Personality
Focused and driven, there is little that gets in her way. Often described as stubborn, but that is largely because she has never really been victim to threats or violence herself. Shut away with her gardens and lab equipment, she's quite content whistling the day away cultivating and studying. Athletics has never been a great concern, but she keeps active enough to stay fit. Savvy is never shy, but nor does she talk without having something meaningful to say, which leaves the gaps of silence awkward for those who don't know her well.
Background
Surrounded by exotic plants, growing up on a horticultural research base on Zelos made Savora's childhood a wonderland. Every color you could imagine all in her backyard. Her mother was a technician tasked to study cultures while her father monitored the irrigation. By six she could name every species of flora. From there it was only a matter of time before Savvy found her own place at the facility, weeding at first and then on to soil testing and nutrient chemistry.
Now she stands as one of the lead field acquisition specialists, set off with teams to worlds too distant or too dangerous for commercial trade to bother in search of rare specimens with new and unexplored potential. The most recent mission: to head to Dagobah with a team of three to gather suitable samples of Blackvine to study its application in civil engineering. Upon arrival the crew fell upon unfortunate circumstances, got seperated from one another, and subsequently died to injuries save for Savora.
Collapsing after days of running, Savora woke to find herself refreshed, her wounds mended, and her things cleaned and stacked beside her. She explored the area to find a translucent man claiming to be what he called an echo of what was. He never offered his name, only the means to stay alive. She did not know it at first, but the slow, thoughtful movements he showed where quieting her mind, melting away fear and worry with paced breathing, and piece by piece showed her the Force. For six months she practiced until the day came when the sound of engines woke her. The man who had been with her for so many months said that it was time for her to go. That she would have to make decisions that would affect the lives of countless others, and not to forget herself in the vastness of it all. Her rescuers wanted to take her home, but Savora knew that was no longer where her destiny laid. Where, she didn't know, but maybe the Jedi would.
