Ruba Cathu Zavval
The Ambitious Hutt
Being the youngest of his kin, Ruba was last in line for anything of real value. This was always a challenge for Ruba, as he always felt like he never got the same respect and recognition as his older kin. They looked down on him, and treated him as lower class then themselves. The hutt families were all small factions who amassed their influence by priding over anyone they deem a threat to their own position. Ruba always showed little to no love for his family. He spent most of his early life sitting around and doing nothing like a many great Hutts that are born, however, soon growing tired of that life, he wanted to see what the horrible worlds of Hutt Space had to offer, and did. Scamming and ripping off people became his hobby, and slithering around powerful Hutts eavesdropping on their conversations taught him a great deal of the crime scene.
Ruba spent most of his time scheming and plotting. He stole several items from his family and sold them on the black market for double what they were really worth. Dealing with a rich businessman who offered Rub a sizeable profit if he assassinated one of his higher ups, Ruba foolishly accepted the offer and acquired a deadly toxin that is used for assissation of primarily big targets. When the businessman was assassinated by the very higher up that Ruba planned on assassinating, the hutt knew he was in trouble. While there was records Ruba being there, fortunately there was no evidence of an attempted assassination. Still however, a large bounty was put on Rubas head and he was forced into hiding for several years. Still in hiding, Ruba has primarily been doing small things to keep him alive, not having that many credits can be difficult for a hutt who needs much more food than most other sentient species. With still plenty of room to grow and learn and develop his own style of corrupt business, Ruba hopes to one day create a large enterprise and reach a level he's never reached befoe. Much like his other kin, Ruba is ambitious and will do whatever necessary to place himself higher on the sociological pyramid.
Personality and Traits
Manipulative and deceiving, he's a chaotic evil whos only true desire is to better position himself whichever way he possibly can. He has learned to keep his aspirations and ambitions a secret, as it could endanger his situation. He powers over the less fortunate and kisses the feet of those above him, he will not let himself be killed by pride by so many others in the galaxy, he's smarter than that. Most Hutts enjoy the pleasure of smoking or drinking, but Ruba does not. He believes in one hundred percent sobriety to keep all senses clear. Always on alert, he remains very aware of his surroundings.
Assets and Belongings
The Hutt of course, like anyone else, has belongings that he finds useful or necessary for everyday use. Much like most of his other Hutt counterparts, he is not fond of combat himself, although keeps his fair share of trusty items to protect him at his side in the underworld where murder runs rampant, especially of Hutts that aren't well protected. A dt-12 blaster pistol fit is his particular favorite, as he keeps it with him at almost all times. A trusty datapad stays with him along with a hoversled that has collected a fair amount of cobwebs and dust, as it's rarely used. He has his own Nerf Herder Light Freighter that he uses for basic travel and other things.
Ruba, as flamboyant as ever, covers himself in exotic jewelry he collected after several successful pawns and rip-offs. He can also occasionally be seen wearing a headband sporting exotic feathers. Ruba also has a pet Anooba bought for breeding but ended up being chosen as his personal pet that is usually with him, also trained to attack on command.
