His sword style is designed to disproportionately increase his abilities with the more opponents he is fighting at once. This is why he was able to move so fast when fighting those thugs. In laymen terms, you have a better chance beating him by fighting one at time.

What would constitute large property damage? Also, really, get over yourself. Your character has a statistically lower chance of beating Arch than the average jedi would. Simply put, you aren't a swordsman, you are a damn scientist. Get over it.
