Dice Thread

Kalanda adjusted her new clothing, feeling rather odd with this new attire she was given. It felt very light, and she liked how the fabric let her skin breath. She might just keep this sort of thing if everything worked out. She wasn't sure where Eithni had brought her, just that this was where one would find Rancors. It didn't help she was without her lightsaber, having to resort to a pointed stick as a weapon was...well frankly humiliating. The weather wasn't so nice either, but with her new clothes this was far more manageable. Unfortunately, she had lost her guide, so now the acolyte stood there, with stick in hand, looking around for the girl. Kalanda couldn't explain it, but there was something about this girl that...prevented Kalanda from wanting to harm her. All her antics didn't wear on Kalanda, and despite her hyperactivity she found herself rather...happy to have her company. It was weird. It was like that with Mid, now this this girl too. Kalanda had no explanation, she was just glad to have Eithni around at the moment; without her, Kalanda would most certainly be lost.

At the moment, Kalanda wandered around the strange landscape, looking and sensing for her guide. "Eithni? Where are you?" She called out, her guard up, as she felt at any moment the trees might come to life and attack her. Where had that girl gone off to? She hadn't abandoned her, she knew that much. If anything, she was waiting to strike at Kalanda. A rustling sound from some underbrush caught her attention, as Kalanda struck it with her staff, only to have several odd birds fly up and out of the bush and into the sky, scaring the hell out of her in the process. "Eithni!" Kalanda called out once more, before sighing and resting against a tree. The girl would come out sooner or later, Kalanda would just have to suffer being scared.

It had been so much fun to have Kalanda stay over, she had got to annoy the Sith as they tried to sleep and ended up almost getting caught by a sentry. Leaving the village wasn't very difficult to do once Kalanda had her disguise on and soon they were walking towards Rancor filled areas. Eithni had gone ahead, even giving Kalanda her very own staffstick to defend herself, for the time being.

But after some time of not returning back to Kalanda seemed to have her railed up and have birds take her by surprise. When Eithni was finally back, she saw Kalanda shriek in surprise of the birds from the bush, thinking Eithni had hit in the bush. This brought forth the teasing girl in Eithni, the mischievous prankster and went a bit away from where Kalanda sat and went behind a hill so the Sith could see her.

Opening her pouch she flared her magick, cover her whole body with ichor spirit. The familiar green glowing mist eyes appeared instead of her eyes and green flowing mist danced around her hands and she began to pull the magical properties from it and created a doorway made out of pure green mist. Eithni walked through the doorway and as soon as she entered the doorway, she turned invisible. "Hihi, she won't know what hit her" giggled the invisible Eithni and began to sneak over towards Kalanda.

Suddenly, Kalanda would feel a pinch in both sides of her stomach, just to test if the Sith was ticklish and how ticklish she was. After pinching Kalanda's sides, she took some steps away and waited, hoping Kalanda wouldn't notice her as Eithni could be detected when in close proximity to another keen-eyed individual or if Eithni's presence in the Force is left unconcealed. But Eithni gambled with Kalanda focusing on any anything else than EIthni's invisible form.

Kalanda was growing impatient, waiting for her guide to show back up, when she suddenly felt something strike at her. She dropped the staff, as her hands went to her stomach, trying to stop whatever was tormenting her, a squeal escaping her lips. She was terribly ticklish as it turned out, as she nearly jumped out of her skin. Initially she was terrified, then peeved, as she could only suspect one person to be behind this. Ghosts weren't known for tickling people, usually they threw people around or possessed them. Though there was a bit of concern that she might have been wrong. "Eithni! Where are you!" Kalanda called out again, crossing her arms to defend against the girls antics. She focused on her senses this time, starting inward and pushing outwards to find the girl, she couldn't have gotten far.

Sure enough, she could sense the disturbance near her, but couldn't pinpoint the exact spot. She certainly hoped that was Eithni, if not Kalanda had another thing to worry about. Kalanda turned her gaze in that area, a displeased scowl on her face as she strained to find Eithni's form. "I know you're there Eithni. Enough games, where is this rancor at?" She said, wanting to get to the point, and maybe a small part of her plotted to get back at the girl later on. Kalanda extended her hand and pulled the staff back to her, ready to get back under way.

