So! Attack on Yavin! I have the idea of three 2v2 missions on the ground.
Yavin Blitz
You will join the Massassi in their Graves.
Following the recent incursions into Sith Territory from the Battle of Serenno and its subsequent conquest. Micah Aldamar has seized on the extremely high morale of his troops and has manouevered the Republic's Third and Fourth fleets into an assault on the Sith Base on then planet Yavin VI and Phindar. Following through with a rapid assault to catch them with their pants down. With the capture and subsequent destruction of these temples on Yavin, it would certainly destroy the Morale of the Sith.
Thunderstruck
As per the tactics employed by the Republic, rapid, fast assault from orbital shock troops to pound out the ground. The first of the drop ships to land will be targeting the main Sith defense batteries around their precious temples. Multiple squads of commandos are descending onto their defensive control platforms to destroy what hopes the Sith have of using their hidden AA platforms and internal defence systems for the ground assault.
This is a ground 2v2 mission
Ballroom Blitz
Within the main temple of the Sith above ground are the grand halls of the Sith Lords that have lived there. With their acolytes and trainees beneath the surface in the deep, dark caverns and slave tunnels. The Grand Hall of this particular temple contains access to those tunnels which could be easily caved in with the right explosives, as well as gain us access to their libraries of information. Information we can use to further our plans.
