil reacted immediately concentrating the force to heal the minor wound, later Pechil continued in the practice of this, not exactly skilled, nor is it really refined, but he is trying to control it and get it to work for him through the process of being a Jedi.
Skills:
Animal & Nature Lover: Pechil loves all animals and all plants, including dangerous carnivorous ones that are capable of easily ripping him to shreds. Pechil is usually not biased against any race, species, sex, nor is he bias against someones looks, etc. Pechil loves animals of all kinds, he treats them with care and love, treating them like everyone else, like a living creature. Pechil treats life as one of the most important things within the universe, a life comes before all things, may it be the life of a Tooke, or of a Wampa. He dislikes killing, but knows the fact that death is a part of life, carnivores need meat to survive, such as the same as a Jedi must remove the Sith. Killing comes last in the order of things to do, he will talk rather than kill, but if the need arises things will be done. Pechil enjoys talking with animals, petting them if they enjoy petting, conversing with them, and things of the matter. Pechil is more at peace when talking with animals rather than with people, he uses his telepathy to do this, and has been using it for a long while. Pechil loves trees and nature as well, enjoying walks in the forest, or swimming in lakes. He somewhat enjoys meditation and feels relaxed when doing so. Pechil isn't exactly excited about cities and technology, but he doesn't hate them.
Excellent Swimmer: Pechil is naturally a great swimmer and is capable of swimming at high speeds, with greta turns, movement, and all in all its extremely easy for him! He is at home at the water, Tynnans do after all spend basically half their lives in the water. He is capable of holding his breath for great deals of time, its basically as if he could breathe underwater. Pechil is able to move at extreme speeds underwater, speeds as fast as those above on land probably even faster. With the use of Pechil's water proof lightsaber blade this is extremely useful in underwater combat, making him even greater in battle within water, than on land.
Naturally Emphatic: Pechil has the ability of Force Empathy, but that's not the only thing that makes him easy to get along with. He is capable of naturally understanding others feelings at most times, his Force Empathy being used only in situations where he cannot, he is naturally capable of knowing how another feels. Pechil is a good being to pour ones heart to, to tell ones thoughts and feelings to, he can often give good advice when asked, beyond that he often keeps most of his thoughts inside his mind, he usually only releases these thoughts when giving advice to someone who asks. Pechil is quite kind and understanding most likely not to yell, or scold someone unless its best that they do, in the case that scolding is what they want. He is able to understand how a animal feels, what it wants, why it does something, he is also able to tell in sentient beings as well. He doesn't need a psychology degree, or vast knowledge gained by specialist, he uses his own knowledge and understanding, he is in someways a natural psychological specialist.
Using Equipment & Tools: He is capable of using various tools and objects. Pechil has used various things through the short years of his life and has gained some skill with them. Pechil is a adept at using grappling hooks and things of the sort, along with that he is somewhat a good shot, he has great accuracy, but isn't quite into using guns, he is though skilled with a bow somewhat. Pechil knows how to repair droids to a simple degree, fixing minor issues with a droid. He is also somewhat capable of performing simple repairs on ships. Pechil knows how to use holograms, comlinks, archives, etc. He has basic knowledge of technology in the galaxy, as well as some more primitive technologies.
Languages Known: Pechil is fluent in Tynnian, along with that he is also fluent in Galactic Basic Standard. Pechil has learned how to speak in Gungan, but is not fluent, mainly through the help of his Gungan friend he has learned to speak some Gungan. Beyond these languages Pechil does not know anymore languages, thanks to his force abilities though he is capable of using telepathy to remove the need of learning any more.
Lightsaber/Sword forms:
- Form 0 ~ Form Zero: Pechil knows this form as a basic, as all Jedi do. It is the ethic principle to use words, the force, etc prior to attacking or harming a target. Pechil keeps tihs form as a important factor within his life, he respects it greatly and if anything is absolutely his main form and skill. He will always take on this aspect of being a Jedi, his love for life and nature keeps him in check with it. He will not kill or attack unless needed, and to the most part will only defend himself from a attack, or to protect those in need of help. Rather than using aggressive negotiations Pechil prefers ones with words, or understanding. After all... as the old sayings say, "The best blades are kept in their sheaths."
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strengths
Small Size: Due to his small size and short stature, Pechil is capable of performing many things that large sized creatures could not. An example is a more difficult target to hit while in battle, his small body quickly zipping around, along with there not being a lot to shoot, gives him a advantage in battle. Another one of Pechil's advantages gained from this, is the ability to crawl into small spaces, or take up less room on ships/etc, also making him easily concealed if stowing away on a ship. Pechil is a great hider, so in times where retreat and concealment are necessary Pechil will easily be able to find a hiding spot. This isn't exactly showing that hes a coward, rather its showing that living another day is better than throwing away ones life. Pechil sees life as a great importance within the universe and if hiding will save lives (including his) its worth it. Fighting isn't the only answer. There are a few minor issues with his size though, due to being small he isn't naturally capable of reaching high ledges with ease, or climbing up tall bookshelves, which is what his force powers are for to compensate for those weaknesses. Pechil's small size also may be a bit of a weakness in the case where he can't reach the controls for a ship.
