Praaz Cungo is a former member of the military who now works as a Sector Ranger.

Born to a fairly unremarkable family on Latero, Praaz grew up in a predictable way. He showed no great talent at anything aside from shooting and weaving tall tales. The excuses he conjured became local legend among his peers.

Leaving education early, Praaz joined up with the Latero Planetary Defence Force, serving with in an undistinguished manner. A crackshot that could outshoot his whole unit, he managed to strain his membership to breaking point with constant gambling, drinking and arguments with officers. It was only his record on missions that kept him in the Force.

After suffering a wound when staking out some slavers on a FWA joint-op, Praaz's wife convinced him to leave at the next opportunity. After spending some time working in local security, and with his family growing up, Praaz decided to take a posting in the Sector Rangers. Seeking excitement and travel that he hadn't felt since his younger days, he headed out to a changed Galaxy full of danger, scumbags and opportunity.

Gruff, grumpy and gregarious, Praaz is a known curmudgeon with a habit of spinning tall tales. Conversations with him tend to veer towards filthy jokes, rude comments and stories about his 'Galaxy-rocking' time with the Force. He supplements them with the occasional overblown, exaggerated case from his new career, of course. While initially off-putting, he can come to care deeply about others, much to his own frustration. Beneath the crusty, mottled exterior is a guy hoping for the best. Deeply pragmatic, Praaz is likely to let the little things go to focus on the bigger, harsher troubles in the Galaxy.
