After an ardous thread on Dantooine, my character (Calmax) was captured by the Jedi, as was @TheMorrigan's.

The Jedi and Mandalorian faction leaderships have given us the opportunity of doing a thread where Morrigan's character is being transferred to Mandalorian custody, and mine to a lower security prison. The thread will be taking place post-timeskip.

That being said, I desperately ask for your help in rescuing us. We'd prefer that 2 people help us out, by doing anything from bombing the convoy to directly engaging in combat with the escorts. You get to decide the circumstances of the thread. It will be a 2v2, rescuers (you) vs. 2 Jedi/Mandalorians.

There's a few things you could get out of this if you succeed: a kill or two, or a Jedi prisoner. Also, Calmax's loyalty and support if you're ever in a similar situation.

You will actually have to engage us. You won't be allowed to just bomb the transport and automatically win. Additionally, the two prisoners won't be engaging as they're imprisoned and unarmed / armored. Anyways, the thread must be open, and you must give us a tag when its up. Thanks!

@Prudence this is mostly for my curiosity since my characters need to be re-approved and updated for the timeskip: the thread is purely competitive yes? I would be interested in more of a hostage negotiation/prisoner exchange to dabble with some of the psychological elements of warfare. Otherwise, clear terms of engagement would prompt my interest as well. What are the terms for escape, how the actual PvP handled, and how much leeway exists for storytelling opportunity. All nice things to know upfront so I can gauge my own availability in this!

Well I would be more than willing to do a thread with you based around the idea of hostage negotiations, but with that in mind it would just be that - discussions. Kalan isn't interested in releasing the prisoners, but if you'd like to have your character try so that you can enjoy psychological RP I can imagine that would be fun and I'd be willing to let you have a crack at it - though again, it wouldn't render them released.

Additionally, the PvP would just be rather simple. You'd have to break into wherever we're keeping them, defeat the defenders, and get them out.

Priam, Vrist's sister, will at a minimum want to help. She hates Sith. But she loves her brother, despite his misguided allegiance. Plus I need to use her or I'll end up scrapping her XD

two ppl will be defending. think of it as those two chars leading a single car convoy along the road. ur chars block/otherwise intercept convoy. then we fight.

@DudeTheManatee I understand man I feel the same way with my character but I have already accepted that in any pvp situation death is sometimes unavoidable. But if your truly scared then you don't have to join, but if you are interested in trying out pvp talk with Relent and Prudii about what could happen if we lose in pvp. Ultimately its up to you man, do what you feel is best for your character and said characters story.
