Before I continue working on the project of creating this very in-depth written report on this unique race I have already started(and has quickly grown massive), I wanted to make sure that with the reboot we will still be able to make custom races. And by in-depth I mean I have write ups for a system with several planets, cultural norms and views, government structure, biology, unique racial features including skills that will mirror how a Jedi/Sith advance using their unique racial abilities slowly growing stronger with them(so in essence powers, but not Force powers, that will have multiple tiers of mastery), technology, history, and a great deal more. Before I figuratively put more pen to virtual paper I wanted to make sure it wouldn't all be in vain if player created planets, tech, and races were not longer allowed. I remember making one a long while back before my new profile here and my long break, but I'm sure a lot has changed in two years.
