BIOGRAPHY

Pomeral had always been enthused with space. Like many of his kind, Pom had always liked the idea of being a great sailor of the stars, working across the galaxy to do what Mon Cala men were best known for, trading goods. He was a hopefully child indeed. His father, A man of simple means had taken him into the business of weapons repair at a young age. At the age of 5, Pom could dismantle many blaster pistols blindfolded, though his webbed hands at times got in the way of the finer workings of the pieces. His father was an expert in the field of weapons maintenance in his local sector of Mon Cala and was often called away to business trips.

When Pom turned 12, he eventually could travel with his father. His mother had passed away only two years prior and many of his spawn mates had perished due to an illness that had spread among the young only years prior. He was all alone, in exception to his father and paternal uncle Beblot. His father was not very interested in his son until he became his last living legacy in the world. With that he began to share the trade with the boy, showing him how to work blasters and even sell them. This skill would eventually translate into the two working together as father in son in a business that would slowly become more and more involved in the underworld.

It started as a harmless deal. They sold some weapons at a high quantity to a buyer on Tatooine, which promptly led them to meeting a mob boss that questioned the quality of their weapons. In this exchange, the father would needlessly lose his life as the boss refused to pay for the weapons they had created. He survived the ensuing firefight with the help of a Twi’lek man named Sa’vo Ryne. The man was a scoundrel, but he was a suiting father figure for the now matured guppy. He followed the Twi’lek back to his home on Rhyloth, where he learned some of the language, though his Cala accent made him sound like a monster at times, and even fell in love with a young Twi’lek girl named Uhara demund’a. He would often write her over the holo net while working on jobs with Sa’vo. Sa’vo would even teach the young fish how to shoot a long gun, as part of their need to survive. He had taken an affinity to the long weapons.

At the age of 18 the pair would return to their base of Rhyloth to find the village they had chosen to occupy raided by a local warlord. Uhara had been abducted and sold into slavery, as was common on the planet. Pomeral, enraged, asked Sa’vo to use his underground connections to attempt to locate the woman. Ultimately, he would later discover her death at the hands of a cruel slave master after two years of attempting to find her. This hardened the shell of the amphibious being. He from this point on would focus on his work and would attempt to ignore the more intimate nature in life.

His adopted father would pass two years later from an unknown illness that had slowly eaten the man’s health. He had inherited his ship and equipment used for smuggling the gear that he manufactured for their wide variety of clients. He would then make his way into selling his own merchandise and looking for distributors to work with. He was skilled in knowing the authenticity of weapons and in the sell of firearms. He was even certified, loosely, to sell licenses for firearms. He takes great pride in his work. He now works to expand his business, selling weapons to the highest bidder.

Personality

Always the cynical type, Pomeral has grown to distrust society at large. Everyone has a price, in his opinion. He is economically driven and will provide product for anyone who is willing to buy. He struggles with a heavy drinking problem and an addictive personality that often drives him to unnecessary thrills. He often rejects handouts, as he is a firm believer of earning everything that one receives. He is tight finned and frugal, except when it comes to drinking. He hates gambling, and will only play games that favor him as the player. He is distrusting of those that seem overtly kind.

A Total Grump

Pomeral often describes himself as a pragmatist, but in reality he is simply a grump. His cruel life style has left him bereft of any proper family unit and this really shows in his social interactions. He is not quick to trust and is easily agitated. He is slightly more trusting of Twi'lek people and Mon Calamari as he has had history with these people, yet he is weary of other types of people. He can be a loyal compatriot if that trust is earned though tribulation and struggle.

Pomeral had always been enthused with space. Like many of his kind, Pom had always liked the idea of being a great sailor of the stars, working across the galaxy to do what Mon Cala men were best known for, trading goods. He was a hopefully child indeed. His father, A man of simple means had taken him into the business of weapons repair at a young age. At the age of 5, Pom could dismantle many blaster pistols blindfolded, though his webbed hands at times got in the way of the finer workings of the pieces. His father was an expert in the field of weapons maintenance in his local sector of Mon Cala and was often called away to business trips.