The first thing Kalanda her was the young witch's lighthearted giggle as she exited her invisible form and stood in front of the Sith with her very familiar innocently looking grin. "But it's so fun!" replied the Nightsister and with her hands behind her back, skipped by Kalanda, "this way!" called out Eithni excited. Leading Kalanda further and further away from the village, they would see get to the very edge of the vast jungle. Both stood just on the edge of the jungle and could see everything around them as far as their eyes took them. A good 4-500 meters further down the hill they now stood on, would lead to an enormous canyon. In the far distance on their right would lead them to what looked like a neverending plain.

However, on the left could Kalanda see an enormous mountain range begin and then go on far enough for it to melt with the horizon. "You might find matriarch Rancors in the canyon, but mostly bulls are found there, fighting each other. You would have a much better chance of finding a mom with her cubs roaming the plain" explained the Dathomirian girl as she pointed out the different sort of natural landmarks by them. "Let's go!" Explained Eithni with a cheer, shooting her clenched fist in the air and then just started to run down the hill and turn right more and more until she would run towards the distance great plain.

After the better half of an hour was used for running, started Eithni to slow down and began to walk at a normal pace, something Kalanda might find much more preferable. If Kalanda kept the girl's energetic tempo and walked beside her now, turned Eithni her gaze to the Sith. "I can't wait to get my own Rancor! Will be so much fun to ride one and just cuddle with it!" expressed the Nightsister rather genuinely serious, even if it came off more like excitement or sounded crazy.

After an hour or two of just walking, they now stood in front of the canyon and Kalanda could see it's the vast and expansive depth with a breathtaking view. A lot of thick tall rock pillars all over, forming sort of a natural roof with a lot of ways to fall down to one's death. "Come, I know a shortcut!" Explained Eithni with a smile and turned around to face the canyon again and walked over to the edge that was closest to the first of natural pillar "we just gotta jump from pillar to pillar that way" explained Eithni and pointed with her finger for Kalanda to see the direction they would head.

Looking down, a lot of the pillars did not look particularly safe to jump on to, while others had almost no platform to land on. If she would fall off, would almost with certainty mean her death as there wasn't really anywhere to grab on to if she would fall off. Then the Dathomirian turned her gaze to the Sith with a mischievous smirk, "race you!" Yelled Eithni and just ran with a dash and jumped from the edge all carefree and laughing heartfully.

From pillar to pillar she jumped and everytime she landed with utmost gracefulness, almost as if she had done it all her life. With a good chunk of five pillars between them, she stopped and turned around and waved encouragingly for Kalanda to follow. "Don't think, just jump!" Yelled the Dathomirian girl at the top of her lungs for Kalanda to hear her.

Kalanda sighed and shook her head at the girl's defense for her actions. At least they could get underway now. "Fun for you maybe, not myself." She chided, though the girl wasn't going to learn. Eithni was off to the races, as Kalanda had to give chase. She'd get back at the girl, one way or another. She couldn't get mad at the girl, it was clear there was no malice behind her mischief. Eithni drug the acolyte further into the jungle, leaving the village far behind as they were encompassed by the wildlife of Dathomir. Kalanda was a little taken aback by everything, as she had never seen a world like this before. It was odd, it seemed so inhospitable, yet full of life. She stood there for a moment, taking the sight in as she could see in nearly every direction. She could mimic such things to a lesser extent with the force, but...seeing this with her own eyes made her feel more grounded. It felt nice if nothing else. She soon snapped out of it, as Eithni was already starting to wonder off, and the acolyte really couldn't afford to lose her again; least she suffer more of Eithni's pranks.

Eithni pointed out the mountain, explaining it to her friend, to which Kalanda felt a tad uncomfortable at how familiar the girl was with Rancors. She talked about them like one would a pet, was she that used to them? "Bulls? As in Bull Rancors?" Kalanda asked, not fully sure of the answer, but had to guess that was what Eithni was referring to. Of course, Eithni seemed to be just fine with this idea, as she fist punched the air and bounced along the way to the plains. Part of Kalanda wished she had that girl's confidence. Yes, she was Sith, but this was a group of Rancors. "Right, lead the way then." Kalanda muttered, falling in line with the spirited girl, as they spent the next half hour working their way across the plains. Thankfully Eithni had reigned in her energy, or perhaps realized she was a little too much for Kalanda. Eithni then remarked how she wanted her own rancor, which made Kalanda tilt her head. "A rancor as a pet? Those monstrosities can eat you whole. You're aware of that right?" Kalanda asked skeptically, curious as to what the girl's idea behind that was.