Calm & Collected: Pechil is calm and collected in battle, not getting angry, sad, nor proud or ashamed at loss or success. Pechil doesn't really care about winning and losing in competitions, he doesn't really care for competitions in general. Pechil merely sees them as a conflict in terms of where the winner is the more skilled in whatever the competition is on. Pechil keeps his mind controlled at almost all times, there are moments where emotions pour in, but for the most part he just feels the force around him. Pechil does however dislike death and acts accordingly when someone dies, but he doesn't shed tears, or get deeply emotional. Pechil usually gets emotional at moments such as leaving his family, or when moving away from his homeworld. When Pechil does get emotional he tries to hold his emotions, but usually lets out a few tears and maybe a little sob. Pechil in battle sticks to the basic Jedi principles, his philosophy, and orders that are reasonable. Pechil doesn't get side-tracked or easily distracted.
Force Potential: Pechil has a great number of midi-chlorian within him, he is also beyond the average Padawan in his control of the force, he has shown these abilities ever since a young age and as time passes his potential seems as if it is growing. Pechil's true strength with the force isn't exactly known, but just watching him work his abilities, it seems as if he is getting stronger each time one watches. He isn't into the combat areas of the force as much, but rather with studying it, and having it be consistent with life. Pechil sees life as important, but as the force is something important and vital to it, the Force is something of say a higher level of life, something he wishes to master, to grow in. Pechil's abilities with the force are far beyond average and for all that is known he may have unknown capabilities beyond the average Jedi, performing and discovering new force powers.
Weaknesses
Poisons & Illness: Pechil is healthy as can be, but he is weak toward a vast variety of toxins, he is more deeply affected by drugs and poison, along with sicknesses and viruses. Pechil will for example go into a deep sleep for possibly weeks with just a small dose of pain killers, with a larger one it is possible of most likely killing him. Pechil in terms of a weak poison will take it in as a deadly toxin. Pechil when ailed with a small fever for example will take on the effects of a heavy fever. Pechil constantly takes medication on a daily basis to prevent easy illness, but it is still a major issue with his biological well-being.
Avoiding Help: For the most part Pechil doesn't like to express himself, his wants, his hates, his loves, his goals, etc. Pechil feesl as if hes just annoying others, placing his burdens on others, complaining to others, thus he keeps his feelings about himself only to himself. Pechil is fine with helping others, but doesn't want to be helped, hes a individual and feels he doesn't need help, this is somewhat a weakness as he will not accept help unless needed, or if help is forced on he will take it unhappily and reluctantly. He will at times accept help if he feels it is needed, but when he does take it he feels rather unhappy about it, often thinking about life and on how he might be bothering someone else, or rather think about his destiny and future.
GEAR:
Green Shoto Lightsaber: Pechil is a member of the Tynnan race and thus has a small body stature. His lightsaber was crafted by him to be a Shoto blade and is more easily used by him, it is smaller in size, but just because its smaller doesn't mean its any weaker.The lightsaber allows easier movement and maneuvering for his small size along with being useful for swift short strikes. The reason it was built into a green lightsaber is not only because his preferred color is green, or that his nose is green, but also because he hopes to become a Jedi Consular in which green is the traditional color for that classification. The lightsaber has one additional feature to it which matches along with his species, it uses a bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse. This allows use underwater without the blade shorting out like most sabers, this is extremely useful for Pechil as he is a semi-aquatic race. He has handcrafted this lightsaber under careful instruction and if in the situation of losing it, he will be capable of remaking it.
Equipment Belt: This is where Pechil carries all of his things, he has several little pouches in which he can hold things in along with clips to hold other things. He carries his lightsaber on this belt by a clip, it is also held by a semi-strong magnetic force which keeps the lightsaber in place without it falling off or such, but still easily removable for combat either by physical removal, or by force telekinesis. Pechil also carries his grappling hook in a small pouch, he keeps it conveniently on a pouch to the right side in the case of needing to grab it immediately. His lightsaber is also on the right. Pechil carries several supplies, including food, grenades, blasters, etc in his pouches, he usually is always seen wearing this belt and seldom leaves without it.
Grappling Hook: Pechil carries a personal yet portable grappling hook, he has had it for quite sometime and is a adept at using it. Pechil's grappling hook is around 5 meters all together in length, the end is tipped with the hook itself which grapples onto most surfaces, along with that it is highly magnetic allowing it to grab onto metallic surfaces with ease. The hook is capable of carrying at most around 120 lbs of weight, it is easily capable of holding less. The grappling hook is specially made to grab around things the weight and balance of the hook makes this easier. The rope is made out of fibercord and is quite strong and durable. The hook itself is also usable in the situation of falling down a slippery surface with little friction, in a somewhat slowing of the sliding process. This is a basic tool for some jedi, Pechil has had this prior to becoming a Jedi on his home planet, also gaining experience with it too. Pechil can use this in combat at times for various purposes.
Comlink: Pechil wears upon his left arm a small wrist Comlink which comfortably fits, it is rather small, but has a small visual monitor along with a hologram projector which fits next to the visual screen. The Comlink has a receiver and transmitter like most along with a basic power source. It is incredibly light and gives no hindrance to Pechil whether worn or not, the Comlink is waterproof which is a useful feature with the fact of Pechil's semi-aquatic nature. Normally it has a 50 kilometer range, but it is capable of going further with the use of a satellite attachment which Pechil keeps in one of his pouches. With the use of the satellite attachment it is capable of going quite far in range to the point of going into other star systems.
