MISSION:

There has been a Darkside artefact uncovered by the Caedis tribe, a remnant artefact from their darkside traditions dating back to the end of the Krayt empire. The Caedis tribe attempted to take hold of the artefact though its protections proved to much, calling on their sith allies to aid them in their procuring of the artefact. Though the message was intercepted, and two Jedi have been sent to intercept and attain the item before the Sith can arrive.

Post order: Jedi, Sith, Jedi, Sith.

Orphen landed on the makeshift stone space-port nearby. Hades to the GA was relatively uncharted, though it was well known that they were aligned with the Sith. The species here had an instinctual fear of the light, meaning they would give the two Jedi little trouble. Orphen had bought one of her friends from the SLAYER team along for the ride, expecting Sith to appear any minute from now, they did not have much time...

Moving quickly through the settlement they came across a bridge leading to some form of a pillar which both spiralled up and down. At the base, she could feel a very dark presence. that must be the artefact... Orphen whispered to her nearby ally, walking toward the bridge, and along it. Though the feeling of the nearby Sith could be felt nearby, the dark side, shrouded in mystery was approaching from a far off location. Looking to Rathru, they had no time to truly prepare for what was to come.

Orphen was lightly armed for a Jedi, she bore her Lightsaber, as well as her Crystal collection in its respective pockets. Caris upon her back as well as her ultra-chrome gauntlet with the light cloaking device on it. Her pristine white armour weave robes created by the remaining power of the Rakatan infinite empire, with a Nabooian stun blaster at her hip. She was as ready as she would ever be.

Rathru, we have company... be ready...

Orphen stood back, she was worried, but she used this opportunity to steel herself, and centre herself in the force.

Audroti and his companion Necraf stood at the entrance to an underground passage on Hades, home to a longtime ally of the Sith, the Lumengius. The Tenebris mystics had requested the presence of Sith to help with the excavation of a lost artifact that once held a rage inducing effect on the Caedis tribe warriors. The artifact was promised to the Sith in return for their services, thus the two enforcers had arrived here for that express purpose; to recover this Caedi medallion.

The eternally darkened moon of Hades held an eerie effect that matched the only life that dwelled on the surface of forest moon. The Sith transport was met by Tenebris mystics, their predatory eyes gazing at the two Sith, Audroti could sense their hunger. A single tall pale male stepped forward, he greeted the Sith his a slight bow.

When we requested Sith delicacy on this requisition we didn’t expect…brutes. The head mystic said in disappointment before turning sharply on his heel and walking away.

The implication was the two Sith were to follow the ancient, powerful mystic as he strode towards a small outcropping in a valley wall. The mystic halted at the entrance, inside there were several corpses of Lumengius, none held any visible wounds save for the hives that seemed to cover their skin. The elder Lumengius turned back towards the Sith, fear written on his face.

I can go no further, beyond this entrance is a core sun created during the Blood Crusades by the clever Sangius tribe. It emits pure UV energy and due to our allergy it kills any Lumengius in a matter of minutes, the perfect weapon created for a horrendous war. There should be a statue inside the antechamber…it requires blood of another to reveal what we seek. The Elder explained.

A word of caution, our scryers claimed to have seen a pair of Sith wielding the power of the sun entering the antechambers…proceed with caution or die from foolhardiness. Walk in darkness brother. The Elder warned before simply vanishing into the eternal night.

After a handful of minutes Audroti and his companion stood at the entrance of the Antechamber, he could feel the pollution of the Light Side on this planet completely enveloped by darkness; it stood out like a Zeltron whore on Korriban. A small sneer appeared on the acolyte’s face, his cruel yellows eyes gazed into the chamber and at his hated enemies. The two lightsabers would jump to Audroti’s hand as he beckoned to them, their twin crimson blades would carve through the darkness, the Void called to these two fools.

Jedi. Audroti whispered the faintest hint of bloodlust found on his voice.

Rathru was in many ways the complete antithesis to Orphen. Towering above the Togruta girl he surveyed the pillar that stretched far up into the heavens. The Maelibus Jedi was well aware of the Sith as he could hear every single word the local warlock had spoke to them clear as day. Rathru had not come equipped for total war - this was not a slayer mission where one was expected to face up against the greatest horrors the darkside had to offer. Thus had the Jotunn and Sandalpon been left far behind on Tython waiting for another day when they may be brought forth to pass judgment upon both sinner and monstrosity.

