Does anyone know where I can get a Zen-to-English dictionary? Because that guy's posts are incomprehensible to me.

Zen-to-English Dictionary:

Peace with one's self.
Balance is the answer to all.
Be one with nature.

Or do you mean the player Zen?

Seen as how English is his second language and he's still learning to write it better, how about you ask him to clarify rather than making snide posts like this?

EDIT: you know, I apologize. I am on heavy painkillers right now cuz of knee surgery on thursday, so im not in my right mind. But that is no excuse for being rude, and this thread doesn't need to be hijacked by my issues, so consider this a formal apology to anyone who was offended by my previous post.

Woah, sorry Mom. I have looked into several of his player profiles, where there were several comments asking him to go back through and re-read his stuff with a grammar book handy, and his response to those comments never said anything about english being a second language.

As for snide posts, everyone on this site (including faction leaders and admins) often makes snide and/or rude comments to one another. I've tried the polite road and it doesn't get nearly the same response from the community.

You didn't need a response from the community. It didn't even need to be asked in this thread. You could've sent him a visitor message or a PM asking him to clarify something in his post. I don't think Zen would've had a problem doing that.

Please do so in the future. Thanks.

I believe Horizon is the highest rank at the temple, and I don't see why it wouldn't be reasonable that a Crusader could control a squad or two of men, not to mention the large number of enthralled slaves that the Bogan have, who would die in battle if ordered to fight.

Horizon's meant to be leading, but I think some RL stuff has occured... If I remember... Bac said we can presume he gave the orders to engage.

I didn't hear about RL stuff, but I do recall Bac mentioning to assume those orders, you're right.

Well I had told Brandon I was dropping out of this due to irl reasons. (Uncle died here recently. I had been going to see him quite often but he was only getting worse. His body finally couldn't take it anymore. Funeral issues needed taking care of. Etc.)

But there is a lot of shit to read over...

So if someone would like to fill me in that would be grand.

We landed outside and are shooting the temple. Now, Jedi and SOLAG are moving for the entrance.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the bit where SOLAG activated an EMP at the temple. It will have fried any electronics in the area. No they will not recover in time. Pretty much anything electronic is fried.

The temple has always been described as very ancient. Think of the Sith academy on Korriban, kind of like that. The most the EMP would've done would be to take out lights, but there was ample time to light torches.

The EMP has more of an effect on the military base.

I agree with the point, but not the reasoning. It's a Force-user base, so not a lot of electronics, sounds legit to me. However, didn't we recently discuss that the temple was recently built within the last couple decades? That doesn't strike me as ancient. If I recall correctly, the temple was built upon the ruins of where the previous inhabitants resided, the monks.

I think we can ignore the lightsaber part, otherwise the Jedi won't have lightsabers either.

I said it's described as very ancient, not that it was ancient.
