Road to Endor

[Black Noise]

We are invading Endor, a GA heritage world, at the same time as the Sith and Mandalorian combined front is hitting Brentaal. We are going in with 200 warships, 50 of those being capitol ships. We will encounter a minefield along the way, similar to our own but less mines and less advanced tech.

I need two exceedingly brave volunteers to come help me with this invasion. Medals will be awarded.

If you're signing up for GA side Adamant then you'll need to either side with them or us. Fighting yourself doesn't work, and regardless of that it's referred to as a conflict of interest as well.

GA intends to fight us every step of the way, se yes, there will be a ground battle. Drave's superb agility would be most useful there.

Tri, this might take place during Cormit. While there would be no conflict of IC time, you might be a bit overwhelmed fighting in both battles. Perhaps Cormit is enough for now. Also, at the rate Tsu is fighting for us, please have her formally sign up for Chiss 'internship' as an admiral once Cormit is done :CHappy

Nope-roo, that's not fair! I posted on this thread, was informed I won't be here because Mar'vion will be doing other things, and then posted this in the GA thread:

I thought I would be fighting on the Chiss's side, but that cleared up!

Thus, if you haven't stationed them somewhere else, both Captain Grumoc and Jedi Knight Novan would be ready and willing to participate.

Not at all, this would happen ICly after the GA are driven away, or failed to have been driven away, from Cormit. Awesome.

A lot has changed since this OOC thread was made, but since it is the appropriate OOC thread, I'll ask here:

Is there an update on the delay this thread is experiencing? According to the thread, the GA hasn't even selected who will be participating in this battle.

It's been eight days since the thread was posted. I expected the defenders would have first post. Once I decided no one else was going to post, I posted first, and it has been four days since. Not exactly a nail-biting battle so far. :|

I believe the GA defenders were updated in the OOC thread, and sadly both of which are out of town this weekend. Also, the reason for the delay is because Defiance is having some family problems at the moment, if he doesn't post by tomorrow night then expect a replacement for him so we can get the battle going still.

Sorry for the delay mate, I'm not entirely enthusiastic about this whole drag as well with the way it's currently going.

Lol, been wondering the same thing. GA side(their PCs) have been a bit unresponsive, if they don't reply in, two days I believe, then they will be replaced. If they still don't reply after that, we win by default and move on to the actual planet of endor, in which case space and land battles will be occurring simultaneously.

Ground Battle for Endor is now in the working! I hopefully plan to have it ready by the end of the weekend! Anyone want to up and sign up to kick some GA ass? While I would prefer this to be a chance for our Immortals to showcase themselves, any unfilled spots are open/will be filled by any battle hungry Sith.

Assuming there is a space battle, yes, there might not be one of those. But consider the thread you're already in a won battle on your side, congrats :CHappy