Arriving at the mouth of the canyon, Kalanda had to wonder what the girl's idea of a shortcut was, as she practically pranced into the side of the chasm. Kalanda swallowed and glanced over the side, before taking a step back. Yea, she was from Coruscant, but there was a big difference between that world and this. Eithni explained the short cut, but Kalanda didn't like that one bit. "We....have to jump over this?" She asked, eyeing the girl, then the pillars they needed to traverse.

Kalanda followed her friend, hoping the girl was joking about this. She wasn't. Then Eithni, the little rascal, ran off the cliff and nimbly made her way across, as if she had no problems at all with it. Kalanda looked less than pleased, despite her friend's attempts to motivate her from across the way. "I have to think to jump..." She muttered, disgruntled about this whole affair. Kalanda took a moment, breathing in, then focusing on herself. She had done this before after all, just put all the energy into your legs and unleash it. Simple, right? Well, it seemed simple. Kalanda began to run, then leapt off, not thinking of the long fall to her death that waited below. She made the first jump, then the second, then the third. It was around the forth that things became trick, as she must have landed wrong. The pillar shifted, it's tip started to crack, as Kalanda hastily leapt off and tumbled onto the fifth one. She damn near fell off, as her momentum almost carried her over the surface of the rock. She pushed more of the force into her legs though, pushing through it and using the momentum to her benefit, as she flew across the other side, rolling onto the ground and landing on her back. She closed her eyes, groaning, trying not to think how close to death she had just come. "Yay." She muttered, completely devoid of joy, as she had yet another brush with death. She was just going to lay her for a little bit, assuming Eithni would allow that.

Eithni's pale features appeared over Kalanda as she laid on the top of the pillar and gave her a curious look. "Are you already tried?" Asked the witch and plummed down on her bum and crossed her legs. "If you want, we could wait here?" Asked Eithni, looking at Kalanda while bouncing a bit back and forth on her bum. A smile formed on her lips as she looked from the edge that the canyon began and then the distance they had moved. "Guess I'm just used to pillar jumping with my sisters" commented the Nightsister and shrug her shoulders.

Giving Kalanda a breather, rose Eithni from her spot beside the Sith and began to jump the rest of the way. "I'm still gonna win the race!" Called out Eithni, cheeky as always and jumped the last ten or so pillars and stood on the other side of the massive canyon waving at Kalanda, if she hadn't been able to follow the witch.

When they both were finally over at the other side, she jumped round to face Kalanda, still full of energy. "Right, so now we only have to walk the last bit and we will be able to see the matriarch with their herds!" Stated Eithni with a grin and then just started to skip away from the canyon and across the great plain.

There was very few threes, small clusters here and there. However, a few times the grass went them to above their chest as they made their way to the Rancors. Soon would Kalanda see the large beasts in the distant, relaxing at their place. Coming closer, could Kalanda get a much better view of how many there was and what they were doing. The matriarch was enormous and quite the impressive matriarch of the cluster of Rancors, both young and elder.

There were around four Rancor cubs fighting with each other, while the matriarch didn't keep an eye on them all the time, she would still keep her attention on them and be ready for acting, if something were to attack them. A few other older than the cubs, seemed to have some sort of conversation in their own language, while others were sleeping.

Hiding in the tall grass with Kalanda not far from the cluster of Rancors, she turned to Kalanda. "So how do you want to do this?" Asked the Nightsister. This was something the Sith had to prove and Eithni would only help, no cheating, her mom would know.

Pulling one of her vibroblade daggers, offered Eithni Kalanda it since a stick clearly wouldn't work with something as big as a Rancor.

Kalanda let out a puff of air from her lips, as she blew a hanging lock over her eyes out of the way. "I'm not tired. Just...done." She muttered, though she knew Eithni wouldn't understand. Kalanda just needed a moment to settle on all of this, but she'd be ready to go within the next five minutes. "Yes, I'd like that. Just give me a moment, and I'll be ready." She muttered on, before turning her head to watch the girl beside her. It was criminal to be this happy, at least it should be. "Yea, you might be." Kalanda replied to the girls comment about her sisters. "Are you all related? As in same mother and everything?" Kalanda asked, actually rather curious if that's why they were called nightsisters. She assumed it was some sort of deal like that, but...where the hell were the men? You needed those to make kids right?

