The operator was floating, meditating. “So you’ve had some struggles in your life recently.” He said. Chuckling, taking a cup of tea, he blew on it and sipped it. “Either you are here to prod me for more information, or you seek guidance. It matters not. For if you ask for one, you shall receive what I give you.”

“It’s about my master, for years I’ve been under his tutelage and yet ever since Kanna came back to Drommund Kaas I’ve felt this pull from somewhere, like its many hands grabbing my very being from the dark abyss I’ve always known. Is this the doing? I also..” He hesitated but eats a tea snack to hide it “I also wanted to know if that child that Kanna love so dearly was made by you..after all, Asmodai seemed pleased when he heard the news. I want to confirm my suspicions on the matter, that Kanna was indeed impregnated by the Force and not from her own...passions.” Nocturne wasn’t sure why but he felt deeply saddened for some reason but at the same time he felt a pull towards the Operator as if he were a beacon of light, calling t him to move forward.

Akash saw Kanna leave and that’s when she told him that she was going on an important mission. Akash nodded sadly and walked off to train Minru. Kanna had made it to the earth kingdom stronghold where a general by the name of Mei Lin stood and ordered the troops and white lotus of their roles.

The operator shook his head. “Yes the child was born of the force, but I am not the operator who did it. In a way after the deed had been done, the operator died, passing on into the force.” He said. “And your master. Do you truly want to be under him, The man who scars you should you forget to tie your boots.” He said. Beaconing to his face. “Perhaps you should find a new master. Someone stronger than him, perhaps his friend Ben could help you with that.”

Ben came out and called to Akash. When he came Ben snuck him into the center room. “This must remain secret, but we are going to go save the Avatar.” Ben said. “He is in the fire nation, we can sneak in and grab him fast while Kanna’s attack occurs, that should draw the attention of the sith away long enough that we could find him and escape.” He said

“Alright! So you have a plan for how to get in and out without arousing suspicion? I mean I know you’re great with the Force but we still need to make sure no one knows the Avatar has escaped.” Akash looked at Ben worriedly and he also seemed to be forming a small plan in his head.

 

[Ben Aldrey]

Ben shrugged. “We will wing it.” He said. “I’ll, think of something on the way.” He followed Akash to Mana, as they boarded the sky bison and took off. “I spoke to the Avatar in the spirit world, and there he told he needed my help to escape. The sith are torturing him. We need to hurry.” He said.

Mana flew flew as fast as she could to the fire nation and when they arrived at nightfall Akash landed her on a nearby hilly area. “I sense very few guards I didn’t know they wanted the earth kingdom stronghold that much..or maybe it’s because they sent the weaker guards out and the strongest among them remained here. Either way we need to be very careful, I’ve been reading up on that book in my room and I learned something called Force Cloaking I can only do it for short periods of time but it’s better then nothing. The longest I’ve done it was for an hour so if there is three people we may only have 20 minutes at the most to get in and out.” Akash hopped off Mana and let her sleep a bit before Akash started to walk briskly to the out walls of the stronghold. “Master I can sense something, but it’s really odd I feel like it’s fimiliar to me. It might be nothing but we should still check it out just in case.” Akash proceeded to use the Force to jump on top of the wall and look around him “Master, it seems that’s everything is fine but still be cautious I’m not certain just how many times rookie are in here.”

Ben followed him closely nodding at what Akash said, “We’ll use the cloaking in the last leg of our journey, try and remember as much as you can the route to the jail cells. We will need to move fast.” He said. As they dashed inside. Ben guided the way, sensing for the Avatar, they quickly found him, he was chained up against he wall, his leg missing, and his hair a mess with a beard down to his chest. They used the force to unchain and open the door, the Avatar thanked them profusely,
“Please, get me out of here.” He said. Ben nodded and looked to Akash.
“You know the way?”

Akash nods and when Ben breaks him out Akash immediately runs and cloaks them all. Akash manages to knock out some other guards in the way and when they get out of the general area of the stronghold the Cloaking fades. "Master, Mana is slightly up ahead we just have about 2 ,inutes to get home." They manage to reach Mana and Akash quickly gets on Mana and he waits for Ben to get The Avatar on before hw lifts off to the Northern Air Temple.

That Avatar had long since passed out when they took off. Ben had begun treating the many wounds across his body. When he finished, he looked over to Akash. Putting a hand on his shoulder, he said. “I’m very proud of you Akash, that took incredible bravery, and you pulled through like a champ.” He smiled, “I think when we get back, if your ready, it’s time to build your lightsaber.

