Koh sat in his room. It was small, nothing extravagant. That was fine, all he really needed was a place to sleep. He cared nothing for trivial pursuits of value or personal individuality. All he wanted was to learn.

The lethan twi'lek closed his eyes for a moment and stretched his muscles. His red skin making him look almost demonic in the low light. He sat cross-legged on the floor and folded his arms. He kept his eyes closed as he began to focus on the force. He let what little he knew of the dark side flow through him, swelling his mind with thoughts of power... pure unchecked power.

He was waiting, patiently, for his new master to come get him. He knew he was at the master's convenience and so he waited...

Walter found himself walking through the corridors of the Acolyte's quarters, searching for the one he had meant to train; he should have met him in the training room, instead of making the Feeorin come searching for him, at first he had been tempted to leave him, if he wanted to be lethargic then let him miss out on his opportunity. But after some consideration he decided the Sith were apt to have thousands more trained Crusaders if mistakes were not treated so harshly, though he would have to teach the Acolyte proper etiquette.

Eventually he found the room he had been searching for, without asking for permission he entered the room, the intrusive act represented to the Acolyte the authority Walter held as his Master. He laid eyes upon a Red Twi'lek clad in basic robes of a Sith, and he was still quite young, perfect, there would be plenty of time to turn this child into a vessel of the dark-side.

Walter took it upon himself to disturb his patience, at the same time exercising a control the Acolyte was to understand had been placed over him. He cast out a hand, and with the force he gripped him where he sat, giving him total power over his Students body. He lifted him from his seated position and for a brief moment held him just slightly in the air; he was not brash, nor did he take enjoyment out of demonstrating his own ability, the Acolyte simply needed to learn.

"I will not seek you out again, Acolyte. Next time you will find me, or we're done. Work with me and your training, though still harsh, will be far more beneficial. Understand this - if you mock me in such a fashion again, I will enslave you, perhaps then you will know the meaning of Master"

Walter released him, allowing him to fall the short metre back onto the ground. He resumed a casual position, standing in the doorway and awaited his Student's answer.

Koh somewhat caught himself when he was dropped. It shouldn't have been unexpected but for some reason the young twi'lek was a little shaken. There was a brief feeling of anger at himself for his stupidity and at his new master for holding him in the air like that. The twi'lek didn't like being wrong or embarrassed and he was both at that point in time. The anger went away as soon as he thought about the power he would learn from a master. He stood up and bowed his head slightly.

"Apologies Master. It wont happen again."

He took a step forward showing his new master that he was ready to follow

(OOC: Um so I don't know why I posted this on Korriban... Crusaders are usually on Ziost right?)

Walter eyed him, fully aware of his anger, he only hoped that in time he would be able to correctly utilize it. Though he was wise for not lashing out at his Master as Walter thought he may; which was credit to the boy.

"Mhmm"

Walter turned and with his left hand, he flicked his fingers in his own direction, signalling for the Acolyte to follow him down the corridor. They were destined for the training room they should have initially met in, and Walter now knew the fastest way back and within time they were both in the centre of the room, face to face after Walter had turned to meet him.

"Your name, your desired specialization and your form of combat. I would hear them"

Walter looked entirely disinterested, not as though he were day dreaming. More as if his entire demeanour lacked any emotion, his student would soon learn Walter had naught much to say, nor much emotion to reflect in his body language.

(Yeah, don't worry :) We'll be getting to all of that, for now though, we'll spend a small amount of time on Korriban)

Koh stood across from his master. He waited and listened.

"Koh A'tak. I desire to be a warrior. Fighting is what I know and what I am good at. As for combat I do not yet have a lightsaber, however I have studied the Jar'kai form quite a bit. I would like to work with that once I have lightsabers."

He Hated that he didn't have a lightsaber yet. He knew he would be getting one soon now that he had a master but he also knew of some students arriving here with lightsabers.

In the end it didn't matter. Let them have there early advantages. Koh would learn from the feeorin and surpass everyone.

Walter nodded slightly with each answer;

"You need not worry, when I spent my whole time as an Acolyte without a lightsabre; there were many who neglected to teach me, and thus I had no one to aid in the construction of one. But the Vibrosword did teach me humility, a trait worth having, even as a Sith"

Talk of patience and humility was often not the best idea on Korriban, they were things that the Jedi preached, but in some cases they did get it right; The Sith would have a lot less problems if they just waited once in awhile, and humility would help you understand when to stop, so that you may live to fight another day.

"I assume if you're studying Jar'Kai, then you have two vibroswords, no? It is the form of dual striking, if not I suggest you study the Niman form of combat, in layman's terms it is the singular version of Jar'Kai"

Walter drew his lightsabre from his belt, and ignited it, the crimson blade slung from the hilt with a hollow screech. He eyed his students and held his right-arm out in front of him, pointed downwards, yet the lightsabre was in his palm so that the point faced upwards at Koh. The act was not threatening, a simple warning that battle would soon come to pass.

