Caster was checking over his ship. He had accepted a mission to go and check out a what was basically a floating junk yard. From what he knew there were many 'dead' ship littering an area around a small sector near the Hydian way. It was his job to salvage anything useful and bring it back. It seemed like a relatively easy job even if there was a small chance of pirates.

He double checked everything on the outside of his ship, the Shadow Blade, and then went on board. He began double checking what he had inside. He already had his armor on. He hadn't bothered to repaint his armor for his mission, it didn't seem like it would be necessary. Stealth wouldn't play a big part in this mission if he did run into any pirates.

He made his final rounds and headed to the cockpit. He picked his helmet up off the co-pilot seat and put it on. He would wait only a bit longer to see if anyone else was joining him...

(OOC: no one else has signed up to go but in case any Mando wants to I'll wait to post him getting there until tomorrow)

The Aliik exited out of hyperspace. The small freighter flew over to Caster's ship. The pilot, Verde Tracyn, contacted Caster.

"Do you require assistance?" asked the corporal.

Caster listened as he heard a voice come over the com channel.

"Any assistance would be appreciated. The more hands we have the more we will be able to bring back. I'll be leaving for the Hydian way here in a bit, just doing some final checks."

Caster finished one last walk through of his ship and headed back towards the cockpit. He sat down and glanced one more time out the window. He always hated leaving Mandalore. He loved this planet. He knew he would be back though, and with that his ship lifted off the ground and started towards the sky.

He wasn't sure what he would find at the Hydian way but there would be something that could be used to bring back. He wasn't worried about the mission. It seemed like a relatively routine run.

He put his mind to his mission as he pulled out of hyperspace.

"Have to be ready" He said as he moved in towards the Hydian Way

Nothing like a war to make everyone busy. Ship activity went up drastically and therefore allowed for more opportunity. Usually Ije Ko was actively about intercepting those who 'accidentally' wonder away from their routes. Not today, so far.

However, the Quarren hated just sitting around, it made him quite aggravated. His crew voted for a break, a slow day, and too keep his crew happy, he reluctantly accepted. They drifted among the debris. An ancient, in his opinion, ship graveyard that everyone seems to just dump their unwanted. Every now and then he would feel the ship jerk probably to avoid a collision.

Kuras piloted his ship through the fields of debris. He was out on one of his usual explorations. Ever since leaving his home planet, the pultra had a craving for knowledge and discovery. He had received some time off, so he was taking full advantage of it, seeing if there was anything exciting floating amongst the debris.

Verde acknowledged Caster's transmission and went on standby. After some time, the two ships went into hyperspace. They eventually exited at their destination.

Transit complete, thought Verde. Out of friendly territory, so defenses will need to be heightened.

Caster began to scan the wreckage. He wasn't sure what, if anything specific, he was looking for but he knew there must be something worth salvaging. He was moving slowly through the debris. He didn't want to miss anything, and just in case he didn't want to be surprised.

His ships scanners weren't finding anything useful to salvage.

"Well at least there hasn't we haven't run into any trouble yet." He mumbled to himself.

He opened a comlink to Verde's ship.

"Shadow Blade to the Alik. Finding anything yet? My scanners haven't picked up a damn thing."

Ije watched the debris drift by, now he had a bottle of whiskey, it was keeping his nerves calm for the moment.

"Captain?" his comm buzzed.

"/If you're going to ask me to examine another ship skeleton, I will come up there myself and rip your's out./" he sneered into the comm.

"Uh, no Captain, our sensors picked something up, another ship, two ships."

The Quarren captain threw his shot glass on the ground in pure delight.

"Captain? Sir?"

"/I'm coming up.../" Ije Ko made his way to the cockpit. They had the ships in view, it didn't look like they had detected them yet, "/Lets stir up trouble, get into range./"

The Priate's cruiser floated from out of the debris.

ADIM's scanners scoured the area. It picked up many ships, but most were debris. Some seemed workable, and the sensors picked up electronics working, but could be from the wreckage.

"No noticeable hostilities," reported Verde. "Be on guard. Some electronics active. Some traps may be active, not to mention we don't want to accidentally set something off."