Veda Pearl Necklace: Pechil had for the beginning of his life lived on Naboo, he had many friends which were rather close to him, these friends were of various races including a young Gungan. Nearing the time of Pechil's leave of the planet his friends and siblings worked together to find these Pearls and make a parting gift for Pechil. The pearls are mainly non-spherical and have oval shapes, etc, the pearls are also of varied sizes, this necklace in terms of credit value isn't that high due to the quality of the pearls, but the necklace was made as a gift by young children who worked diligently to make it. The chain holding the pearls is made out of fine silver, Pechil's younger brother had stolen their mothers silver necklace to make this, he was scolded later after she discovered the necklace missing.

Crelia: Crelia was a small female Tooke that Pechil had as a pet at a young age, the cute little hopping rodent was a wonderful pet for the young Tynnan until it died. Pechil only had the pet for a month, he received it as a gift from his older brother who had caught it for the purpose of it being a pet. It died when Pechil who was at the age of four had let it go loose outside so it could be free, but it hopped toward a Tooke-trap plant and was immediately devoured. Pechil had a small funeral for his first pet. Pechil was kind to the Tooke and somewhat shared a bond with it, loving it deeply and showing care and affection, he could see the small rodent was unhappy being kept within a cage and in the house and was determined to let it go.
Peep: Peep was a Pikobi male that Pechil received as a gift from his older brother after Creleia had been "murdered", Peep was received at the age of five. Peep was well cared for by Pechil this time and was capable of living beyond the point of where Pechil left Naboo to go to Coruscant. Peep died sometime while Pechil was in Coruscant from old age, Peep was buried nearby to Pehcil's home. Peep was the last pet Pechil had prior to becoming a member of the Jedi order. Pechil showed love to his Pikobi Peep, often spending much time with the animal eventually getting to the point of letting it out to play on occasion with it returning after a while for food and shelter.
PERSONALITY:
Life is the most important thing in the universe according to Pechil. Killing is though a option, but only in dire situations where a single life will negatively affect multiple others. Pechil sees life as an important thing, everything as a individual, each with their own loves, hates, desires, needs, objectives. Life forms vary in various ways, some may have no objectives, some may be brainless, others beyond his intelligence, the varieties are endless. Pechil sees even the life of the tiniest animal as something valuable. Pechil doesn't want death, he doesn't want harm, he believes life should be treasured beyond anything else, but there are factors to life. He is very well aware of money and how it influences lives, along with how buildings and homes do as well, same with planets, economy, government, law, viruses, illness, gambling, slavery, food, etc. Pechil keeps all these things in mind, but in the end is truly thinking on how to save lives in the process. If killing one life will save thousands so be it, if killing one life will kill millions he shall not, but even so is it the present that should be placed as a factor, or should the gradual changing to the future and its consequences be of greater value?
Pechil is a calm and collected individual, he doesn't get angry easily, he doesn't get depressed easily, he keeps his joy controlled, and he halts his pride. Pechil has

STRENGTH: Compared to other Jedi of Pechil's age, he isn't exactly what you would call the strongest in strength. Pechil isn't much of strength fighter, he didn't train much in performing endless chains of parrying and powerful strikes. Even as a Tynnan he isn't extremely strong, hes a little above average with his vigorous training and such, but naturally most Tynnans exercise quite well with swimming and such. Pechil is a little above the average, but not too much as to that. Pechil can at most physically hold up thirty pounds over if he tried hard enough, around half his weight, if trying to a extreme degree probably higher, but one shouldn't bet too much on this. He doesn't look muscular, but to some degree he is, most muscle build isn't exactly visible though, Pechil's thick layer of blubber which is over his muscle somewhat covers it up, the muscle ends up somewhat pushing the blubber up making him appear cute and cuddly similar to a plush doll.
DEXTERITY: One main aspect that defines Pechil in combat is his speed and nimbleness, he is quite flexible in battle and is basically built for a more movement filled and quick attacking type of style. Pechil is extremely agile both for his race, but compared to other Jedi as well, it is one of his main talents and what has determined him as he is in battle. Pechil is more than capable of doing flips, high jumps, mid-air attacks, side-steps, etc he uses this as a main advantage in battle avoiding most attacks rather than blocking due to his not exactly excellent strength. He is capable though of performing necessary blocks not exactly for long periods of time, but capable of holding them off for a short enough time to retaliate. Pechil uses his small size as a advantage rather than a handicap, it aids him somewhat in the fast movements, moving more as a blur than a straight forward attack. This is one reason as to why Pechil likes the Ataru fighting style to all others, he does the basic fierce attacking style jumping in and ravaging his foe, but using quick movements to confuse the foe and attacking from all sides is what perfects it. Pechil aspires to become the best at this form. Pechil's hands are as well nimble and are useful for tinkering, grabbing things, and mending, they are webbed and clawed though making it a bit more difficult for him to do things other races might be capable of doing, but he still has skill in tinkering with small objects. His dexterity is more than amazing, possibly its what will carry him through life with success.
