Should he live or die?

Well he did the crime, or so several juries of his pears thought, just because he said gangs are wrong and wrote a few kids books doesn't make up for what he did. If they let him off without ever showing remorse then all the people on death row would do similar 'kind' acts to stop themselves dieing.

The Governor was right in his decision. Most death row inmates "miraculously" find redemption, so you never know if it's true or not.

He did the crime so now he has paid the price.

Its kind of a catch 22 isn't it. If you have truely 'been saved' then you should want to pay for your crimes since they were obviously so horrible so you won't make all the fuss about it, but the people who haven't been saved are usually the ones that do all of this to try to get themselves out.

i agree that he was definitely a bad man back in the day, but first of all, there are many questions regarding those murders he was charged with, and he had also done a lot of work in prison for the anti-gang movement. i agree with the state's decision to do what they needed to do, but i also think that perhaps it might have been good for governor ahnold to give him the pardon... not that my thoughts on the issue matter at all now though...

Huzzah! And, I would bet five bucks that Al Sharpton and the NAACP had something to do with it too.

I say the Terminator should of let him live. First off he had been on death row for a long time now. And prision can really change a man, especially given the time he had to think about everything he had done. I'm sure he regretted what he did and he had matured. Then went to help out other youth gang members reform themselves and the childrens book.

But look at it like this. Living in the Inner Cities of the United States is hard. Extremely hard! You have the police you don't like you and will do whatever to put you behind bars or hurt you(rodeny king). You also are constantly having to fight for every single penny. And it was worse back when he was the gang leader back in the 80s, early 90s. American has a long was to go in the equality department. You saw what happened to the poor people of New Orleans.

I wasn't celebrating it. I was merely commenting on what Adena said about the ACLU and Defense Attorneys (who, I might add, have no souls).
