Spy Hunting: Mandalorian mission

Delmon had never been to Mandalore before, the shear splendor of it hit him at his core. This was also he first mission as a corporal, other than the capture of Mon Calamari. He hid his excitement as he sat in a cantina and waited for his accomplice. Aparently they where supposed to be tracking down a few shady characters. It sounded like a simple task, but Delmon knew it would be much harder for him. He city was so big and noisy compared to the jungles of Dxun, it made him relize what a sheltered life he had lived up till now. He downed a light alcoholic beverage as he waited.

 

[Wing]

Teague Shore a Mandalorian recruit walked into the cantina and spotted Corporal Delmon. He took a seat at Delmon's table and had the waitress bring him some Tarisian ale. "Do you see our cloaked friends?"

 

[T.J]

Delmon saw the recruit aproach the table. "How you doing brother. Yes I have seen some shady characters roaming around the city during my search." He pulled out his knife and started nicking small designs into the table out of frustration. "So what do you think we should do to get some of them into a position to where we could interrogate them?"

 

[Wing]

Teague thought for a minute then had an idea. "Well, they follow people to there homes and spy on them. Let's follow one of them as they follow someone else. Or, I could dress as a normal civilian, get one of them to follow me and you follow us."

 

[T.J]

" I would prefer you were in full armor during our little adventure." Delmon said as he resheathed his knife and ordered the same drink he had before. " I think it would be best for both of us to follow one of them as he or she spys on someone. Its a simple kidnap and interrogate that way. I was thinking of using stealth field generators, but we might not need them so they'll be optional. Waiting till night would also be a wise thing to do i think."

 

[Wing]

"I agree." Teague took another few sips of his Tarisian ale. It made him feel better. He then ordered five shots of Tatooine Sunburns, but he didn't consume too much. He wanted to be sober for their mission.

 

[T.J]

OOC: lets just say its night now to save some time.

IC: Delmon spent his time waiting for nightfall by hitting on women at the bar in the cantina and thinking over the plan he and Teague would be doing later that night. When the time came he walked over to Teague, " You ready to go?" He sat down at a nearby table and went through his gear to ensure that he had everything.

 

[Wing]

"I'm ready." He checked his Mandalorian heavy blaster pistol, his weapon of choice. It had a full magazine and the safety was off. He holstered it, and rose out of the table and put his helmet on, and waited for his comrade.

 

[T.J]

"Ok then" Delmon said as he patted Teague on the back and walked out of the cantina. He made his way through the streets of Mandalore. It didnt take long to see a robed figure walking at a rather brisk pace. " I think thats our target" Delmon said as he started going the same way the hooded figure was heading. Making sure he was a good distance away from their target. The target didnt seem to notice that it was being followed before it quickly darted down a side street. " Looks like we got a runner" he said as he brought up the city schematics on his helmets HUD.

 

[Wing]

Teague uploaded the maps of the city onto his heads-up display and pursued after the robed figure behind Delmon.

 

[T.J]

Delmon started running down side streets in persuit of their target. "I love it when they run!" He yelled without turning on his comlink. He wished the tall buildings were trees instead of giant hunks of permacrete and durasteel. He and Teague turned the corner and almost ran headlong into their target. Delmon had his slug thrower out before it could react and shot it in the knee. The figure cried out in pain which revealed it to be a he." Teague, Quickly tie him up. We'll use either the cantina or possibly a hotel." Delmon quickly pulled out some fiber cord and threw it to Teague.

 

[Wing]

Teague took the fiber cord and bound the cloaked figures hands and feet together. And then stood it up and wrapped his left arm around his neck. "Alright, I'd suggest a hotel."

 

[T.J]

"ok then, lets get this scum bag and get him into a hotel and start the interrogation." Delmon said as he punched their hostage in the gut, it buckled over and his used the movement to pick it up. "I dont want to draw alot of atention so I think you should go get a room and ill meet you there." he then turned and started climbing a ladder that lead to the roof of a nearby building. "com me when you get the room" he said as he acended.

 

[Wing]

Teague nodded and went to a nearby run down hotel whose neon lights were almost burnt out. As he entered he saw many poor and less fortunate patrons jump at the site of a Mandalorian entering the lobby. Teague ignored them and went to the clerk at the desk. He clerk was tense as Teague approached. "I need a room." The clerk told Teague, that Room 23 was available and he would pay for this. Teague took out his Mandalorian heavy blaster pistol and aimed it at the clerk. The clerk then said it was on the house and gave Teague the room card.

