Returning friend from long ago!

Hello everyone, it feels good to be back on the boards again! Since i've changed my username- i previously went by the names Batvan Vaiych and Zabby Daddy, but i'm back again with a new name for a new Era.

My name is Jarred (either Batty or Jarred are fine) i'm 22 from Union County NJ, studying Criminal Justice, and in my spare time i'm an avid socialite and airsoft player. I'm a huge Star Wars fan at heart (who of us isn't?) and was a prominent singer in the local metal scene through NJ. As stated, i love heavy metal- but all music is great to me in it's own right and can talk all day and all night about music. Otherwise I'm an aspiring police officer hoping to pursue a career in national law enforcement with the FBI working Counter Intelligence or Counter Terrorism, and hoping to apprentice as a Gunsmith this coming summer. As it could be surmised- i'm a gun nut too :)

I look forward to rekindling with old faces, and getting to know all the new ones!

Work for the NSA bro, much cooler than FBI! Or Homeland! I personally am aiming for CIA/DIA/NGA or a support element of the DOD like the Army Geospatial Center or some other thing, so I get your aspirations ;) Hope to catch you around in RP some time, welcome back!

That said, your state (or a nearby one - maybe NY?) might offer a Crime Analysis Certificate program which is the equivalent to the FBI certificate, probably through your DOJ. It'll probably be expensive, but it'll give you a step up in those interviews. Alternatively, you could take the course while in Law Enforcement and see your pay grade go up, that's what most of the people in the program I'm in are there for :P Well, that or they're required to because their departments are creating a Crime Analysis unit.

Also, I too like guns. I'm in the Swedish Army currently myself, which has temporarily sated my thirst for shooting. Is fun. :CSly