"Whatever form you choose, Koh, whether it be Jar'Kai or Niman, one blade or two; in time you will have the fitting lightsabres of a Sith..

He moved his lightsabre back to his side, and prepared a half-hearted strike allowing Koh time ro prepare his own sword.

".. Show me, that you are worthy of a lightsabre, and I shall grant you one. Show me that you are worthy of being a Warrior, and I shall build you into one.

With his right-hand, he swung diagonally downwards from the right side aimed for Koh's shoulder, time for the Acolyte to prove his worth.

Koh listened as his new master spoke. He would need to prove himself and do it well. He nodded slightly as Walter ignited his lightsaber.

When the lightsaber came swinging towards him Koh quickly pulled out one of his vibroswords and threw it up to quickly block the attack. With his other hand he flung his second vibrosword at his master left thigh.

Walter manoeuvred his lightsabre around the Vibrosword that had blocked his, turning it under the sword and swinging it out to the right; stepping backwards in the process so that the attacking vibrosword may cut only the air where Walter once stood. Allowing him the correct distance away to pause for a moment and deliver his lecture.

"Good. When using Jar'Kai one may defend with one blade and attack with the other, ensuring the users safety whilst allowing them to continue a constant offence, one that often over-whelms their opponent"

Walter came at him again, with both hands bringing his lightsabre across from his left side so that he may deliver a powerful side-swipe that aimed to move across Koh's body, if the attack succeeded it would surely bifurcate his Student.

"But one must also remember the weakness of Jar'Kai, with only one arm for each sword, powerful two-handed strikes are your downfall, remember to utilize your body, evade my attacks when they become too strong"

Koh was a little amazed at the feeorin's speed. He gritted his teeth and snapped his body back to face his master. He heard his master speak of the weaknesses of his chosen combat form.

He knew the weaknesses and he knew one way to supplement them. The Twi'lek was extremely dexterous, fast and agile, and he knew how to use those abilities well from all his years as a thief on Coruscant.

Just before the blade would have hit him Koh threw his body backwards so the blade flew over top of him. As he fell backwards he twisted slightly putting his fist against the ground and using it as a brace. He snapped his foot at his master's head while rotating his body to bring him back standing.

Perfect, Walter watched as the Acolyte's foot came towards his head, he stepped to the right of the kick, ever so slightly, just enough to gain himself the correct amount of room. The kick snapped against nothing, and for just a short moment the foot lingered in the air directly beside Walter.

His reflexes were fast, and his left-hand shot out to the side and grabbed his student's ankle, whilst his right hand disignited his sabre and placed it back into his belt. Now with both hands he grabbed the learners foot, and heaved him with all of his Feoorin strength, hurling him from the floor, across Walter's body and several feet in the other direction; he was not merciful, and the Acolyte would have landed with a strong thud.

He stepped backwards a few steps, placing several metres between him and Koh.

"As a Warrior, we are the strength of the order, the powerful embodiment of the Sith and their image. You must be powerful in all aspects, in the force, in the mind and most importantly in the body."

He paused for a moment to take a look at the young Twi'lek, he was far from a juggernaut, he looked only average of strength.

"You need to improve your strength, whether it be physcially, or by means of enhancement through the force. Use the force, let the dark-side work with your body to create a more powerful being; the dark-side is always looking for a vessel, a host for it to take up residence in, allow the dark-side control of your body, only for a short time, and you will discover a power far beyond that of your own."

He stood with his legs, spread and open his arms, completely exposing his large body; the Feeorin was a giant compared to the Twi'lek, he would not stand a chance in a contest of strength without aid from the force.

"With your bare hands, push me, throw me off of my feet, hurl me into the air!"

Koh hit the ground with a thud. He pushed himself up as Walter spoke. He was starting to get irritated with not being able to even come close to hitting the Feeorin.

The Twi'lek hated being made to look weak. He got up and moved towards his master. He started clearing his mind and allowing the darkside in. He shoved his arms at the massive Feeorin. There was the power of the force behind his push but Koh honestly wasn't sure how much power...

He was a frustrated boy, he was angry, annoyed and most of all he was humiliated. Walter had barely sparred with him and already he was desperate and unsure of his power, and when the hands were planted upon his chest he was knocked backwards, he even came close to stumbling, which showed that the boy used the technique correctly; but he had not been thrown from his feet as he hoped he might have been. The student was too unsure of himself, he had anger yes, but it was not channelled, it was wild and only served to disorient him rather than aid him.

"You are not a child anymore, Acolyte. If you're annoyed at me, push me harder, if you're mad at me channel that anger through your arms, amplify your ability; I could sense your confusion from a mile away. It's clear you are not sure of yourself. I am your Master, a Crusader and you are an Acolyte, for now I far surpass you, but I aim to fix that, as should you. Just now when you pushed me, you weren't sure of your self and I could smell the frustration; a controlled rage is far more useful that neurotic irritableness. You would do well to remember that"

Walter had sampled the boy's abilities, he understood his potential, but a lot of people had potential; few used it. As his Master he would make sure the boy used his own.