After having her moment, Kalanda was ready to go, as she eased herself back up. Though by then Eithni was already running away, giggling about winning the race. Taking a moment to sigh, Kalanda chased after the girl, knowing that she was going to lose the race and have to endure the girl's proclamations of winning for the rest of the day. Kalanda did manage to keep up this time, as she imitated Eithni's jumps just as she had before. This time it was a little easier, maybe she was getting the hang of it now. "So, the Rancors are just...waiting there for us?" Kalanda asked, a sense of concern in her voice, as...well they were going to see a pack of Rancors, did that require an explanation?

Before Kalanda knew it, they were back to the plains, though the woman had to wonder how they were supposed to drag a rancor back that way without it dying. Hopefully Eithni thought of this. As the pair moved forward, inching through the chest high grass, Kalanda could see the rancors in the distance and felt the familiar grip of fear closing around her once more. There were alot, far more than she had hoped to see. How the hell was she supposed to do this? She gripped that staff a little tighter, as if that was going to make things better somehow. Eithni asked her how she wanted to do this, and honestly Kalanda had no clue. She never really thought about kidnapping a Rancor's baby for a group of witches. "I'm not even sure where to start with this....I...guess we can try and lure the adults away, but...look how many cubs there are." Kalanda spoke, her mind trying to figure out how she was going to pull this off. "Are there any small creatures we can hunt? Maybe distract the parents with food? Or maybe the children?" She asked, taking the knife and looking at it, before putting it on her belt. This certainly wasn't going to be easy.

Kneeling in the tall grass beside Kalanda. It was true, it wouldn't be easy and now that Eithni thought about it, she came up with an idea, "hm... getting them to hunt a prey would be the best, but we would have to find them first and that could take the whole day" explained Eithni paid attention to what the Rancors did. She had a couple of ideas for Kalanda to do, but all of them involved some kind of fighting or killing and frankly, trying to kill this many with what weapons they had at their disposal, was unlikely.

The matriarch shifted a bit at her spot by the trees, but nothing much happened really and they still hadn't noticed both girls in the grass. A new idea came to Eithni and it might likely be the best one for this sort of thing when they were only two. She turned to face Kalanda and nodded for her to follow Eithni as the witch led Kalanda away until they were out of hearing range from the Rancors.

"Okay, got a plan. I'm gonna draw their attention, you are gonna try and get a cub to follow you and then paralyse it in the tall grass. I'm gonna guide most of the other Rancors away and return and help you carry it back. Oh, and take this, you're gonna need to" explained Eithni her plan and handed Kalanda her energy bow. When they drew her bow from behind her back, by the belt area, the blow expanded and actually looked like a bow. The energy boy was made out of Durasteel with a long pink energy string going from one end to the other. In the middle of the bowstring, a small Durasteel round handle to hold the plasma string.

"It can fire as many arrows as you can draw the string" explained Eithni as she handed Kalanda her bow, not showing any kind of fear for Kalanda to backstab her. Sitting down Kalanda would finally see what exactly Eithni did, to go invisible.

Closing her eyes, she kneeled her head a bit and started the ritual by speaking foreign strange ritualistic words. Eithni suddenly opened her eyes and both her eyes was completely shrouded and devoured by the green glowing mist. Her ritual whisper increased in volume as the green mist ignited in her hands. Eithni then started to move her arms in a flow like water, slowly pulling the liquid glowing green mist from the pouch's tiny hole. Small sort of bubble of mist watery substance moved in a circle around itself.

Clashing her hands together, the small ball of green magick, expanded and before kalanda could say anything, had it formed to what looked like a doorway out of a pure green glowing mist. Eithni got up, took the pouch and twisted the waterskin cork back into its place and placed the waterskin pouch at her belt under her ragged hooded coat. Her eyes were still shrouded in green mist, but she smiled proudly over what she had done.

"There, walk through the magick and you turn invisible," told Eithni the Sith girl and waited for her to go through it. "Just remember that enough damage can break your invisibility. If you want to drop it, just focus on the spirit ichor and it will drop" explained Eithni with a grin, clearly excited by doing this.