When Pom turned 12, he eventually could travel with his father. His mother had passed away only two years prior and many of his spawn mates had perished due to an illness that had spread among the young only years prior. He was all alone, in exception to his father and paternal uncle Beblot. His father was not very interested in his son until he became his last living legacy in the world. With that he began to share the trade with the boy, showing him how to work blasters and even sell them. This skill would eventually translate into the two working together as father in son in a business that would slowly become more and more involved in the underworld.

It started as a harmless deal. They sold some weapons at a high quantity to a buyer on Tatooine, which promptly led them to meeting a mob boss that questioned the quality of their weapons. In this exchange, the father would needlessly lose his life as the boss refused to pay for the weapons they had created. He survived the ensuing firefight with the help of a Twi’lek man named Sa’vo Ryne. The man was a scoundrel, but he was a suiting father figure for the now matured guppy. He followed the Twi’lek back to his home on Rhyloth, where he learned some of the language, though his Cala accent made him sound like a monster at times, and even fell in love with a young Twi’lek girl named Uhara demund’a. He would often write her over the holo net while working on jobs with Sa’vo. Sa’vo would even teach the young fish how to shoot a long gun, as part of their need to survive. He had taken an affinity to the long weapons.

At the age of 18 the pair would return to their base of Rhyloth to find the village they had chosen to occupy raided by a local warlord. Uhara had been abducted and sold into slavery, as was common on the planet. Pomeral, enraged, asked Sa’vo to use his underground connections to attempt to locate the woman. Ultimately, he would later discover her death at the hands of a cruel slave master after two years of attempting to find her. This hardened the shell of the amphibious being. He from this point on would focus on his work and would attempt to ignore the more intimate nature in life.

His adopted father would pass two years later from an unknown illness that had slowly eaten the man’s health. He had inherited his ship and equipment used for smuggling the gear that he manufactured for their wide variety of clients. He would then make his way into selling his own merchandise and looking for distributors to work with. He was skilled in knowing the authenticity of weapons and in the sell of firearms. He was even certified, loosely, to sell licenses for firearms. He takes great pride in his work. He now works to expand his business, selling weapons to the highest bidder.

PERSONALITY

Growing up on Glee Anselum has made Umara a peace loving squid head. She hated the idea of killing and fighting. There were times when defending ones self was unavoidable; however, Umara prefers diplomacy over domination. She believes that all living beings, even Sith, have a purpose. She feels that it is her duty to help those who struggle to find inner peace. She holds the galaxy to a level of idealism that realistically is unobtainable. She has never experienced the hardships of hunger, war, or slavery like many of her fellow alien races. She often tries her best to relate to the people she works to protect as a Jedi, but often fails at understanding their position.


She is kind hearted and always tries her best to do what she thinks is right, even if it might not be the best option available. She is young and thus often falls victim to the follies of naïveté and inexperience. She often compares things to marine life and fishing, even though most people in the galaxy probably know or care little to nothing about fish themselves. Umara is more patient than most, having learned the skill from lure fishing. One has to be patient and know the right time to strike to land the fish. This also proves, at time to be a hinderance. She is reluctant to commit to actions at times because she is so caught up in waiting, and thus she may fail to act all together at times. She will hopefully learn the skill of timing during her training to compensate for this deficiency.


The great thing about Nautolan culture is their sense of humor. Umara loves to laugh and hear jokes. She is a terrible joke teller, but will crack up at unfunny quips sometimes. She is doing her best to become witty and clever, but is only just becoming a young adult in Nautolan culture. She is easy going and slow to anger. She is cool like the water of her homeworld. She chooses often to spend her timing relaxing, swimming, and training. She often idealizes the Jedi knights and masters that prove themselves to be true progenitors of their order. She desires to one day stand among the ranks of the Jedi and prove herself worthy of her connection to the ethereal force.


She has only just discovered her disposition and is slowly learning about the force. She had read texts in the Jedi and desires to go out and learn more about their order and the force. It is a minor hobby of hers to search for Holocrons and artifacts that belong to the Order of old. She desires to help bring knowledge back to the order. She one day dreams of being a librarian in the Jedi archives working to maintain and preserve the precious annals of Jedi history, culture, and tradition.

