Starting a rp

I was thinking of starting an rp. Can any advanced rpers here give me some good advice as to what I should do? I'd assume Coruscant is a good place to start right?

Come up with a loose outline of what your character is doing there, don't just plop him down and say "NOW OTEHR PEOPLEZ TELL ME WHUT I BE DOIN HERE!"

I find Coruscant a good place to start, it isn't very interesting, though. And as Niner said, just get a brief idea of what you want to do and then RP the rest of it.