After a bit, the Magick formed doorway disappeared, and Kalanda now stood invisible beside Eithni, "don't die" ordered Eithni, but blinked cheekily and exited the tall grass and with a rock, in her hand, she gathered before exiting the grass, she threw it at the matriarch. "ARRRRGH!" Screamed the young witch and charged the cluster of Rancors like a predator. It took the Rancors by surprise and the Matriarch growled and roared a chilling cry of rage and went for the girl along with the other older beasts.

Eithni smiled that her plan worked and barely dodged out of the way for the charging matriarch on all for limps. "REMEMBER THE PLAN. AND I WANT MY BOW BACK IN ONE PIECE!" Shouted Eithni as she began to lead the Rancors away, except for the cubs, who looked curiously after their mother, but ultimately, waited for her to return.
However, after a bit where matriarch hadn't returned, began they to go back to play with each other, which funnily enough looked like a rough fight to the death.

Kalanda stood there for a moment, rubbing her chin as the gears in her head turned to find a solution. Eithni pointed out the flaw with her plan, and Kalanda had to agree, trying to lure them into hunting would take all day. Eithni knew way more about Rancors than Kalanda though, so surely she had to know something. Kalanda just needed the adults to be separated from the kids, after that it would be relatively easy to handle; well, as easy as wrangling four baby Rancors could be. The pair stared at the Rancors downrange for a while, how long Kalanda couldn't say, but it was for a far bit before Eithni piped up with her plan.

It was strange hearing the girl go into detail. Kalanda knew she could be serious, the entrance to the village had shown her that, but there was a different sort of energy being channeled in the girl when she was like this; which frankly Kalanda liked to see. Kalanda wasn't exactly comfortable with the girl leading a herd of Rancors off into the distance, especially by herself. Was she really willing to risk this much for a woman who was practically a stranger? "Eithni, you really don't have to be so reckless for me..." Kalanda said, feeling a tad bad at what the girl was about to do. Being handed the strange bow, Kalanda eyed with a clear look of confusion, before looking to Eithni as she explained the weapon. "How do you even make these things?" She asked, but there wouldn't be time for an answer, as Eithni revealed her source of invisibility with the power of....green slime stuff! Kalanda was baffled, as she stared at the strange portal, before Eithni told her to step through it. Was it possible? Invisibility from....whatever the hell this stuff was? These witches were something else, clearly Kalanda had come to the right place.

Stepping through the gateway of mist, Kalanda found herself....well actually she didn't find herself at all now. The acolyte was baffled, though she at least understood how Eithni had hid herself earlier in the day. She'd have to learn that trick in the future, but for now, she just needed to get a Rancor back to that village. She listened to Eithni's explanation of the power, basically don't get hurt and you'll be good. Simple enough. "Eithni, please be careful." Kalanda started, before changing her mind and continuing on, "If something happens to you, I'll have no way of getting back you know." She almost let slip that she was concerned for the girl, or maybe she already had. Either way, Kalanda was worried about the young witch, but she didn't want that to be known. Eithni would be fine, she was a native here after all. Gripping the gifted bow, it donned on Kalanda just how much this girl was doing for her, with little to no reward being given to her. What was with that? Kalanda wanted to say something else to the young girl, but she had already taken off, warning Kalanda not to die, as she charged the Rancors, screaming like a wildman and throwing rocks at them. That girl was either stupid, brave, foolish, or a mixture of all three. Either way, Kalanda had to respect her for that, there was no way in hell she'd have taken that approach.

Armed with the bow from Eithni, Kalanda moved closer to the cubs, seeing as they were distracted with playing, while the mother and adults were well out of range to come to the children's rescue. Kalanda kept an eye on them, inching up slowly through the grass as she held the bow in her hands. She had never shot a bow before, so...this would be a first. She moved within 15 meters of the cubs, taking aim at one that was in the middle of knocking it's kin down. She pulled back on the glowing string, calling upon the force to guide her arrow to the mark, wanting to strike it, knowing that Eithni was running her heart out just to get this chance. She felt something call out to her, telling her to let the string go, so she did and was rewarded by tagging the cub right in the back. The cub let out a howl, as it turned towards Kalanda's direction. The other cubs were too busy playing to notice what was unfolding, as one of their own began to wander way. Kalanda first felt excitement, then confusion, as she wasn't sure what all she had to do to knock this thing out. Clearly it was onto something, as it began to lumber towards her, snarling and looking about. She could only hope her next few shots were good ones.

