Since Hakim just told me it sounds like the Republic is about ready, now is the time you need to PM ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WILL BE PARTICIPATING FROM YOUR FACTION. This is just to remind them what their role will be, since I know people from pretty much all factions have said they're waiting for PMs.