CONSTITUTION: Pechil's health is somewhat okay, he at a young age was rather weak and ill often, Pechil had some issues at his infancy and was almost lost during those years. He is better now, not suffering from his childhood weakness, but even so he is easily weakened from poisons and illnesses. Pechil has a somewhat weaker immune system compared to other Tynnans and compared to other species in general, but this doesn't stop him in his goals. Pechil has recovered for the most part from his issues as a child, keeping with good hygiene and avoiding sickness filled areas. Beyond that Pechil would be considered beyond average, he loves to play, explore and refresh himself with nature and the creatures around him, he is full of energy and life and is more than willing to go on adventures. Pechil's health beyond the fact of his weak immune system is excellent, he has a somewhat average muscle to fat ratio for his race, his bones are in excellent condition, strong and capable of taking hits. His body heals itself normally, possibly even above the norm, just as long as he doesn't get a infection, virus, etc he'll be fine and dandy. Pechil will need medication and shots every now and then, but beyond that fact hes ready for anything. Pechil has no allergies luckily, thus allowing him toward a vast variety of animals and plants.
INTELLIGENCE: Pechil is one to enjoy exploring and learning, not through books necessarily since he finds it boring, unless the book has plenty of pictures. Pechil is one to learn through his senses, through stunning visuals, sounds, textures, smells, and tastes, he loves to learn, but likes hands-on learning in comparison to books. Pechil is fine with lectures and talks on subjects, just as long as the specimen is right next to him as they talk. Pechil may seem somewhat stupid due to his dislike of books and archival data files, often falling asleep when reading them, but he truely is smart, its just that he wants fun while doing it. Pechil is a genius when it comes to animals, nature, wildlife, and the environment, he is somewhat of a young scientist, he's more interested in life and animals, rather than chemicals and rocks. Pechil loves the way of animals and plants, which is one reason as to why he is so interested in the force and the study of it, he wishes to be a Jedi Consular so he can be a Jedi, but still learn of the force and of the live surrounding him. Pechil has potential in the force, he prefers using the force over using blades, making him far beyond average in the ways of the force, he has attempted self teaching in the ways of the force, seeking to grow in this ability, to help others, increase his knowledge and such.
WISDOM: Wisdom is filled within Pechil, it's just not exactly released. For the most part Pechil keeps his wisdom sealed within himself, he is actually quite philosophical, he has stored potential, he has many questions on various subjects, just he keeps most of his personal thoughts within his own mind, hiding his wisdom from the world. It is possible that this wisdom may someday be unlocked, he needs some proper help, someone he can be close enough to, to the point of sharing his inner most thoughts. Pechil is even for a young Tynnan quite wise despite the possible majority of his race. Pechil is wise far beyond his age, and possibly even further beyond his lifetime. His capabilities are great, he is able to think ahead of time in combat situations, making Pechil a great tactician even without too much battle knowledge, he is able to think for multiple scenarios, situations, times, paths all at the same time, Pechil is somewhat a genius. He has many aphorisms stored in his mind, many proverbs of wisdom, he just keeps them to himself though wishing to tell them out, but rather not saying them. Pechil yearns to release this, but finds it easier in life without expression of his verity within.
CHARISMA: Pechil was quite popular on his home planet, somewhat... True enough that most of his friends were his siblings and some of the less popular kids, but Pechil was popular with the less fortunate. He is kind and gentle, which is most likely one reason as to why most of his friends are the outcasts of the other groups of children. Pechil loves to say jokes, but keeps to not hurting others feelings, he dislikes bad treatment toward others, may it be a friend, a enemy, or someone he doesn't even know. He likes to help out those in need and those who are sad, this is one reason as to why he had possibly joined the Jedi Order. Pechil is somewhat talkative, but rather than talking about his own issues, his own feelings and desires, he uses his words to help others fix their issues, express their feelings, and fulfill their desires. Pechil is nice to be around, he can be quite persuasive, he doesn't usually like arguing or fighting, and rather than starting arguments attempts to solve problems without a conflict. His kind and gentle personality allows him to be quite favorable when around non-sentient species, he treats animals with love and care and possibly kinder than toward people. He shows his care for nature and toward plants as well. Pechil sees life as a important, yet interesting factor of the universe, something that is worth protecting and keeping safe. Pechil's cute and cuddly appearance also helps with his Charismatic approach, he is easily approachable, not fearsome looking, or dangerous, he somewhat dislikes the fact of his huggability, but is fine with it as long as it makes others happy. Pechil is cuter than most Tynnans and is gifted with softer fur, and a huggable body.

Pechil is extremely agile both for his race, but compared to other Jedi as well, it is one of his main talents and what has determined him as he is in battle. Pechil is more than capable of doing flips, high jumps, mid-air attacks, side-steps, etc he uses this as a main advantage in battle avoiding most attacks rather than blocking due to his not exactly excellent strength. He is capable though of performing necessary blocks not exactly for long periods of time, but capable of holding them off for a short enough time to retaliate. Pechil uses his small size as a advantage rather than a handicap, it aids him somewhat in the fast movements, moving more as a blur than a straight forward attack. This is one reason as to why Pechil likes the Ataru fighting style to all others, he does the basic fierce attacking style jumping in and ravaging his foe, but using quick movements to confuse the foe and attacking from all sides is what perfects it. Pechil aspires to become the best at this form. Pechil's hands are as well nimble and are useful for tinkering, grabbing things, and mending, they are webbed and clawed though making it a bit more difficult for him to do things other races might be capable of doing, but he still has skill in tinkering with small objects. His dexterity is more than amazing, possibly its what will carry him through life with success.