"You are strong boy, perhaps in time even powerful. But you're timid, innocent even. If you hate looking weak, then do something about it, make sure your next attack won't be weak, instead of pushing me and hoping for the best. I sensed the force behind your arms, and you executed the technique perfectly, now all you need is self-confidence and the maturity to channel your rage into something useful"

He exposed his chest to the boy once more, arms out wide.

"Again"

Koh cursed under his breath. He was getting angrier by the minute. The blood in his veins boiling with each word his master spoke. They weren't meant to teach, of course, and they were teaching the young Twi'lek but it also made him angrier.

He felt power rising in him as his anger rose. He was past irritated now, he was past annoyed. He was going to prove to the Feeorin that he had what it took.

Koh let the darkside penetrate his every fiber, he focused it on his master and with gritted teeth threw his arms forward pushing at his master's chest with everything he had...

The red hands of the young Twi'lek were planted firmly on Walter's chest, but they lingered for only half a second before Walter was thrown off of his feet by the strength of the boy, loaned to him by the dark-side.

There was a rushing feeling in his stomach as he was lifted from the marble floor, he moved through the air watching his student grow smaller and smaller as he covered more distance.

Finally, it was now Walter who landed on the ground with a thud, rolling violently before he was finally permitted by the law of momentum to stop. He took the time to move onto his feet, and was now ten metres across the room from his student.

He nodded, it was a commendable distance.

"Know that when applied correctly, the force will enhance your very being; though, I would recommend some strength training. The stronger you are, the stronger the force will make you"

But there was still something about this boy, he was ignorant, still a boy, he did not know the struggle that he would soon endure, and he was not prepared for the coming years as a Sith.

"Koh. I am about to teach you a lesson; one that you would do well to learn.."

Walter did not take joy in exacting random torture onto those weaker than him, t'was not honourable. But this boy needed to understand pain, and he needed to stop being a boy.

He cast out one hand, his right hand, and from it erupted a moderate surge of lightning, just enough to hurt the boy, not enough to damage him. The pain would last for ten seconds, and from there, Walter would let the training intensify; their time on Korriban was coming to an end.

Koh swelled a bit with pride as his master flew through the air. He nodded as the Feeorin spoke. The twi'lek braced himself as his master's hand came up, but it didn't help when the lightening hit him. He let out a groan through gritted teeth as the lightening racked the his body for ten seconds.

When the lightening stopped Koh straightened his back and looked at his master. His eyes were smolder, though not with hatred for though his master had embarrassed him and racked his body with pain the Sith had done so to teach the young twi'lek. He did not hate the Feeorin, not yet anyways. His eyes smoldered with passion, anger, they smoldered with the beginnings of power.

Peace is a lie, there is only passion

The first line of the Sith code entered his mind. He wanted the strength, he wanted the power. He wanted to be Sith, and he would be one day soon.

"Of course Master." He spoke for the first time since they started training. His eyes caught his master's. "What comes next?"

Walter raised an eyebrow, this had been the first time the student had spoken from his own initiative.

"Good to see you've finally found the courage to speak"

He turned, pausing only for a moment while he turned so that his words would not be lost in his actions; it was crucial his Acolyte heard what he had to say, his hand came out to his side and gestured once more for him to follow.

The two would walk down the corridors of Sith Temple, leaving the training room and heading to Walter's desired destination.

"... As your Master I am to teach you power; though Korriban is no place for a Warrior. You must learn the cold atmosphere of the Sith before you can learn the heat of battle, and Ziost has both; it is the training ground for Warrior's such as yourself, and it is there you will be sculpted into a Sith Crusader."

Walter looked up, had the Student walked along side him they would both now be at the hangar bay, where there was a shuttle that Walter had organized. He took an inquisitive glance at his Student, what do you think? it asked.

Koh had kept pace with his master soaking in the words being spoke.

Ziost. Good. He thought.

Ziost was where he had wanted to go. It was the birthplace of warriors of the Sith. It was where he would gain strength.

They had reached the hanger bay and there was a shuttle before them. Koh noticed his master's head turn and he looked at him. The look on his master's face told the twi'lek that his master was waiting on an answer.

"Perfect."

That was all that Koh said and a small smirk touched his lips.

"Very well, board the ship, but remember; on Ziost you will find no mercy. The shock you received in the training room earlier was but a taste of what is to come. But know this, even if you hate me, for I suspect you may. In the end, you will be grateful"

Walter awaited for the boy to walk past him, and followed him onto the ship. His training would now truly begin. The gang way closed behind them after they had both entered, and for the first time in long time, Walter had left the planet of Korriban.