However that was not to say Rathru was totally unarmed (not to mention of course his significant natural weaponry) for on Rathru's back rested the massive force blade Carnwennan. Eight feet of force imbued metal twice forged in the fires of the Tythonin forges it had been the end of countless creatures of the dark. Be they giants, dragons , undead or demon all who had felt the blades crushing weight had fallen.

An arm covered in enough muscle to make a Wookie warlord wince slowly moved to the handle of the sword. Drawing the blade with one hand Rathru brought the titanic weapon into a two handed position blade pointing skyward in a diagonal arc. As the light radiating from Orphen shone upon his paladin pattern armour (considered the height of heavy armour amongst human ranks but to the Maelibi a light and flexible piece to cover his carapace) he welcomed the call of battle.

"Come forth worshippers of Boga. Come forth warriors of the darkness. Come forth wretches so that I may spare the galaxy further affront by passing judgement upon your miserable existences."

The Sith were to be offered a rare opportunity. The denizens of Iego were to most of the galaxy a simply a myth - legendary warriors that dwelt deep beneath the earth capable of immense acts of devastation when incited. Unlike many stories however this one was true. If the darksiders had any sense not eroded by the whispers of chaos then they would press forward with extreme caution.

As the being guiding them vanished into the night, Necraf simply bowed his head and gave a muttered "And you, brother..." before turning his gaze to the very heart of darkness. He liked this planet a lot. Perhaps he would build a vacation home here, somewhere nice and shady. As they reached the antechamber and his apprentice called attention to the Jedi, the words of the tall one caught the Falleen's ears. A cool collected smile graced the being's lips baring his sharp teeth. "I will take the talkative one... I have not had a nice conversation in a long time..." In truth, it was because the loud mouthed jedi presented an actual challenge. Something he had sorely missed in his sequester and even more so simply training apprentices.

With a roll of his shoulders, the sith drops the heavy robes cloaking his form and steps forwards from their abyssal pool. This affords his companion a nice look at the crusader's choice of attire. His Letharis coat drapes his lithe figure in black while his gleaming chest plate stands out underneath the material. His right wrist bulges slightly where his vambrace cloaks it and as he shifts his arm to call his Lightsaber to him a sonic pistol can be seen holstered at his side. With a flourish of his wrists he simultaneously spins his weapon and ignites the violet blades. His voice rises to a booming echo, hissing out the syllables.

"Im afraid you are Mistaken... For without the light there is only darkness. And without darkness there is... Nothing. For the dark is the natural state... Come... Allow me to correct you... Jedi..."

Stepping into the room with a smile, the sith gives a salute to begin his fight. His every move calculated and calm.

Orphen backed up, not liking the image of the two Sith, though, she could instantaneously identify the pure blood amongst them, singling him out, she knew what it would take to drop that warrior. Orphen began to focus on pooling her power from the light side of the force, separating from Rathru it seemed they wanted to fight them one on one. Orphen was not too keen on fighting the brute like Massassi pure-blood, though there was little she could do about it, there would be now bringing this soldier back to the light, these were the Sith that they were warned about, they were here faster than the Togruta had thought.

The Jedi Sentinel drew her pure solid sapphire blue blade, and adopting the Soresu style. Her blade held high and angled slightly toward the ground, looking to Rathru, he should not have the greatest trouble with the Falleen Sith. Though, one would never know when the Sith were involved.

Rathru, I can hold my opponent off for a while, end your fight quickly so that you can aid me with mine...

Her eyes falling back to the sith, the pure power of the light side of the force welling up underneath her skin, she would show these Boga just how much power the light side had to offer, as they once again underestimated the strength of the Jedi. Her eyes began to flare as she prepared for the Sith attack, ready to draw her second blade at a moment's notice.

But please... be careful. Dont worry about me, I wont get in your way.

Orphen Strafed to a side backing up onto the bridge one foot at a time, locking eyes with the Massassi, issuing a silent challenge, a silent taunt, hher face beamed of confidence, and she wanted to make him feel anger, enough to make him want to wipe the look from her face.
