Hello all! Happy Thanks giving for those in America and anywhere else that celebrates it. Hope you're all looking forward to Christmas (Retail drones aside) or whichever holiday you celebrate with! We've had a few changes recently with @Fyremage our former glorious leader stepping down from his position as FL and my rise to the role.
Firstly I'd like to announce our AFLs to the republic as a whole! Welcome @Flying Dutchman and @Fyremage as our reigning AFLs, give them a warm welcome!
Some things to expect from us.
We are hoping to work with the other factions on the site to create fun little storylines in certain grids to make it entertaining and give it a bit of depth when attacking or defending these particular grids and doing missions or jobs within them rather than making it a simple checklist to do for preparation. Additionally we're going to be working into stirring up some action for the faction and if anyone has ideas for what they'd like to see or have done, send it to us. We'd love to have your input on any of these!
The archives are getting a small makeover from @Flying Dutchman whom is writing up small historical segments to be posted inside so keep an eye out for some of those incoming!
What we seek from you.
Activity! Enjoyment! First things that are important on a site, its a two way street to what we can provide and what you do with what the leadership can bring. Help us, help you so we can bring content to you. Additionally with this newsletter there will be an activity check for all within the Republic so we can do a clean out of the rosters and get them organised so we know who is here and who is not. Those who are away from the site at the time at the end of the clean out are free to reapply as they wish. So any members of the republic please post to this thread by the 3rd of December (This Friday). So we have a clear idea.

I look forward to getting to know you all and getting into enjoyable threads with our enemies and allies!