Teague then left the lobby and went into the room. He opened the window and saw Delmon and the cloaked figure. He waved to Delmon and turned on his comm. "I am in the room waving to you. Come."

 

[T.J]

" Roger, Im making my way to you now." Delmon said as he started jumping from rooftop to rooftop until he landed on the roof of the hotel. He jumped out to the balconey that was apart of the room 23. he threw the hostage into a chair and tied him to it, bringing up a second chair for him to sit in. He then pulled out his combat knife and cut the hood of the hostage. The face he saw was one of terror and pure hatred. Skin pale and taught against the skull, wide eyed with a ferral look. " So.........." he said as he twirled the knife in his hand. "were gonna be asking you a few questions.....and I would simply love it if you would comply. Why are you here? And who do you work for?" The hostage simply spat in his face as a reply. Delmon sighed loudly before burrying his knife in the same knee that he shot. He hostage grunted in pain but still didnt say anything. "Lets try this again...." he said as he twisted the blade slightly. " Why are you here? And who do you work for?" The hostage audioable protested to the blade be twisted. "your not gonna get anything out of me" was all the hostage said. " Teague? Do you want ot ask this fine fellow some questions?"

 

[Wing]

Teague nodded and pulled up a chair for himself to sit. "We all buddies here right? We just would like to known why you are following people to their homes? Who do you work for?" Teague then pulled out his Mandalorian heavy blaster pistol from it's holster and aimed it at the hostage. After no reply, Teague punched the man in his face.

IC: " Ya guy, were all friends here" Delmon said as he stood up and layed his pack out on the bed. " I got this from a friend of mine just for this occasion" he said as he pulled out several surgical instruments and tubing. "With this we can keep you alive for an infinite amount of time" he said to the hostage. " The only draw back is that im no surgeon, and neither is Teague........ we could just hook you up as best we could and slowly cut you to peices until your just a torso and a head......but, if you where to talk and give us the info we needed.....we'd let you go without a moments notice" of course Delmon was lying, they wouldnt let him leave this room alive. But the hope of living might get the hostage to talk. The hostage was looking at the surgical equipment with wide eyed terror, he started getting out small low whines when Delmon told him what they could and probably would do to him if he didnt talk. " ok ok.......Ill talk..........just let me live and ill tell you everything you want to know." the hostage said as he wriggled in his bindings out fear. " I work for a sith lead crime syndicate, we've been capturing and spying mandalorians so we could learn your habits and defences for a future attack." Delmon set the equipment down and turned back to the hostage. " Thats a good lad, now whats the crime syndicate called?" The hostage looked down at the ground then back up to the two mandalorians. " I dont know, im not that far up the chain, they wouldnt tell me. All I know is that they wear black masks"

 

[Wing]

Teague got up and continued keeping his blaster aimed at the man, the barrel being pushed into the man's cheek. "That doesn't help, a lot of people wear black masks. Be more descriptive."

 

[T.J]

" thats all I know i swear!" the hostage said, the blaster had started to leave an imprint in his face. Delmon crouched down so that he was face level with the hostage, who saw his own reflection in Delmons visor. " Were gonna need more information than that, do you have a name or any other defining feature that might lead us to who they are? Think hard......you know what will happen if you cant recall" Delmon said as he shook his slug thrower in the hostages face. The hostage started to break down, his breath started getting haggard and he started to sob. " I dont know............all i know is that they wear black masks and assassinate those who dont fit in their grand scheme." after that he started sobbing harder. Delmon got up and looked at Teague. "I think thats all were gonna get out of him at the moment, we might want to sedate him so we can ask him more questions when he calms down." he then pulled out a syringe full of sedative and stuck it into the hostages neck. He then quickly slumped down into the chair into a deep sleep. " I think we can pull something up on these black masked assassins on the holonet" Delmon said as he accessed the holonet through his helmet. "It might take a while or we might not find anything at all but its worth a shot."

 

[Wing]

Teague nodded and looked over the edge of the balcony. He saw a cloaked figure looking straight at him. Once the figure saw Teague was looking at him, it ran into an alley. "Delmon look!"