As a young boy, Braun had a more innocent view of the world. He was naive and desired adventure, as many Corellian people often do. After joining the Sith military and learning first-hand what it meant to be a warrior, he has developed a much gruffer personality. He, at times, can be volatile and cruel to his peers. This is a result of the fear and anger that engulfs the Sith Empire and everything that is represented by the old ways of the Sith. He fears their Sith commanders, but only to the degree that they are clearly more powerful than he is. He respects the Sith and all their power. Braun has a great admiration for power, but also has a strong sense of duty to follow those that had fought with him during the great conflicts of the past. He is a loyal soldier, to a fault.

The Grand Republic Army

Basic Training

Remember the Basics of CQC — Open or Ask [PVP] — NOT STARTED — One or two Republic Troopers are dispatched to he newly claimed training facility on Carida to take place in a joint training with 1-2 Mandolorian Instructors. The fledgling Republic troopers need to learn as much about hand to hand combat from the battle hardened Mandolorians. This is an opportunity to practice (PVP) combat and learn from the best. Each trooper that participates in this training will be considered proficient in hand to hand, and will be expected to help train the Republic troops in the future. (Non Death Enabled PVP)

Sharpen the Scopes — Open or Ask [NON PVP] — NOT STARTED — Something that has been brought to the attention of the Grand Army of the Republic is the lack of organized marksmanship. The Republic's allies, the Mandolorians, have offered their services on the shooting Ranges of Corida to help troopers develop that keen eye that has always given the Commandos of Mandalore an edge in battle. Practice shooting with the Mandolorians and learn how to sharp shoot. This is for 1-2 Republic Troopers under the instruction of 1 Madalorian. This is going to help develop shooting skills and will give troops the opportunity to practice their marksmanship (for players that do not prefer PVP). Participants will be designated as Marksman within the army after this training.

Teamwork Trials — Ask/Dice/PVP — NOT STARTED — Republic soldiers are suppose to work well in teams. This is a vital skill set for any operator. This sees a team of two troopers to lead a squad of troops, under the instruction of two mandolorians, going up against a battle simulation that the Republic has on record. The environment and enemies are generated on the holo deck of Corida, but the instruction will be vital in learning how to mobilize as a team. This is going to work like any battle situtation, but will be more forgiving as it is only simulated. This mission will build great Teamwork skills. After the training exercise, the Republic crew can earn bonus points by going head to head with their instructors (if they want to practice PVP) with weapons set to stun and sticky grenades.

Fly Like Us! — Ask/DM/Dice — NOT STARTED — The Mandolorians have been known for their superiority in space. This need to train the navel troops of the Grand Army is conveniently timed with the locating of an imperial loyalist fleet that has docked near the planet Castell. After doing some training drills in space, the combined fleet of 1-2 Republic Navy Personnel and 1-2 Mandolorians will take on the docked fleet and prove the mettle of their training in live combat.

Pomeral had always been enthused with space. Like many of his kind, Pom had always liked the idea of being a great sailor of the stars, working across the galaxy to do what Mon Cala men were best known for, trading goods. He was a hopefully child indeed. His father, A man of simple means had taken him into the business of weapons repair at a young age. At the age of 5, Pom could dismantle many blaster pistols blindfolded, though his webbed hands at times got in the way of the finer workings of the pieces. His father was an expert in the field of weapons maintenance in his local sector of Mon Cala and was often called away to business trips.

When Pom turned 12, he eventually could travel with his father. His mother had passed away only two years prior and many of his spawn mates had perished due to an illness that had spread among the young only years prior. He was all alone, in exception to his father and paternal uncle Beblot. His father was not very interested in his son until he became his last living legacy in the world. With that he began to share the trade with the boy, showing him how to work blasters and even sell them. This skill would eventually translate into the two working together as father in son in a business that would slowly become more and more involved in the underworld.

