These are three of the threads we've done, he's done a few more with others, but i can't find the others, i wanna spring this promotion on him IC as a present of sorts. He's well proven himself as a writer, and has come into not only being a sith, but an asset to the sith. I think he well deserves the promotion.

Avlis meets his new Master. Guaranteed to have the dark side, debate, lightsabers, and a whole lotta fighting. Will Avlis submit and humble himself enough to be trained? Or will the two be locked in an everlasting argument?
Rewards: Increased concentration over the Force.
2. Kill the Heretics
Blasphemy. Avlis and Snikch are sent to deal with the twin traitors of whom disrespected their master. However, problems soon arise, and Avlis finds something horrific about his master that he would never expect to see.
Rewards: Gained the skill of manipulating light with the Force.
3. Underneath the Underneath
A newly enlightened Avlis decides to pay a visit to his homeworld, and a whole multitude of secrets are about to be revealed. Will Avlis once again find the stroke of luck and avoid the Umbaran aristocrats that so hate him? Or will Avlis be killed in the process?
Rewards: Gained the skill of Force farsight, one Sith lightsaber, a single double-ended Jedi shoto, and a Jedi lightsaber. Developed skill of light manipulation.
4. Aspects of Sith Magic [CLASS]
Avlis applies for Drenn's class on Sith magic, less about actually learning something, but more on learning more about Drenn. Despite this all however, Avlis ends up learning some things from Snikch's preceding apprentice after all.

A good number of good threads, but none of them appear to be self-training or self-improving in any significant way, or doing much more than socializing, fluff, or training someone else. Maybe a ritual here or there. Other than your duel with Casimir, of course. I suggest you do some more Sithy things or sign up for missions if you want to rank up.
As for you, you have a good number of threads, but Military service and experience is much preferred for those granted the title of Lord, as it is far more exclusive than Master. PM me about that.
