Stuck character(s)?

What do I do when a character gets stuck? As in, my character Aledaar is stuck in an interrogation room with someone who hasn't posted in several months. :CStern:

But if I can't get a hold of him, can I just move my character a little, find interrogators and petition for a new one, or what?

Fine i bee'd more patient and I got a response, and it stinks. According to Johnny, the AIA is being dissolved and that thread will have to be abandoned.