It started as a harmless deal. They sold some weapons at a high quantity to a buyer on Tatooine, which promptly led them to meeting a mob boss that questioned the quality of their weapons. In this exchange, the father would needlessly lose his life as the boss refused to pay for the weapons they had created. He survived the ensuing firefight with the help of a Twi’lek man named Sa’vo Ryne. The man was a scoundrel, but he was a suiting father figure for the now matured guppy. He followed the Twi’lek back to his home on Rhyloth, where he learned some of the language, though his Cala accent made him sound like a monster at times, and even fell in love with a young Twi’lek girl named Uhara demund’a. He would often write her over the holo net while working on jobs with Sa’vo. Sa’vo would even teach the young fish how to shoot a long gun, as part of their need to survive. He had taken an affinity to the long weapons.

At the age of 18 the pair would return to their base of Rhyloth to find the village they had chosen to occupy raided by a local warlord. Uhara had been abducted and sold into slavery, as was common on the planet. Pomeral, enraged, asked Sa’vo to use his underground connections to attempt to locate the woman. Ultimately, he would later discover her death at the hands of a cruel slave master after two years of attempting to find her. This hardened the shell of the amphibious being. He from this point on would focus on his work and would attempt to ignore the more intimate nature in life.

His adopted father would pass two years later from an unknown illness that had slowly eaten the man’s health. He had inherited his ship and equipment used for smuggling the gear that he manufactured for their wide variety of clients. He would then make his way into selling his own merchandise and looking for distributors to work with. He was skilled in knowing the authenticity of weapons and in the sell of firearms. He was even certified, loosely, to sell licenses for firearms. He takes great pride in his work. He now works to expand his business, selling weapons to the highest bidder.

PERSONALITY

Growing up on Glee Anselum has made Umara a peace loving squid head. She hated the idea of killing and fighting. There were times when defending ones self was unavoidable; however, Umara prefers diplomacy over domination. She believes that all living beings, even Sith, have a purpose. She feels that it is her duty to help those who struggle to find inner peace. She holds the galaxy to a level of idealism that realistically is unobtainable. She has never experienced the hardships of hunger, war, or slavery like many of her fellow alien races. She often tries her best to relate to the people she works to protect as a Jedi, but often fails at understanding their position.


She is kind hearted and always tries her best to do what she thinks is right, even if it might not be the best option available. She is young and thus often falls victim to the follies of naïveté and inexperience. She often compares things to marine life and fishing, even though most people in the galaxy probably know or care little to nothing about fish themselves. Umara is more patient than most, having learned the skill from lure fishing. One has to be patient and know the right time to strike to land the fish. This also proves, at time to be a hinderance. She is reluctant to commit to actions at times because she is so caught up in waiting, and thus she may fail to act all together at times. She will hopefully learn the skill of timing during her training to compensate for this deficiency.


The great thing about Nautolan culture is their sense of humor. Umara loves to laugh and hear jokes. She is a terrible joke teller, but will crack up at unfunny quips sometimes. She is doing her best to become witty and clever, but is only just becoming a young adult in Nautolan culture. She is easy going and slow to anger. She is cool like the water of her homeworld. She chooses often to spend her timing relaxing, swimming, and training. She often idealizes the Jedi knights and masters that prove themselves to be true progenitors of their order. She desires to one day stand among the ranks of the Jedi and prove herself worthy of her connection to the ethereal force.


She has only just discovered her disposition and is slowly learning about the force. She had read texts in the Jedi and desires to go out and learn more about their order and the force. It is a minor hobby of hers to search for Holocrons and artifacts that belong to the Order of old. She desires to help bring knowledge back to the order. She one day dreams of being a librarian in the Jedi archives working to maintain and preserve the precious annals of Jedi history, culture, and tradition.

As a young boy, Braun had a more innocent view of the world. He was naive and desired adventure, as many Corellian people often do. After joining the Sith military and learning first-hand what it meant to be a warrior, he has developed a much gruffer personality. He, at times, can be volatile and cruel to his peers. This is a result of the fear and anger that engulfs the Sith Empire and everything that is represented by the old ways of the Sith. He fears their Sith commanders, but only to the degree that they are clearly more powerful than he is. He respects the Sith and all their power. Braun has a great admiration for power, but also has a strong sense of duty to follow those that had fought with him during the great conflicts of the past. He is a loyal soldier, to a fault.
