Rogue Agent

White Knight is officially known as a rogue agent. He interfered with another agent's mission, risking public exposure on a relatively large scale, and then afterwards, before he could be confronted, he fled. I want everyone to keep an eye on any thread with this character and the standing orders are to "kill on sight." If possible, I'd suggest capturing him so we can plausibly torture information out of him, but it's much safer to kill him as soon as possible. Any questions?