CONSTITUTION: Pechil's health is somewhat okay, he at a young age was rather weak and ill often, Pechil had some issues at his infancy and was almost lost during those years. He is better now, not suffering from his childhood weakness, but even so he is easily weakened from poisons and illnesses. Pechil has a somewhat weaker immune system compared to other Tynnans and compared to other species in general, but this doesn't stop him in his goals. Pechil has recovered for the most part from his issues as a child, keeping with good hygiene and avoiding sickness filled areas. Beyond that Pechil would be considered beyond average, he loves to play, explore and refresh himself with nature and the creatures around him, he is full of energy and life and is more than willing to go on adventures. Pechil's health beyond the fact of his weak immune system is excellent, he has a somewhat average muscle to fat ratio for his race, his bones are in excellent condition, strong and capable of taking hits. His body heals itself normally, possibly even above the norm, just as long as he doesn't get a infection, virus, etc he'll be fine and dandy. Pechil will need medication and shots every now and then, but beyond that fact hes ready for anything. Pechil has no allergies luckily, thus allowing him toward a vast variety of animals and plants.
INTELLIGENCE: Pechil is one to enjoy exploring and learning, not through books necessarily since he finds it boring, unless the book has plenty of pictures. Pechil is one to learn through his senses, through stunning visuals, sounds, textures, smells, and tastes, he loves to learn, but likes hands-on learning in comparison to books. Pechil is fine with lectures and talks on subjects, just as long as the specimen is right next to him as they talk. Pechil may seem somewhat stupid due to his dislike of books and archival data files, often falling asleep when reading them, but he truely is smart, its just that he wants fun while doing it. Pechil is a genius when it comes to animals, nature, wildlife, and the environment, he is somewhat of a young scientist, he's more interested in life and animals, rather than chemicals and rocks. Pechil loves the way of animals and plants, which is one reason as to why he is so interested in the force and the study of it, he wishes to be a Jedi Consular so he can be a Jedi, but still learn of the force and of the live surrounding him. Pechil has potential in the force, he prefers using the force over using blades, making him far beyond average in the ways of the force, he has attempted self teaching in the ways of the force, seeking to grow in this ability, to help others, increase his knowledge and such.
WISDOM: Wisdom is filled within Pechil, it's just not exactly released. For the most part Pechil keeps his wisdom sealed within himself, he is actually quite philosophical, he has stored potential, he has many questions on various subjects, just he keeps most of his personal thoughts within his own mind, hiding his wisdom from the world. It is possible that this wisdom may someday be unlocked, he needs some proper help, someone he can be close enough to, to the point of sharing his inner most thoughts. Pechil is even for a young Tynnan quite wise despite the possible majority of his race. Pechil is wise far beyond his age, and possibly even further beyond his lifetime. His capabilities are great, he is able to think ahead of time in combat situations, making Pechil a great tactician even without too much battle knowledge, he is able to think for multiple scenarios, situations, times, paths all at the same time, Pechil is somewhat a genius. He has many aphorisms stored in his mind, many proverbs of wisdom, he just keeps them to himself though wishing to tell them out, but rather not saying them. Pechil yearns to release this, but finds it easier in life without expression of his verity within.
CHARISMA: Pechil was quite popular on his home planet, somewhat... True enough that most of his friends were his siblings and some of the less popular kids, but Pechil was popular with the less fortunate. He is kind and gentle, which is most likely one reason as to why most of his friends are the outcasts of the other groups of children. Pechil loves to say jokes, but keeps to not hurting others feelings, he dislikes bad treatment toward others, may it be a friend, a enemy, or someone he doesn't even know. He likes to help out those in need and those who are sad, this is one reason as to why he had possibly joined the Jedi Order. Pechil is somewhat talkative, but rather than talking about his own issues, his own feelings and desires, he uses his words to help others fix their issues, express their feelings, and fulfill their desires. Pechil is nice to be around, he can be quite persuasive, he doesn't usually like arguing or fighting, and rather than starting arguments attempts to solve problems without a conflict. His kind and gentle personality allows him to be quite favorable when around non-sentient species, he treats animals with love and care and possibly kinder than toward people. He shows his care for nature and toward plants as well. Pechil sees life as a important, yet interesting factor of the universe, something that is worth protecting and keeping safe. Pechil's cute and cuddly appearance also helps with his Charismatic approach, he is easily approachable, not fearsome looking, or dangerous, he somewhat dislikes the fact of his huggability, but is fine with it as long as it makes others happy. Pechil is cuter than most Tynnans and is gifted with softer fur, and a huggable body.
Force Powers:
- Force Speed: Pechil is still only on the basics of this, he has been taught somewhat by watching other jedi's and studying the arts of the force through archives and such. Even with his dislike of books and data files, he will read them when he enjoys the subject to a high degree. He is only capable of performing the basics of the skill and hasn't been properly instructed to being adept at using it. This is a useful skill Pechil uses in combat, it is a major skill which increases his dexterity and speed to a even further level of skill. He hopes to master this skill and have it well controlled and at full strength.
- Force Empathy: Pechil has had this skill for a while, it somewhat has been natural for him as he learned it instinctively. he had learned of how to use this ability at a young age from when he began seeing others feelings, adding on as a passive ability when seeing others in pain and sorrow. As time passed he applied this to when comforting friends, helping out animals, caring for his pets, playing with his friends, etc. Pechil later when training as a Jedi learned of his ability of Empathy, he has heavily trained this skill hoping to eventually get to the point of passively seeing everyone elses feelings and mastering the ability of Force Empathy. He isn't at the point of mastery yet, but he is looking forward to training to that point, he is far beyond the normal padawan in this skill.