The last thing EIthni heard from Kalanda was something about "I'll no way of getting back you know" as the young witch stormed away with a raging herd of very large Rancors. She was luckily at the beginning as the Rancors didn't run but walked, so she got to have a fairly good distance between, that she was certain that she was safe.

As she continued to lead the adult Rancors away, the matriarch started to run and not just run but full-on sprinting at the Dathomirian. As quick as Eithni was, she wasn't prepared for the among of speed that the enormous matriarch was able to produce when it ran at her on all four. One moment she turned around to jump out of the way of the charging mother and the next she felt crushing pain coursing through her body. Eithni landed after getting slammed through the air by a powerful Rancor hand and landed with a crushing blow a few hundred meters from away on the ground.

EIthni screamed as the pain was overwhelming her, but her scream was drowned when the matriarch released a threatening shout. Laying in the tall grass, she at least was covered for now, but her arm along with her shoulder was broken. Not only did the blow by the Rancor brake her arm, but Eithni's landing gave the girl a lot of small cuts and bruises. Leading by the mighty matriarch, the Rancors decided to crawl on all four limbs, smelling their way to where Eithni was.

She had to bite her tongue in order to not reveal her position when she tried to get up in the tall grass. Even though it felt excruciating, the worse pain came from her shoulder even just by moving she felt like being torn apart. It wouldn't take long before the large matriarch would be able to get her scent and without a doubt charge her again, however, the second charge might very well be to end her life.

And correct the Nightsister was. A thundering roar of death filled the area and charged Eithni head on, followed by the other adult Rancors.

Eithni going to try and lead the rancors further away, before trying to lose them and circle back to Kalanda(Major fail)

Kalanda had gotten lucky on the first shot in fact she had a new rancor coming towards her. Problem was she didn't have the rest of the steps really mapped out. The rancor hadn't spotted her yet, but it was drawing closer, so Kalanda needed to put it down here and now. Drawing back on the string, as readied the shot and let off it fly, striking the Rancor Cub in the shoulder now, as the beasts movements started to slow. Grinned, Kalanda pulled back through the grass, feeling rather confident about her target now. She knocked another arrow and let it fly, as she scored another strike, the beast began to slow to a craw, it's large claws dragging in the ground as it was barely standing now. She definitely needed to get one of this bows. Though she did wonder how Eithni was doing.

Kalanda felt she had the beasts attention for good now, as she pulled back, pushing through the grass as to draw the attention of the slowed Rancor, knowing it would lumber after her, giving her ample time to off it. The beast' siblings kept playing their little game, seemingly unaware of their siblings plight. But where was Eithni? She was supposed to be back by now. As she kept moving, Kalanda turned back and readied another shot, as the Rancor cub was starting to wade through the grass, they were in the clear now.

Eithni wasn't one for screaming in panic or from fear, but watching an enormous matriarch and 4 other adults following her were truely a terrifying sight. Even the ground started to shake under her as if a freaking earthquake was erupting around her. Though, despite the thundering Rancors coming straight at her, she took the chance of fate and rolled a couple of time to the left, hoping she placed herself between two of the Rancors and not under them. The seer among of force slamming into the ground was truly terrifying and both Rancors feed and hands slammed down right beside her on both sides as they ran passed Eithni's position.

Eithni's mind was screaming at Eithni that she was in tremendous pain, but the girl bit back the excruciating pain and just began to crawl back towards Kalanda. Because of how tall the grass was, she had no possible way to see what the matriarch and other adult Rancors was doing, but she could hear then nearing in on her. She wanted to scream, as in just screaming at the top of her lungs from how painful it was, but if she did, she was dead and meat for the Rancors.

No matter how fast she was able to crawl, the Rancors came closer and closer and just as they were about to find her, lost Eithni ground beneath her and stumbled into dirt tunnel and out of sight from the Rancors. She pressed her arm over her mouth to muffle her screaming as she had landed on the broken arm. After she got the painfully scream out of her system, she forced herself up to sit in the dirt tunnel and was able to see the tiny hole she had fallen in. The positive thing was that she got away from the angered Matriarch and the other large Rancors and would keep them trying to get down to her. On the negative side of the situation, if she didn't move, the Rancors would be able to remove enough dirt to get to her.

