Siris sat on the sandy floor of the open arena, just meditating to himself. It was completely silent and barren, no other life-forms present in the surrounding area that would disturb him. But, the arena was a hot-spot for warriors to come and to challenge each other in duels. He wanted to hone his skills in combat and he could only do that if was challenged by a worthy foe.

So, he waited. It wouldn't take forever for a warrior to eventually show. Siris kept his eyes shut and refocused, letting his mind return to it's mediation state. Siris's lightsaber was placed in front of him but he began to levitate it, as Siris reached out with the force, holding it there and slowly manipulating it to rotate slowly.

Alais began to walk towards her opponent in the arena, Force signature masked, and she caught him sitting there with his eyes closed. He was doing some fancy little tricks with his saber by twirling it in front of him. Alais quirked an eyebrow at this and didn't say anything or approach him. Instead, she coiled the Force around the levitating saber to yank it directly towards her. It was pointed purposely away from her in case he got the bright idea to try to ignite it mid-flight. Her right hand was already on her own saber hilt, prepared to fully engage in the fight.

Saber felt the pull of his saber by another force and his hand shot out to his weapon instantly, wrapping his fingers around the hilt securely so before it would fly out of his reach. He opened his eyes before standing up and activating one of the blades. It came to life instantly and with his right hand, he positioned it diagonally across his torso, the blade starting at his right hip and ending at his left shoulder.

His eyes locked on the jedi across from him, closing the distance slowly as she walked forward. He started moving his own feet, motioning forward a couple feet toward her. They were about twenty feet apart before he set his feet and slide his right foot in front of him and his left squarely behind. It gave him a stable stanch before he launched his left hand forward open palmed, summoning a force push directed right at her.

After the ability, he crouched down slightly, building tension in his legs to be able to leap to her if it struck. He wanted to capitalize on an opening as soon as it was visible.

Alais didn’t move, nor did she ignite her saber. She felt the push coming, but she purposely played on the defensive. As the push hit, Alais was bodily thrown backwards, but she focused her energies on staying upright, planting her feet and skidding backwards. As a result, she was slammed back, focusing all her attention on ensuring she was ready to meet any assaults and not wasting her Force energies on him just yet.

The moment that Alais skidded back, he leaped forward to meet her. With the help of the force, the dash was quick and low to the ground. He didn't want Alais to retaliate and force push him back harshly if he was all the way up in the air. He would be sent soaring backwards as there was no way for him to resist that move from that position. So, he kept his feet near the ground, ready to stomp them down if he was pushed back.

He suddenly slammed his feet down in the sand during the dash, about five feet away from Alais as he closed the distance. A cloud of sand was produced and aimed at her as he slid towards Alais, the cloud hopefully able to lower her visibility and distract her as he moved within striking distance. With a couple feet between them, he slashed diagonally from Alais's right shoulder to her left hip. Accompanied by the sand cloud, he hoped the quick slash would be able to slip through and do some mediocre damage.

The thing about kicking up sand clouds was that that sort of thing usually only worked when you were out in the desert and tossing up sand dunes. As her opponent was rushing at her low to the ground and had just launched a push at her, she was already slightly more reclined and skidding back. Furthermore, his forward dash would only kick up the sand around and behind him, more or less ineffective to her.

Her skidding back was done by the time his saber came in, but she couldn’t exactly move out of the way. Alais allowed the saber to whirl in towards her right shoulder, her own saber in her right hand coming up diagonally to layer above his, most of the blade layered above her torso. She held his saber in place as she shifted towards her left and closer to his right. At the same time, her left free hand gathered the Force into her hand and slammed directly into the right side of his head. It was tactically positioned so even if he ignited his other blade, it would ignite between them but several feet below where she was hitting. She was also too close for him to abruptly whirl his saber around with his arm awkwardly now crossed over his torso and her saber holding his ignited blade in place.

Well, the sand cloud hadn't worked as Siris intended at all. The cloud formed to his side and rear before quickly dissipating and rendering it's self-useless. His eyes followed Alais after that failure, watching as she blocked the path of his blade with her own and causing his weapon to be in an awkward position as she shifted to his right.

Siris flowed with her movements, taking a step as he moved his head to evade her force fueled punch as it whizzed past his cranium. With her left arm outstretched and her right arm dealing with Siris's blade, he shot his hilt slightly downward to Alais's face as he activated his right blade, the hilt aimed at her nose. If the move was successful, the left blade would push up against Alais's, an attempt to prevent her from raising her blade to try and stab at Siris. The push would also likely force her blade back into her shoulder, making her have to deal with that as well. The right blade would be activated under her left arm and it would be there to try and block her arm from coming back or risk being cut in half.

Alais felt her attack miss, but she had no time to withdraw her arm back. As he began to push towards her, she lifted two of her fingers to physically blast him back with the Force. With his size, it’d only be enough to send him skidding back abruptly. Before he could begin to shift, Alais abruptly dropped low and spun her wrist, her saber whirling around underneath his left saber before he ever ignited his right to cut right through his torso at stomach level. Even if managed to ignite right saber in time, she was willing to lose the arm as it would still put his left blade out of range, the push sending him awkwardly back. The end of her saber would cut through his torso, spilling his guts.

The blade slashed across his abdomen and the contents from it spill out onto the ground. He fell over and died.
