Hi everyone. In addition to the feedback thread we had posted, we decided the best way to get some opinions from the memberbase is through a survey. We, the staff team, really want to identify areas where we can improve our mechanics and processes. We can't do this without your help. Staff doesn't have everything figured out, and we can't tell what works/what doesn't work without you, the members, helping shape that.

We invite you to take this survey and provide your honest answers and feedback. This survey will be completely anonymous, so I strongly encourage you to participate. The more feedback we get, the more data we can collect to help make changes.

This isn't necessarily because we feel like anything is "wrong" really, or because we think we're failing somehow. The site undergoes periodic updates and rewrites to adjust things and keep things moving, to add new mechanics or adjust or eliminate mechanics that aren't working as intended. Last year the entire site underwent a major overhaul, and again to a lesser extent this year, and so a lot of the mechanics we're working with are still relatively new. We'd like to take a more targetted, data driven approach to seeing where, if anywhere, we might need to adjust things, how we might go about that, and how the community at large feels about different aspects and mechanics of the site overall.

Of course! But staff sometimes don't get the full picture of how/where to improve things, so we're hoping this will help :)