So painfully, she got up on her feet and with her hand lighting up the tunnel in a green hue from her magick, she moved away from the hole and deeper into the tunnel, hoping to find a way out.

Surprisingly enough, she actually managed to find an exit not far from where Kalanda would be with the cubs. Eithni couldn't believe her luck, as she after a bit of searching the tall grass, she finally saw Kalanda from behind. "Surpriiise... ouch~" hissed, twisting her face as she accidentally moved her body a bit too much, just out of excitement for seeing Kalanda again.

If it hadn't been for Kalanda's successful aiming and hitting with the bow, the young cub would both have heard and seen Eithni. But the among of paralysing arrows it had received, made the young female Rancor cub extremely disorientated and slow of everything. If Kalanda would turn to look at Eithni, was the first thing the Sith saw, the broken arm, then all the cuts on her face. But other than that, she actually had a cheery smile on her, despite everything she just had been through.

Eithni going to try and dodge the charging rancors and then slip away in the tall grass(Barely a success)

Kalanda got the Rancor right where she wanted him, as the beast was clearly starting to feel the effects of the arrows. She could hear Rancors howling in the distance, and it caused her to drop her guard for just a moment, as she looked back to catch a sign of Eithni. The young Rancor had other plans however, as it used what little of it's strength that it had to charge uphill at the woman.

The noise drew the girls attention, as she turned back only to be wildly swung at by the Rancor, though with the invisibility she managed to avoid being tore to bits and was struck by the back hand of the sluggish child. Being knocked a foot for so, the Invisibility broke, as Kalanda was now on her knees in the tall grass, as she still had the bow in her hand, though the Rancor began to fall down, seemingly exhausted by it's charge. Kalanda went to stand, and felt a fierce pain in her ankle, looking down she realized it was broken from the Rancor's strike. Little bastard. Kalanda was about 10 feet away from the Rancor cub now, as she slowly worked her way back to her feet, trying to see if she could cap it off. It was still some what conscious though, so they couldn't move it in it's current state. They needed just one more arrow. Pulling back on the string, Kalanda was scared half to death as Eithni emerged behind her, prompting the Sith to jump in the air, and landing on her bad ankle as a series of swears issued forth. "Damn it girl, why did you do that!" Kalanda muttered, angry initially at the fright from the girl, but stopped as she realized that her friend had injured her arm. She was essentially responsible for the girl's injury, bringing her here and all.

Kalanda scowled, eyeing the girl up, then looked back to the Rancor cub. They needed to knock it out for good before it started to get it's strength back. But that could wait for the time being, as both women were injured and frankly covered in filth. "Are you going to be okay?" She asked, trying to think of a remedy for the broken limb, before looking back to the Rancor. "I've struck it several times, but it still has some fight left in it. Do you have any way to pacify it for the journey back?" Kalanda asked, wincing as she turned back, having to use that damn busted ankle again. Kalanda wanted to give the bow another shot, but it seemed rather silly to make a shot at this distance. Hopefully Eithni had a plan for this sort of thing. "Oh and....where did you get this bow from? I'd very much like to have one of my own."

Eithni tried to grin over being able to scare Kalanda, but grinning hurt, so the grin ended up as a tired but painful smile. "heh, I got you to worry about me, yay me~ ouch, it hurt to laugh. But yea, I'm fine.. had worse" replied the witch and looked at Kalanda. She walked over to the almost knocked out Rancor cub and looked down at it, "you need to shoot it again, I don't have anything that can sedate it" explained Eithni, wincing and hissing from the among of pain she held at bay. "I might be able to heal our broken bones... but it's gonna be really painful and slow progress" suggested Eithni and pulled her pouch out with her healthy hand.

"Okay, this is what we are gonna do, you shoot the Rancor cub, knocking it out and I try and heal our broken bones" explained Eithni and went a few meters away from where Kalanda was. Sitting down in the tall grass, it looked like she was seated in a room made out of grass. Placing the pouch in front of her, she hissed from twisting her body too much.

"Okay Eithni, work through the pain~, work through the pain" comment Eithni not looking forward to the pain and with one working arm and hand, she started the ritual. Her eyes were devoured by the green glowing mist-smoke as the ichor within her flared up. Her hair began to move like she was underwater and slowly by surely the green glowing liquid started to engulf Eithni's arm and shoulder. Having something to bit down on, she literally screaming with her mouth forced closed as the broken arm and shoulder repaired itself again, by cracking bones and to the correct spot and area. Tears started to run down her cheeks from how painful it was, but within five or seven minutes, her shoulder and arm was healed, as well as her cuts on her face.

