Yuki wouldn't know CARD in the first place. How can she ask about something she knows nothing about?
Also, I can guess that Tsviets' betrayal to CARD will result badly. Either I'll have Tsviets resign to focus more on Animus or he'll be fired from CARD, probably being hunted (though I could use this to get close to Sonam)

It could turn into a profitable deal: Animus gets some new toys and CARD gets help from Force users (though obviously ultimately the two would plot to betray the other. Hooray, one more reason why corporations are more Sith than Jedi)
