The deeper he proceeded, the aged the architecture of the library are exposed. The area was hardly guarded which made him think he has access to its deeper corridors. Besides, he didn't expect anything new to come out of the latest batch of Jedi literature, so he dug deeper into the library. It would be irresponsible of him not to.

He was unlucky to find some of the books, scrolls, datadisks, and other mediums were unreadable for him. But some old records were oral testaments from previous Jedis describing force powers.

Although some force powers described were familiar to him, others were a great discovery. Most of it were from the light side of the force. When he would encounter a force power that uses the dark side not much detail were given. And some details were even cut so as to end its description.

He was intrigued by the force powers of the darkside, nonetheless.

Intrigued by the mystery, the power, and its existence.

The mediums levitated to its rightful place, and him resting in his room.

He kept his schedule and arrived an hour early to meet his master.

When Kalza arrived to meet her padawan, she was pleasantly surprised to find him already awaiting her. "Hello, did your research prove fruitful?" She asked with a smile, hoping we would have such a respect for knowledge as she did.

Sivelto saw the smile, and he concluded that his master had a good morning. "It was indeed fruitful. I've learned plenty. And I believe I should at least invest in lightsaber training."

"It was despressing to know, though, that there were little details about the dark side of the force." His statement was not a slip of the tongue. He wanted to hear an answer from his master. He also expects, if it ever so happens, punishment from his question.

But he was not afraid. He believed his question was more important than his being.

"The Dark Side is best experienced first hand, where you can see the extent of how evil it is. It is dangerous, and one reading too much on it could eventually be sucked into it. You don't want that, Dark Siders have tendency to meet grizzly ends," she explained, having also noted as a padawan the lack of research on the Dark Side in the great libraries.

"I see. But what would be grizzlier than death? Jedis share the same fate of death. And I don't see any worse... anything grizzlier."

He wished to be enlightened. It made sense that the Dark Side fosters a hostile existence. But in the end it all comes down to the will of the force, and death.

"A life devoid of compassion," Kalza answered simply.

And he was enlightened with those few words. Such a life would be against all his beliefs, especially for his love for his brothers. But it did not fully dissuade his curiosity for all aspects of the force.

"It is indeed, grizzly."

"Have you picked out a specific lightsaber form you would like to learn?" questioned Kalza, moving swiftly on.

"I believe the fifth form would do. Since a majority of my efforts, would be in force training. But the sixth form would be supplementary, too."

"Niman?" Kalza said with a smile. "It just so happens I am a master of the form. Would you like to know a bit about it, or do you think you have all the information you need?" She asked, wondering why this was her third apprentice who wanted to learn Niman.

Sivelto stuttered.

"It would be of value, to know what my master knows of Niman.... to understand Niman. but...."

He lowered his head out of shame. "But I'm afraid I might not learn it. Especially with this thing." He drew his double-bladed lightsaber and lit it. Both blades had a green glow.

He was afraid that, since he was learning from a different weapon, his double-bladed lightsaber, he won't fully learn the form taught. He was afraid his form would have flaws

"Worry not; each form can be learned with a saberstaff to the same level as if you were using a blade of the single-bladed variant," Kalza reassured Sivelto, smiling at him. His nervousness was so easy to feel, especially with her advanced skill in Empathy.

Her assurance was needed. Training with the saberstaff was challenging for him, and it still continues to be. Before, he trained with primitive staffs made of wood. He was skilled with the wooden staff. But when he received the light-saberstaff, it was the same as receiving an entirely new weapon.

Unlike his twin brother, who trained with swords and received two lightsabers, he had to train and understand the weapon on his own. He was used to being taught, rather than exploring blindly.

"Thank you, master. With you, I'm certain I'll learn. I shouldn't have doubted."

"Very well. Would you like me to explain Niman some more to you?" Kalza continued, strolling over to a fountain and dipping her fingers into it for a moment.

"Very well," Kalza paused, and explained Niman in her monotone, text-book voice she often used when explaining particular techniques or lightsaber forms to her padawan.

"Form VI attempts to balance all elements of lightsaber combat, combining the techniques from Forms that came before into a less intensely demanding combat style. In practice, Form VI is a combination of older forms (Forms I, II, III, IV, and V), and all of them in moderation. In the blending, much of the individuality is lost, but the strengths were spread evenly, and there is little weakness in it. Due to its "jack-of-all-trades" nature, the success of this form is largely dependent on the practitioner's intuition, improvisation, and creativity in combat rather than the rote responses derived from other forms. This broad generalization makes Form VI well suited for diplomats, as they can spend their time training in the areas of politics and negotiation instead of combat training," She said, simply explaining the basic nature of the form. It would be very good for Sivelto indeed, as it was generally utilised by a lot of consulars. Letting him soak up the information she had just presented, she paused for a moment.

Sivelto had already read all of this. But he presumes that his master has something more to offer. And it was expected that his master would have something more.

"Eloquently explained." As it indeed was.

Kalza narrowed her eyes and paused, continuing to explain. "It's the perfect form for a Consular, meeting a fine balance between each and every form that we know thus far. Many people use it, and as it has no great strengths it has no great weaknesses either,"

"I've read that Consulars do favor the form. That is why I thought it would be the best to learn."

"Yes," Kalza nodded, drawing her lightsaber and igniting it. She twirled it round into the Niman opening stance, her lightsaber ponted diagonally down towards the ground. "Now, you," She said.
