Qualifications: Elias is an absolute genius in many areas, especially the area of starship design and construction, having been in the shipwright profession for several decades, and he has worked with several major companies, such as Fondor Shipyards, Corellian Engineering Corporation, and Kuat Drive Yards.

Qualifications: He's a master infiltrator, so he'd be able to fake his credentials. Also, he has experience with experimentation and testing out weapons before, not to mention he can 'test' products out in the 'field'. He also pools in Imperium as a customer and could allow TC some leeway.