- Force Jump: Pechil is still only on the basics of this, he has been taught somewhat by watching other jedi's and studying the arts of the force through archives and such. Even with his dislike of books and data files, he will read them when he enjoys the subject to a high degree. He is only capable of performing the basics of the skill and hasn't been properly instructed to being adept at using it. This is a extremely useful skill which allows Pechil to perform mid-air attacks with extreme ease, even though he is short, he is capable of hitting high strikes with the help of this force ability. If anything this is probably Pechil's most used skill while in lightsaber combat. He hopes to master this skill and have it well controlled and at full strength.
- Telepathy: This is another skill that Pechil has had prior to becoming a Jedi, he had always wished to talk with the non-sentient creatures in a way they could understand, he began with just talking to the animals as if they actually could hear him and understand, he treated them like people somewhat, using them as substitutes for sentient creatures to talk to at times. Pechil eventually got to the point where he saw a animal respond to his pointless talks, he was rather shocked, but attempted again and again, eventually to the point where he didn't need to talk, but just concentrate deeply and listen to the force. Pechil continued the practice of this and still is practicing in the ways of Telepathy. Pechil is beyond the normal Jedi Padawan in the levels of Telepathy.
- Plant Surge: This is another innate ability Pechil has. He received this ablity prior to becoming a Jedi when he grew accustomed to the nature around him, he enjoyed to examine and smell flowers along with feel them gently, holding their leaves carefully in his hands without removing them from the ground or from the flowers themselves. Pechil grew to the ability when the flowers began to grow toward him when he began to focus the force around the flower and within it. Pechil is beyond average in this skill compared to other Jedi Padawan and is skilled in using it, he has watched other Jedi use the ability and read upon the topic.
- Telekinesis: Pechil is still only on the basics of this, he has been taught somewhat by watching other jedi's and studying the arts of the force through archives and such. Even with his dislike of books and data files, he will read them when he enjoys the subject to a high degree. He is only capable of performing the basics of the skill and hasn't been properly instructed to being adept at using it. He is capable of using force push, pull, along with using saberthrow with excellent control and distance, not exactly mastery level with this skill, but skilled with it, he is also skilled in retrieving his weapon with the force. Pechil is able to lift somethings around his weight, possibly more. This is a skill he is currently practicing and isn't the most skilled with. He's a bit above average, but not that much in this skill.
- Force Healing: Pechil has learned this skill through his instincts and may be perhaps one of his first abilities. Pechil awakened to this ability when watching his younger sibling fall and hurt his knee, Pechil reacted immediately concentrating the force to heal the minor wound, later Pechil continued in the practice of this, not exactly skilled, nor is it really refined, but he is trying to control it and get it to work for him through the process of being a Jedi.
Skills:
Animal & Nature Lover: Pechil loves all animals and all plants, including dangerous carnivorous ones that are capable of easily ripping him to shreds. Pechil is usually not biased against any race, species, sex, nor is he bias against someones looks, etc. Pechil loves animals of all kinds, he treats them with care and love, treating them like everyone else, like a living creature. Pechil treats life as one of the most important things within the universe, a life comes before all things, may it be the life of a Tooke, or of a Wampa. He dislikes killing, but knows the fact that death is a part of life, carnivores need meat to survive, such as the same as a Jedi must remove the Sith. Killing comes last in the order of things to do, he will talk rather than kill, but if the need arises things will be done. Pechil enjoys talking with animals, petting them if they enjoy petting, conversing with them, and things of the matter. Pechil is more at peace when talking with animals rather than with people, he uses his telepathy to do this, and has been using it for a long while. Pechil loves trees and nature as well, enjoying walks in the forest, or swimming in lakes. He somewhat enjoys meditation and feels relaxed when doing so. Pechil isn't exactly excited about cities and technology, but he doesn't hate them.
Excellent Swimmer: Pechil is naturally a great swimmer and is capable of swimming at high speeds, with greta turns, movement, and all in all its extremely easy for him! He is at home at the water, Tynnans do after all spend basically half their lives in the water. He is capable of holding his breath for great deals of time, its basically as if he could breathe underwater. Pechil is able to move at extreme speeds underwater, speeds as fast as those above on land probably even faster. With the use of Pechil's water proof lightsaber blade this is extremely useful in underwater combat, making him even greater in battle within water, than on land.
Naturally Emphatic: Pechil has the ability of Force Empathy, but that's not the only thing that makes him easy to get along with. He is capable of naturally understanding others feelings at most times, his Force Empathy being used only in situations where he cannot, he is naturally capable of knowing how another feels. Pechil is a good being to pour ones heart to, to tell ones thoughts and feelings to, he can often give good advice when asked, beyond that he often keeps most of his thoughts inside his mind, he usually only releases these thoughts when giving advice to someone who asks. Pechil is quite kind and understanding most likely not to yell, or scold someone unless its best that they do, in the case that scolding is what they want. He is able to understand how a animal feels, what it wants, why it does something, he is also able to tell in sentient beings as well. He doesn't need a psychology degree, or vast knowledge gained by specialist, he uses his own knowledge and understanding, he is in someways a natural psychological specialist.