“Really? You think now? I know this sounds really strange to say but what makes you think so. I mean I just followed orders I didn’t really even think about myself I just thought about getting the Avatar safety away from the Sith.” Akash never could take a compliment as he was raised to always be humble it often made the poor boy question himself and his abilities. “Ah, I’m sorry Master it’s just I was raised to never take a compliment I mean I don’t mind it’s just, I never know how to react to them.” Akash landed on the platform to the Northern Air Temple. Kanna and Minru walked up to them Minru sent a message to Ben and Akash “I completed form four! Master Serun says I did amazing.” Akash looked to Kanna and then at Minru. Kanna nodded and sighed “Minru my name is actually Starwind..I had to use my maiden name to keep myself hidden.” Minru nodded and sent another message “Alright then, Master Starwind says I did amazing.” Akash snorted and fell off Mana as Minru pushed him off. Kanna sighed and helped the Avatar get off. “Ben if you need help with his injuries I’d be happy to help, also the attack on the earth kingdom stronghold was a success and we managed to implement one of the white lotus’s generals into the rank of leader. I think things are doing well for now but we should rest for a bit before thinking of our next action.”

Nocturne had walked into his Master’s chambers expecting to have to fight him but instead he saw Darth Carnage looming over his dead body. “My lord, I did not hear of your arrival my apologies for not getting you something to eat. If I would have known I’m sure my master would have gladly acomidated you but my I ask why he is dead?” It seems the Force is working in his favor at the moment but considering it was Darth Carnage that had slain his master Nocturne was not sure if this was a blessing or a curse.

 

[Ben Aldrey]

Carnage threw the head of the dead master to Nocturne. “He had failed me. And let his past get the better of him, and as a result, my daughter, my grand son, and now two entire regions if this planet are under control of a Jedi.” He said. “You should keep that, as a reminder as to what happens to pupils who fail me. You are now my sith apprentice. And with half of the planet under enemy control, we need to prepare to abandon this project.” He paced the old throne room, “we must get my daughter and grandson back into sith hands, to complete her training, and to turn that force born child into a weapon. I will stay and observe the final parts of that plan, and once we leave, we will glass this planet.”

"Sir, I do not wish to upset you further but perhaps the Force Operator knows where they are hiding. I have not recived any information for our eyes within the air nomads either he has nothing to report or he has gone rogue. I fear the latter senario has happened and if I must I will eliminate him myself and grab both Kanna and your grandson by force." Nocturne felt anger swell within him but he pushed it down as he did not wish for his emotions to get the better of him. "Master, if the intelligence I've gathered recently is correct they are hiding out among the air nomads thought which temple they reside in is unclear. I do not believe it would be wise to attack them all at once. perhaps we should go for the eastern air temple to send a message to them?"

Akash felt something awful go through him and he ran to Ben. "Master, I felt something terrible in the Force. I fear now might be the time to construct my lightsaber because I may have to battle a great enemy and I don't ant to be empty handed incase that has to happen. Also, did you feel it to? the bad omen, I mean." Akash looked worriedly at Ben and Kanna and Minru entered the room "I felt it to Akash, I fear the Sith are going to do something horrible now that we are winning the war. they may abandon the planet which unfortunately, means they might glass it." Akash looked at Kanna in confusion "Glass it? I don't understand what does that mean?"

 

[Ben Aldrey]

As Ben heard Akash say that, he shot up. “They are going to glass the planet!” He said, “they are going to bombard it till all life is destroyed upon it. This must not happen.” He said. Thinking. He looked to Akash, “we have to end this, now.” He said. “We are going to take this shuttle, and use the enemy ship to call the republic here, we are going to draw this planet into this war, but it may be the only way to keep the, from being destroyed.”

"I understand Master, and once we do I need to craft my lightsaber right?" Akash quickly went to the enemy shuttle that Kanna and Ben took from the first attempt at the earth kingdom stronghold. "This will do, but where would we find the starship anyhow? I mean I highly doubt they'd just hang out in orbit I mean, it's got to be a big ship and would need lots of fuel right?" Kanna sighed "If it's an Imperial Star Destroyer then ships like those have all the fuel they'll need and more but my question for Ben is do you want me to alert the commanders or shall I go with you?"

Nocturne had gone once more into the inner sanctum with tea and snacks to get any information out of the Operator. "Operator, I want to know where Kanna and the boy are hiding. it is of utmost importance, for I fear that Asmodai's patience is running thin and I'll admit I've grown fond of this rock." He took a sip of his tea and dipped a tea snack into it before eating it. "I, I know this may sound odd to you but I fear I cannot face my master on my own, I need guidance and more strength if I am to ever truly be free. I've heard stories of Force Operators possessing those in need of their aid and so, I ask- no, I beg of you, take my body and help me win this war against the Imperials. for Kanna's sake, for the sake of the Republic. I will submit to your every order I just- I just can't ho on like this any longer." Nocturne felt tears fall from his blind eye's it had been so long since he had cried that he was at first shocked to feel that he had any tears left to shed but then as they fell to the floor he felt his body shake with emotions he though he had long ago sealed away. "look at me, crying in front of the very Force itself. you must think me weak, pathetic maybe even a joke to your very name." he felt a warm sensation on his cheek and he looked up and very faintly he saw a light in his perpetual darkness. "W-what, what is this? What are you doing to me? I feel so, warm and-and safe. I don't think I've ever felt like this in my entire lifetime. I don't understand. Why are you doing this to me?"
