All Pokemon in the games have a total of four moves (in the anime, they know pretty much everything). If you don't have four, you're only crippling yourself. Umbreon is from Generation II, and this RP is only allowing Generation I, so you'll have to find something else.

Hell, all of the Dark type pkmn are Generation II and onward.

Umm... if you don't know much about Pokémon, then I don't recommend you participate. You have a Pokémon from other generations and moves from other generations.

Everyone has moves from "other" generations for their pokemon, except you. Even some first gen. moves had some make-overs in accordance to new features in the game. Just first gen. moves is wayyy too restrictive.