Using Equipment & Tools: He is capable of using various tools and objects. Pechil has used various things through the short years of his life and has gained some skill with them. Pechil is a adept at using grappling hooks and things of the sort, along with that he is somewhat a good shot, he has great accuracy, but isn't quite into using guns, he is though skilled with a bow somewhat. Pechil knows how to repair droids to a simple degree, fixing minor issues with a droid. He is also somewhat capable of performing simple repairs on ships. Pechil knows how to use holograms, comlinks, archives, etc. He has basic knowledge of technology in the galaxy, as well as some more primitive technologies.
Languages Known: Pechil is fluent in Tynnian, along with that he is also fluent in Galactic Basic Standard. Pechil has learned how to speak in Gungan, but is not fluent, mainly through the help of his Gungan friend he has learned to speak some Gungan. Beyond these languages Pechil does not know anymore languages, thanks to his force abilities though he is capable of using telepathy to remove the need of learning any more.
Lightsaber/Sword forms:
- Form 0 ~ Form Zero: Pechil knows this form as a basic, as all Jedi do. It is the ethic principle to use words, the force, etc prior to attacking or harming a target. Pechil keeps tihs form as a important factor within his life, he respects it greatly and if anything is absolutely his main form and skill. He will always take on this aspect of being a Jedi, his love for life and nature keeps him in check with it. He will not kill or attack unless needed, and to the most part will only defend himself from a attack, or to protect those in need of help. Rather than using aggressive negotiations Pechil prefers ones with words, or understanding. After all... as the old sayings say, "The best blades are kept in their sheaths."
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strengths
Small Size: Due to his small size and short stature, Pechil is capable of performing many things that large sized creatures could not. An example is a more difficult target to hit while in battle, his small body quickly zipping around, along with there not being a lot to shoot, gives him a advantage in battle. Another one of Pechil's advantages gained from this, is the ability to crawl into small spaces, or take up less room on ships/etc, also making him easily concealed if stowing away on a ship. Pechil is a great hider, so in times where retreat and concealment are necessary Pechil will easily be able to find a hiding spot. This isn't exactly showing that hes a coward, rather its showing that living another day is better than throwing away ones life. Pechil sees life as a great importance within the universe and if hiding will save lives (including his) its worth it. Fighting isn't the only answer. There are a few minor issues with his size though, due to being small he isn't naturally capable of reaching high ledges with ease, or climbing up tall bookshelves, which is what his force powers are for to compensate for those weaknesses. Pechil's small size also may be a bit of a weakness in the case where he can't reach the controls for a ship.
Calm & Collected: Pechil is calm and collected in battle, not getting angry, sad, nor proud or ashamed at loss or success. Pechil doesn't really care about winning and losing in competitions, he doesn't really care for competitions in general. Pechil merely sees them as a conflict in terms of where the winner is the more skilled in whatever the competition is on. Pechil keeps his mind controlled at almost all times, there are moments where emotions pour in, but for the most part he just feels the force around him. Pechil does however dislike death and acts accordingly when someone dies, but he doesn't shed tears, or get deeply emotional. Pechil usually gets emotional at moments such as leaving his family, or when moving away from his homeworld. When Pechil does get emotional he tries to hold his emotions, but usually lets out a few tears and maybe a little sob. Pechil in battle sticks to the basic Jedi principles, his philosophy, and orders that are reasonable. Pechil doesn't get side-tracked or easily distracted.
Force Potential: Pechil has a great number of midi-chlorian within him, he is also beyond the average Padawan in his control of the force, he has shown these abilities ever since a young age and as time passes his potential seems as if it is growing. Pechil's true strength with the force isn't exactly known, but just watching him work his abilities, it seems as if he is getting stronger each time one watches. He isn't into the combat areas of the force as much, but rather with studying it, and having it be consistent with life. Pechil sees life as important, but as the force is something important and vital to it, the Force is something of say a higher level of life, something he wishes to master, to grow in. Pechil's abilities with the force are far beyond average and for all that is known he may have unknown capabilities beyond the average Jedi, performing and discovering new force powers.
Weaknesses
Poisons & Illness: Pechil is healthy as can be, but he is weak toward a vast variety of toxins, he is more deeply affected by drugs and poison, along with sicknesses and viruses. Pechil will for example go into a deep sleep for possibly weeks with just a small dose of pain killers, with a larger one it is possible of most likely killing him. Pechil in terms of a weak poison will take it in as a deadly toxin. Pechil when ailed with a small fever for example will take on the effects of a heavy fever. Pechil constantly takes medication on a daily basis to prevent easy illness, but it is still a major issue with his biological well-being.
Avoiding Help: For the most part Pechil doesn't like to express himself, his wants, his hates, his loves, his goals, etc. Pechil feesl as if hes just annoying others, placing his burdens on others, complaining to others, thus he keeps his feelings about himself only to himself. Pechil is fine with helping others, but doesn't want to be helped, hes a individual and feels he doesn't need help, this is somewhat a weakness as he will not accept help unless needed, or if help is forced on he will take it unhappily and reluctantly. He will at times accept help if he feels it is needed, but when he does take it he feels rather unhappy about it, often thinking about life and on how he might be bothering someone else, or rather think about his destiny and future.
