Just another night on the Smuggler's Moon, Nar Shaddaa.

On the lower levels on Nar Shaddaa, in the more seedier parts of the moon, Spectre would be with a new contact Thalia Windraider for this job. The job is pretty simple, get in the warehouse, get what they need, get out, and profit.

In front of the two story-warehouse owned by the Hutts, there would be two guards standing in front at the door. One of them a rodian and another a Weequay.

Lying in wait in an alley, he'd be taking a peak around and he could see the front entrance with the two guards. Aided by the shadows and positioning, the guards are none the wiser to the two in cover. The slicer can see they are toting blaster armors and some wearing medium level armor as well.

"Two guards in front, armed. We can sneak up on them" the slicer would look back to Thalia and spoke softly. "You ready?" he asked.

Spectre is prepared, he has his usual nice attire, a protective vest underneath it. He has a blaster pistol that was checked prior to coming in his jacket pocket, as well as a vibroblade plus a spare reload for his pistol. Expecting security, he brought some security tunnelers and a computer spike and some other electronic equipment as well.

Thalia was rehearsing many conversations inside her head when she heard this job involved working with another individual, his name was Spectre and she couldn't help but to ponder how one would get such a name. Then again, she was the one who gave herself her own last name. Regardless, she had never really worked with anyone to complete a job so she wondered how he would judge her, she was certain he had to be much better at this if he had a cool nickname. Well, when she saw him, all imagined conversations she had went out the window; he was certainly well dressed, well groomed, he did not look like creep, in fact, he looked out of place on a world like Nar Shaddaa and thought he should be on the higher levels, or even on Canto Bight.

Now she had to rehearse new conversations and was clearly not focused on the job; he spoke, but she did not hear everything he was saying or even paying attention to what he was looking at, all she heard was him asking if she was ready. "Yeah, of course!" she said shaking her head to refocus, her own internal thoughts high-fiving each other for the smooth cover. She begun to walk ahead of him, reaching the corner and immediately turning back to Spectre, "Yeah, no I'm not ready. There are two armed guards out front!" she said in an energized hushed voice, shaking her head and looked up to the roofs of the buildings, "Isn't there a hole to climb through..." she said walking in the opposite direction of the warehouse.

Spectre was about to start moving out and proceed, but then the proverbial and almost literal backpedalling from his partner made his expression dropped. Well, if she's not confident then they can sneak up on them then they will have to find a different route he guesses. Above all he would like this done without firing a blaster shot if possible as to not to alert anyone.

"We can see. Lets check out behind" he said. He'd walk in the same direction as Thalia. Navigating the alley ways and not doing anything to draw attention to themselves, they would be able get to the rear without alerting anyone.

Now that they are behind, the slicer would look up at the walls. No ladders, no holes, nothing that could be exploited either. Just duracrete, although there are windows at the top story. With a little work they can get up there. "If I give you a boost you able to get through those windows and then help me up." he said as he was still looking at them. With a quick glance, there are no guards around the alley, although that could change. If Thalia goes for it, Spectre would get to the edge of the wall and with his hands ready to give her a boost to get to the top.

He isn't expecting a ton of guards in there for just another warehouse. Unless this is actually a metaphorical gold mine.

He did not seem too distraught that she possibly just ruined his plan, perhaps he was nervous about confronting the guards also, and the mutual agreement or seemingly so, perked up Thalia as she looked to find a window that she could climb through easily. Her steps were quiet as she moved to the other end of the alley with Spectre, feeling a sense a familiarity from her days sneaking around on The Collective and avoiding the guards that kept constant watch over the station. Even without an obvious prop to get her up to the window, it seemed managable, not entirely impossible even as Spectre offered to give her a boost.

"Yes, that should work and then I'll get you inside." she said softly then falling into position beneath one of the windows, "Ok, pop me up..." she gave him the cue to boost her up to the window. Her fingers outstretched and her teeth gritted, she reached as far as she could, her fingertips outstretched to just barely grip the ledge of the window seal. However, that was all she would need, as she would do the rest of the work to pull herself up, almost making it look too easy to any (hopefully none) onlookers who would see her. She pushed on the window and frowned when it did not budge and decided to pull herself up the rest of the way, awkwardly fitting in the narrow space, head crooked, one leg hanging over. She hoped Spectre was not in too much of a rush as she could only use one hand to wiggle the rusted window free, though discovering it could only open outward, made the situation even more awkward as she looked to be climbing back over to drop down, only to pull out the window, extending the hinge fully.

"Got it!" she whispered loudly as she pulled herself carefully under the window pane, though was less than graceful in the fall on the other side as she lost her grip on the dusty ledge and fell with a thud on the floor. Thalia groaned, but quickly muffled herself to not draw attention, recalling she was still on a job. Now to just find a door for Spectre.

Spectre couldn't say he was the strongest person out there, he was able to support Thalia's weight as she was boosted up. And as he heard "got it" he gave one more push to help her cross over and get on the floor. Well she's in now. Now all he had to do was wait.

But there were some complications. "Yo, I heard something" and then followed by a pause "Checking it out" it was clear that he was talking to someone on a comlink as there was no other voice to be heard. Before too long, a guard inside with blaster rifle would be opening the door to where Thalia is. The guards in the building would not be alarmed by any means though.

On ground level however, he starting hearing footsteps not long after waiting, coming around the corner in front of him. Being cautious he'd get behind cover behind a large metal trash bin. The guard would come behind the corner and then take a look the slicer's way, viewing down the whole lane.

Thalia pushed herself back up, dusting off her knees while she quickly glanced around, left, right, and then she heard the swoosh of a door opening and the girl froze. The place had shelves lining from one wall to the other, some filled more than others and to her luck, she was out of sight of the guard who entered. She held her breath as she stepped lightly, using the cover of the end-cap of the shelf to hid her body. Overhead the lights flickered and buzzed while the guard slowly walked down the aisle, looking down the rows to see anything out of place. Thalia inhaled slowly, holding her breath as she peeked around the corner, the barrel of the guard's rifle came into her line of sight before the rest of him and she quickly snapped back to her hiding spot.

She prayed that Spectre didn't think she had left him alone outside on purpose; there was no way to alert him of the trouble inside. Albeit, she was oblivious to the danger that lurked outside also. Closing her eyes, she listened to the guard grunt as he reached the end of the row, grumbling about womp rats making a mess of things inside this building and headed back out. The door slid open and then closed behind and Thalia felt her shoulders drop as she let out a long exhale of relief. Though the next problem was the guard that she did know where he had gone once he stepped outside that door. She looked around, quickly assessing what was available. Shelf after shelf of various goods, some of them were just common parts and tools. She shook her head in annoyance until she opened a smaller container with an electro-shock prod and Thalia smiled, excited she finally found something worth her time.

However she still had to get Spectre inside but she wasn't sure now if that was going to be an option. Frowning to her thoughts, she looked at the door and back at her shock prod and decided on a chance for trouble.
