Sub Account Problems

Basically, I tried to create a sub Account for Braedon like, a week ago, and ended up deleting it. Now I tried to do it again and discovered that the sub account somehow survived and is preventing me from making a new sub account with the same name

Can it be deleted/re attached to my main account?
