Tech moderator/admin

Been speaking with a few of the veterans and new players on the site, and one of the biggest annoyances is that tech takes ages to get approved. So, with your permission, @GABAroo I'd like to start moderating tech. I've been here quite a while, made a few pieces of tech myself both when we had the board and before we possessed it when I was AFL and FL.

I'd expect a trial period, of course, if you'd consider it. But clayton, I'm sure, is run ragged from the sheer number of things in the tech boards that need moderating as well as his own RL expectations. So any help I can give him I'd be proud to give.
