All righty, let's continue our conversation here.
First of all, yes. Swoop gangs most likely exist in the Coruscant Undercity during this TL. Secondly, no, I do not think that they are weak.
Beyond the issue of the swoop gang, I still doubt that your lvl 1 apprentice character is able to pull off those powerful moves all in one post, thereby killing an entire gang. I also doubt that he's able to divide his focus over both the battle and where my character has gone.
