Tech Restriction Question

So, I was reading the LAAT/I's tech post, and under the restrictions section, it says 'can only be used in PvP against

Hello there. Welcome to the boards. Both LAATs (this one and this one) both say (unless you mean something else, if so please link it)

" In PvP, this speeder can only be used against other ships or vehicles"

So, that means in a PvP (player character vs player character) thread, you can't use it against a player who is only on foot.