GEAR:
Green Shoto Lightsaber: Pechil is a member of the Tynnan race and thus has a small body stature. His lightsaber was crafted by him to be a Shoto blade and is more easily used by him, it is smaller in size, but just because its smaller doesn't mean its any weaker.The lightsaber allows easier movement and maneuvering for his small size along with being useful for swift short strikes. The reason it was built into a green lightsaber is not only because his preferred color is green, or that his nose is green, but also because he hopes to become a Jedi Consular in which green is the traditional color for that classification. The lightsaber has one additional feature to it which matches along with his species, it uses a bifurcating cyclical-ignition pulse. This allows use underwater without the blade shorting out like most sabers, this is extremely useful for Pechil as he is a semi-aquatic race. He has handcrafted this lightsaber under careful instruction and if in the situation of losing it, he will be capable of remaking it.
Equipment Belt: This is where Pechil carries all of his things, he has several little pouches in which he can hold things in along with clips to hold other things. He carries his lightsaber on this belt by a clip, it is also held by a semi-strong magnetic force which keeps the lightsaber in place without it falling off or such, but still easily removable for combat either by physical removal, or by force telekinesis. Pechil also carries his grappling hook in a small pouch, he keeps it conveniently on a pouch to the right side in the case of needing to grab it immediately. His lightsaber is also on the right. Pechil carries several supplies, including food, grenades, blasters, etc in his pouches, he usually is always seen wearing this belt and seldom leaves without it.
Grappling Hook: Pechil carries a personal yet portable grappling hook, he has had it for quite sometime and is a adept at using it. Pechil's grappling hook is around 5 meters all together in length, the end is tipped with the hook itself which grapples onto most surfaces, along with that it is highly magnetic allowing it to grab onto metallic surfaces with ease. The hook is capable of carrying at most around 120 lbs of weight, it is easily capable of holding less. The grappling hook is specially made to grab around things the weight and balance of the hook makes this easier. The rope is made out of fibercord and is quite strong and durable. The hook itself is also usable in the situation of falling down a slippery surface with little friction, in a somewhat slowing of the sliding process. This is a basic tool for some jedi, Pechil has had this prior to becoming a Jedi on his home planet, also gaining experience with it too. Pechil can use this in combat at times for various purposes.
Comlink: Pechil wears upon his left arm a small wrist Comlink which comfortably fits, it is rather small, but has a small visual monitor along with a hologram projector which fits next to the visual screen. The Comlink has a receiver and transmitter like most along with a basic power source. It is incredibly light and gives no hindrance to Pechil whether worn or not, the Comlink is waterproof which is a useful feature with the fact of Pechil's semi-aquatic nature. Normally it has a 50 kilometer range, but it is capable of going further with the use of a satellite attachment which Pechil keeps in one of his pouches. With the use of the satellite attachment it is capable of going quite far in range to the point of going into other star systems.
Veda Pearl Necklace: Pechil had for the beginning of his life lived on Naboo, he had many friends which were rather close to him, these friends were of various races including a young Gungan. Nearing the time of Pechil's leave of the planet his friends and siblings worked together to find these Pearls and make a parting gift for Pechil. The pearls are mainly non-spherical and have oval shapes, etc, the pearls are also of varied sizes, this necklace in terms of credit value isn't that high due to the quality of the pearls, but the necklace was made as a gift by young children who worked diligently to make it. The chain holding the pearls is made out of fine silver, Pechil's younger brother had stolen their mothers silver necklace to make this, he was scolded later after she discovered the necklace missing.

Crelia: Crelia was a small female Tooke that Pechil had as a pet at a young age, the cute little hopping rodent was a wonderful pet for the young Tynnan until it died. Pechil only had the pet for a month, he received it as a gift from his older brother who had caught it for the purpose of it being a pet. It died when Pechil who was at the age of four had let it go loose outside so it could be free, but it hopped toward a Tooke-trap plant and was immediately devoured. Pechil had a small funeral for his first pet. Pechil was kind to the Tooke and somewhat shared a bond with it, loving it deeply and showing care and affection, he could see the small rodent was unhappy being kept within a cage and in the house and was determined to let it go.
Peep: Peep was a Pikobi male that Pechil received as a gift from his older brother after Creleia had been "murdered", Peep was received at the age of five. Peep was well cared for by Pechil this time and was capable of living beyond the point of where Pechil left Naboo to go to Coruscant. Peep died sometime while Pechil was in Coruscant from old age, Peep was buried nearby to Pehcil's home. Peep was the last pet Pechil had prior to becoming a member of the Jedi order. Pechil showed love to his Pikobi Peep, often spending much time with the animal eventually getting to the point of letting it out to play on occasion with it returning after a while for food and shelter.
PERSONALITY:
Life is the most important thing in the universe according to Pechil. Killing is though a option, but only in dire situations where a single life will negatively affect multiple others. Pechil sees life as an important thing, everything as a individual, each with their own loves, hates, desires, needs, objectives. Life forms vary in various ways, some may have no objectives, some may be brainless, others beyond his intelligence, the varieties are endless. Pechil sees even the life of the tiniest animal as something valuable. Pechil doesn't want death, he doesn't want harm, he believes life should be treasured beyond anything else, but there are factors to life. He is very well aware of money and how it influences lives, along with how buildings and homes do as well, same with planets, economy, government, law, viruses, illness, gambling, slavery, food, etc. Pechil keeps all these things in mind, but in the end is truly thinking on how to save lives in the process. If killing one life will save thousands so be it, if killing one life will kill millions he shall not, but even so is it the present that should be placed as a factor, or should the gradual changing to the future and its consequences be of greater value?
Pechil is a calm and collected individual, he doesn't get angry easily, he doesn't get depressed easily, he keeps his joy controlled, and he halts his pride. Pechil has