She breathed a sigh of relief, feeling her arm and being able to use it again. With everything healed, she turned her attention to Kalanda and the Sith girl would now see the green glowing liquid slowly and floating towards her. Without warning, her ankle started to work on moving and repairing the broken bones and place them the right place. That wasn't painless and Kalanda would feel her ankle continually break until it was healed and she could use the ankle again.

The liquid slowing returned to the little hole in the pouch and moved back into the storage space of the pouch. Eithni finally got up and walked over to Kalanda while strapping her pouch to her belt again.

Looking at the bow in Kalanda's hand and a smirk formed on her lips, "when we get back, I might tell you" said the little witch

Kalanda scoffed and looked away at the girls claim that she was concerned. Okay, maybe she was, so what of it? "Worried about you? I knew you would be fine." Kalanda tried to dismiss the claim, but both her and Eithni knew it was an act. She had gotten concerned. Kalanda would have tried to keep Eithni away from the Rancor, but the pain in her ankle kept her from turning to stop the girl. As it turned out, she was completely at home with the Rancors; especially a cub like this one. When Eithni revealed that Kalanda had to finish the beast off with her bow, the woman shrugged her shoulders as she gripped the bow knowing that at least they could wrap this up rather quickly. Kalanda had never thought it possible to take down a Rancor with a tool as simple as this, and yet it had been done. Clearly she would have to not underestimate simple looking tools ever again.

Kalanda's head tilted at Eithni's claim she would fix their wounds, as the woman failed to notice any medical supplies on Eithni's person. "I....am most curious in how you plan on doing that, but I'll leave you to it dear." Kalanda pulled back on the bow, trying to keep her eyes off the girl's broken arm as frankly is was distracting her; reminded her too much of that one time with Reuben on Anzut, not to mention the poor thing was still in pain. Drawing back on the bow string, Kalanda took in a breath, aiming for the gap she could target at the Rancor's exposed neck, and launched another arrow into the spot. The beast kicked it's head up, trying to let a howl but only getting a tired groan instead, as it's meaty head hit the ground with the thud. Genuine excitement bubbled up through Kalanda, as she thrust her bow arm up in victory, before realizing Eithni was still in her presence, so she tried to recover by acting like she was stretching. "The beast is down Eithni, now how were you-" Kalanda turned her head towards the girl, seeing that strange green mist wrapping around her arm. Was this mist both a healing agent and a way to grant invisibility? She couldn't help but notice that Eithni seemed to be crying, but the wounds that were visible were starting to close up.

Kalanda lowered herself down to the ground now, wincing as she was forced to move her ankle up and to the side, setting the bow across her lap. She could only wait for the process Eithni had done to herself would be done upon Kalanda as well. The Sith attempted to study what was being done to the woman that she might have been considering as a friend, but couldn't make head or tails of the strange mist. It was clearly some force energy, or something like it, though...how it did the things it did she couldn't fathom. Then Eithni made her way towards her, still holding onto that strange mist, to which Kalanda felt she had nothing to gain from refusing the treatment. "This...power, what is it? It's....so unusal." Kalanda couldn't understand what it was. Sith Alchemy was one thing, but this? This was something else. When the mist was placed upon her, Kalanda let out a surprised yelp, as she could feel the bones in her ankle begin to fix and press themselves together. It felt like her bones were some elderly man struggling to make sense of a jigsaw puzzle, the pain was intense as the shattered bone seemed to try and piece itself back together. Kalanda gritted her teeth, clutched the ground, pulled her hair, as streaks of tears crawled down her face. Finally, after several minutes of this pain, it was over, as the acolyte collapsed onto the ground, breathing a sigh of relief, with the pain slowly fading. Kalanda glanced to the girl, looking rather exasperated as she did so. "How quaint." She replied, knowing they still had to haul a Rancor cub back to Eithni's village. Still, with the two of them working together, it could be done. Kalanda closed her eyes, taking a deep breath at what they had just accomplished. Mid wasn't going to believe this when she got back, and it was all thanks to the little witch in her company.
